Waited 10 minutes to sit at the table and wait 15 more. We were told that they don't have any pan pizzas even though they make them there and it was not busy . Then we were told that they don't have any drinks but they found a brisk and a Mountain Dew . After 30 minutes our server emerged from the bathroom with dry dirty hands to give us a pizza that was served to us on a dirty platter with mushrooms and sausage all under the pizza but we had a pepperoni pizza. Then the $7 lunch special was $28 and one of the two visible employees without name tags leaned over to make sure I tipped and was visibly upset when I only tipped $5 on a $7 meal that quadrupled in price without notice. I was also given a stub not an itemized receipt so not me of the charges were justified. We were given the poorest service possible. Yelp needs a zero stars option for this Pizza Hut. Ordered 2 personal pans pizzas and 6 wings and still couldn't get that right. I ordered mine without pepperoni because I can't eat that so of course they put pepperoni on mine. Plus, there was so much grease I could squeeze the crust and get enough oil to fry a chicken. Both ranch dips were open and leaked everywhere. The wings were weird with too much liquid smoke flavor. All went into the garbage, gross! read more

Nice setup. But I doubt that the condiment containers get a daily visit from an anti bacterial wipe or disinfectant. These were among other noticed gummy, sticky surfaces. The lunch bar was stocked with agreeable choices, that tasted fresh, and represented a variety of interests. Buffet pizza has Pizza Hut signature taste, response time when more customers arrive is fast to put out fresh selections. This location also serves "wings" although I have not tried them I am sure they are good enough to warrant being prepared and served at a place known for their pizzas. The only connection I can see between pizzas and wings is they are each "game watching foods", and may indicate that they are planning to be an attractive choice for televised sports. read more

This Pizza Hut doesn't offer delivery, so that sucks right off the bat. I called one night to do carryout & ordered a stuffed crust pizza - they were all out. All out of stuffed crust? K...so I asked for the cheesy bites pizza. All out of that too, so we ended up ordering from another place in town. A couple weeks later we decided to try again. This time, we ordered stuffed crust & an order of wings. We drive to Pizza Hut to pick it up & the pizza is ready, but no wings. We had to wait another 15 minutes for the wings, which was inconvenient, but they did give us an additional order of wings for free to make up for it. Overall, I can't say we'd never order from them again - but it'll be a while. Okay - Pizza Hut (in general) is my favorite place to get pizza, and this is my go-to spot in Culpeper. The quality and accuracy of food is VERY hit or miss, but due to how great they do when they are on point is enough for me to give them 4 stars. I order my pizza very specific (light cheese, light sauce, and no garlic butter), and Pizza Hut is the only place that actually makes it correctly... this is, of course, WHEN they make it correctly. My experience with their customer service is consistently positive. If there is an issue when I dine in or pick up, they are always willing to remake it until it is right. When they deliver (their delivery time is usually poor) they do not open the pizza to check that it is right, which is not problematic in my opinion, but whenever there is something wrong with the pizza that I find once I get inside they make me feel very comfortable calling them and they are happy to redo the pizza for me, free of charge. I cannot stress enough how great their drivers are. Is this the best Pizza Hut I've been to? No. Is it the absolute worst? Also no. Could is stand to be better? Absolutely. read more

I'm a huge fan of the pizza recipe, which is a shame because the service at my last visit was absolutely lousy. I arrived to obtain my order via contactless carry-out and I was informed that they did not have order in the system and if I was sure I had the right location. I read off the address and give them my name and they inform me that someone had already picked up. I told them I haven't received my order and they tell me they will remake it. The gentleman on the phone was rude and not very nice or gracious about the situation. I am left waiting in the parking lot for 20+ minutes before I call them again and they finally give me my order. I had just worked a long shift and had had a rough day and this made it even worse. I won't be visiting this location for a long time. First off, let me preface this by saying that we are NOT Pizza Hut fans. Way back when dinosaurs roamed the earth, Pizza Hut was actually a pretty good pizza franchise. But like the dinosaurs, those days are long gone. However, on another food site someone mentioned that while they too disliked Pizza Hut, they found their chicken wings more than decent. And since on Wednesdays Pizza Hut discounts their wings (8 for $4 vs. the normal price of 8 for $7), last night we decided to take some out & give them a try Wings are available in "Traditional" (bone in), "Boneless", & "Crispy" (which are breaded) & they offer seven sauces, plus one "naked" (which I guess you could buy & toss at home with your own sauces). So I ordered (all "Traditional") one 8-piece order each of their hottest - "Burnin Hot" - along with "Spicy BBQ", "Lemon Pepper", & "Garlic Parmesan". Dipping sauces - normally a freebie with wings - strangely cost extra here ($.50 for a little plastic cup), so I passed on that since I always have good blue cheese dressing on hand at home. Ordered on the phone & was told that it would be 25 minutes! Wow! Assumed they must be uber busy, it being "discount wing night", but 25 minutes later I arrived (7 p.m.) to find a TOTALLY empty restaurant except for one woman who arrived just ahead of me to also pick up a takeout order. It was sort of creepy, since they have limited lighting in the parking lot & the tinted windows & lack of patrons almost made it look as though they weren't open at all. But my order was ready & employee/cashier was friendly. Arriving home, wings were hot temperature-wise & medium/small like most wing places serve these days (which is why I normally prefer to make mine fresh at home). Chicken wings were perfectly cooked - neither raw nor incinerated - & in foil-lined cardboard boxes, each clearly marked re: which flavor was in which box. As for the sauces/flavors, the "Burnin' Hot" was the lone standout. Medium hot/zippy. The rest were "okay" - nothing special. (Buffalo Wild Wings sauces, which we buy by the bottle to make our own wings at home, are MUCH better, which isn't very surprising.) Bottom line: If it's Wednesday Wing Night at Pizza Hut, we're pressed for time, & have a taste for some quick wings, a couple of orders of "Burnin' Hot" wings from Pizza Hut won't be out of place. (However, I decidedly would NOT pay $7 an order for them. Wednesdays only for us - lol!) read more

I've lived in a neighborhood adjoining this Pizza Hut for several years now, and I have always been very pleased with their service. Usually I get carry out, and my order has always been accurate, fresh, and ready on time. The quality of the food is the best you can expect of fast food pizza. By that I mean it is fresh and served promptly. I've never received an over or under-cooked pizza, wings, or anything else on their menu. The staff always greet me upon arrival and service is prompt. A final note I will make about this place is that I see a lot of the same faces among the staff. This is generally a good indication of how well the business is run in my experience. If the turnover is high in a fast food restaurant the quality usually suffers or is inconsistent because your food is often being prepared by someone in training. But the staff here has been quite consistent from what I can tell, and it shows. I hope that means management is treating the employees well. But whatever their reason for staying, they still make a good pizza. read more

Now each problem individually not enough to call and complain. but two problems and we called and spoke with manager Chandra. She was very polite and sympathetic while listening to our complaint. I ordered carry-out and the total was 44.21 and I paid it with no tip. They then added a 4.00 top and recharged me for 48.21. I called and spoke with a manager and was told the 48.21 would be refunded. Both of these transactions cleared with no refund. Just ordered carry out. Sadly this is the WORST pizza I've ever had. We ordered 3 plus breadsticks. All 3 were overcooked to the point of being burnt! The vegetables on the supreme where dried out. The cheese on the cheese pizza was BROWN. and the meat on the all meat pizza was hard as a rock! Worst customer service. Beyond frustrating how managers can talk to customers in the form that they do, cussing/yelling even assaulting. I have called corporate but this store is a franchised store under ADF. So I am now contacting ADF for video footage of the assault as the store manager Amanda Deal was not helpful with us or the police after she assaulted my wife. This has become the WORST place ever. We ordered food at 4:30-5pm for delivery and when we received the food it was wrong, we called and was immediately placed on hold for 30 minutes. When getting to the store the manager told my wife "we are fucking busy" we understand that it can become hectic especially on Super Bowl night but there should be NO reason for a manager above all to speak to paying customers in that form, that manager was Sean Butler. When I arrived at 7pm to ask why have we not been addressed with our issues the store manager Amanda Deal REFUSED to provide me with her DM's name and corporates number and became aggressive. We are now contacting ADF (which aren't answering calls) and reported this to Corporate which they said could take 1-3 days to be contacted. We simply need 1) the issue to be addressed and 2) Video footage of the incident to proceed with legal actions. We aren't asking for the food as we still have the wrong pizza sitting on our stove if they want it back we want to now obtain a copy of the footage she screamed at us about having but would not give us. This is not something we take lightly as we both work for customer service and there should have been NO reason the store manager escalated this into a legal matter when all we wanted was the correct food. read more

Sorry but $3.50 is way to high for a delivery fee. Papa johns is only $2.00 and dominos is $3.00.. I know what the delivery fee consist of and your charging way to much.. me and my friend were treated very rudely today by 2 managers, ugly comments were made, our pizza was over an hour late when we went to talk to them ( the pizza never showed up btw) and they "graciously" made us a new one, only to tell my friend that they were going to charge us for the new pizza AS WELL. So not only was our original order more than an hour late, not only did said pizza NEVER show up, not only were the two MANAGERS extremely RUDE to theirs customers, they wanted to charge us for the pizza we NEVER got and the one we drove down to pick up. I don't know how Pizza Hut is supposed to train their managers, but the customers needs should ALWAYS come first unless you want your business to tank FAST. This is the only Pizza Hut location in all of Culpeper. I almost always order delivery when it comes to pizza and this location does not offer delivery! And since it is the only location, I can't call another one to get delivery. What?!? Does Pizza Hut not like business? Do they like to do less in sales? They are really sabotaging themselves by not offering delivery when the other pizza chains (Domino's, Papa John's, etc.) offer delivery. I don't need excuses or whining and crying. Just about every single Pizza Hut in a 100 mile radius offers delivery, so there just isn't any excuse that they can offer that is valid in my opinion, other then they are too lazy! When it comes to sides, Pizza Hut has my favorite sides. Papa John's has my favorite pizza. And Domino's is good for when I need to save a $. But since I can't get Pizza Hut pizza since they don't deliver, they automatically get 1 star from me. read more
