This is the worst pizza ordering experience I've ever had. I placed the order for delivery online, est. Delivery time was 40-50 min. An hour later the order tracker was still showing my order in the kitchen. I finally got a text to my phone saying it was out for delivery but the delivery took an hour. Who wants to eat wings and pizza after its been driving around for an hour?? Tried to call store and tell them we didn't want the order anymore but we were put on hold for over 10 minutes. Finally delivery guy showed up and we declined the pizza. He took pizza back to store, and said mgr would have to call us for refund. After not receiving a call back we called back to store and ask for supervisor, was put on hold again and the same guy that initially answered said he could refund it, but he needed the card number, expiration date and security code. That seems shady to me. Good thing I have USAA if they try to take any money or fraudulent charges it will be caught immediately. What a terrible terrible waste of time and effort during what was supposed to be a relaxing Sunday afternoon at home. Now we have to go out to get food to feed the family after dealing with this for the last 2+ hours. The professional thing to do would be to call and give me a heads up, and ask if I still want my order since it's taking an additional hour. read more

01/10/2016 We've dined with this specific place twice so far. Once for the Super Bowl a few years ago. Took FOREVER for carry out but that was our fault. Didn't call ahead of time and ordered multiple pizzas. This time, we opted for delivery. They charged us 3.50 for delivery 7-9 minutes away according to Google Maps. Our food came with two minutes to spare on the online timer and we had the correct amount of items in our order, BUT they missed the (free so I don't really care) crust seasoning on our pizza and the Marshmallows (not free since I ordered the "Hot Chocolate Brownie i/o the plain chocolate brownie which cost a dollar or so more) on our dessert. Created our own pizza, a large stuffed crust (sans the requested garlic buttery free crust dust) Classic Marinara Sauce, Ham, Bacon, Pepperoni, Premium Salami. Was tasty but a bit greasy, and the sauce is silly sweet (it's chain pizza) Waffle Fries (seasoned, a bit crispier than I like them but okay) a meaty marinara pasta dish, Very soft noodles, good spice, could use a tinge more cheese but probably will order again. (Side note: it came with 5 bread sticks and they were garlicy and buttery and had parmesan dust on them so I think that's where our pizzas crust dust went) a two liter of diet pepsi and the wanted but not received Hot Chocolate Brownie. We got the plain chocolate chip brownie, was still pretty good, fudgey when warm but not what I ordered. Total (includes delivery amount but not tip) $47.72. I think the pizza itself was almost 19 dollars. We didn't add extra cheese or double meat. So this place is fine. I think that you could probably find coupons online or become a frequent flyer or whatever with chain places and it would be worth it. When I do eat here again I may consider saving the 3.50 for delivery and picking it up myself. Then again, no I won't, I'm lazy and that's why I ordered from here today in the first place. Every chain in SA has a "good one" and a "not good one"... this is the " worst one". Yesterday on the 28th I took my family into dine in, we stood at the podium to be served and was instructed by a young lady to "sit where we want" as she gathered up the menus. we walked over to a booth and my family of 5 climbed in. I then looked back to see the lady had laid our menus on the podium and walked off. At the time there was about 3 other tables so we chalked it up to her being distracted and went to get them, a few moments later she came to the table and wanted to take drink orders, we said "two kids Pepsi's and 3 adult Pepsi's" she replied "so 6 drinks?"...after a brief pause I corrected her to 5 and she walked off. She returned to take our order, 3 kids packs and a large stuffed crust half super supreme half mushroom, onion, green pepper light sauce. When we got the pizzas the large was missing 3 topping on the super supreme, was cut more like 2/3-1/3 ratio, they didn't put the garlic spray on the crust and had so much sauce it was oozing out the sides as you pulled the slice away from the pizza, then when we tried to eat it it fell apart because the crust was still so doughy it was like trying to eat pizza pudding. We identified it to the waitress and her initial response was throwing up her hands and acting like she didn't know what to do about it...we coached her into taking it off the bill and after the kids finished their meal we went to the Bandera location and ordered the same thing as carry out. Bandera nailed it spot on and it was delicious...morale of the story, go to the Bandera location not this place!!! read more

This place is terrible & it's always been terrible going right back to 2005 when I placed an order over the phone for a specialty pizza to be picked up by my husband at a specific time. He shows up, gives him his name & they say it'll be ready in a few minutes. 20 minutes later still nothing. People coming in & picking up their orders but not his. He goes back up to the clerk & they say a few minutes more. He asks for a manager, who looks at the order, walks off for a bit, comes back and says THEY DIDN'T EVEN OFFER THAT PIZZA HUT SPECIALTY PIZZA. 3 different employees couldn't tell us that, he couldn't tell us that immediately either. I called him up and tore him a new one since my husband is too polite to do so. Since then every couple of years we risk the buffet and it's never kept restocked. If you order off the menu it's at least 30 minutes if not 45 before you see your order. They are always understaffed & the staff are lethargic at best & often rude. I like Pizza Hut. Ooohh gosh....what a bad choice!!! Sorry I would not recommend this pizza hut. The service alone is so bad. Made an online order and went to pick it up. Got there and there were a lot of people complaining about there orders. Not a good picture. Well I picked up my order which costed $40.82 thinking that I had a good deal. Got home and half of my order was missing. Really??? My pizza was so cold and the pasta was just disgusting. I don't think the dogs will even have a bite.......Totally ashamed.........Totally disgusted!! Anyway, I am still not happy with the new pizza hut....there really needs to be a seriousness in the service provision, customer service and a good wake to having well trained staff. Went to Pizza Hut in Culpeper for lunch buffet. There were three pizzas on the buffet when we arrived and most were almost gone. We got a few pieces to get started. The waitress brought us water and lemon as requested. We waited 15 minutes before more pizza's were brought out. There were several men in the establishment so the pizza went quick. I had to go to the front and ask for more water. As I sat there and watched the only waitress never went to any of the tables for refills on drinks. I then went and got some cinnamon bread sticks. They were hard and crunchy. We then went to the cash register to ask for our bill and leave. Then they brought out more breadsticks. From what I could see there was one waitress and one cook. We placed an order for delivery and the estimated time frame was around 1 hour 40 minutes. After 2 and a half hours we called wanting to know where our order was and they said the manager tried to call us, which they had not. Then they said their driver was in for the night but we can come pick it up if we want. No apology or anything. Will never order from here again. read more

The only reason this is getting a star at all is because Pizza Hut pizza is awesome! Unfortunately, we have to deal with the terrible service at this pizza hut to get it. We ordered online and it said it would be ready for pick up at 7:49. We showed up at 7:50 and our pizza wasn't even made yet. We did not get our pizza until 8:20 and the only reason we got it was because I snatched it off the order rack. NO ONE was there passing out orders or apparently doing any sort of management. There were 4 tables in the whole restaurant with people, so they were not busy at all. The guy that came in right before us and ordered carry out at the counter got his order before we did and we ordered online at 7:35. This was a Tuesday night, I believe. This is on par with my husbands last visit there where the place was FILLED with angry people as their "computers were down" and they couldn't take payments, give out orders, etc. I understand technical issues, but there were NO apologies, no order to any of it and the staff getting rude with the customers for being impatient. I asked the person who was up front for a few minutes, very nicely, about online orders and should I always expect they will be ready later than the online time. She said they don't get the orders for about 10 minutes and then they start the order. She said it then takes 15 minutes to cook it. So..tell me why we didn't leave until 8:20, but got there to pay at 7:50. She suggested "just call your orders in. If no one answers, just keep calling until someone does." Ummmmm. NO THANK YOU!. Your pizza is good, but it isn't THAT good or worth the trouble of hunting someone down who may or may not even start my order in a timely manner. We went to this pizza hutt 1/12/12. When we walked in there was not one single person in the dining area. There were three waiting for their orders that were called in. A girl standing behind the stand told us to seat ourselves while she was putting utensils in napkins. So busy that she could not seat us! We sat there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to bring menus, take our order etc. Nope... not a soul. And again, not one person in the dining area, so there was no mass rushing around going on. We watched as four boys were in the kitchen area chatting away and three girls hugging and walking about. There was an older gentleman that was on the floor as well whom we guessed was the floor manager and would see that we were very aggravated with the service. Nope.. he just turned and walked in the back. We sat there for an additional 10 minutes giving them the benefit. The three people who were setting in the front waiting also looked like they were just about filled up with the poor service. You could see them look at each other and shake their heads in disgust. By this time we felt enough was enough. Not only did the employees totally ignore us, but made no effort what so ever to come to our table. We got up and left and looked over at a gentleman that was STILL waiting as well for his pizza and he shook his head and let us know this would be his last visit there. Needless to say... we also stated the same to him. We would have asked to speak to the floor manager, but by this time we figured the poor management of his employees only represented how he felt about the patrons that entered in.... very little.. or he/she would see that customers would be treated as if it was very important to them that we come in to their establishment. We went to the car and I decided to call and ask for the manager to voice our rage. Surprise.... no one answered the phone at all. Now remember... not one person in the dining area. I hung up and called back again... yep, no one answered again. All these people walking around, no one in the dining area and yet no one can seat us, take our order or answer the phone. I have lived in this town for over 20 years and have NEVER, NOT ONE TIME, had a good experience. The wait staff is horrible and the kitchen is soooooo sssssllllooooooooowwwww. You can be the only customer or one of many and you will wait forever either way. They've had delivery off and on over the years...if you crave Pizza Hut and just have to have it, I would suggest ordering online and praying your delivery driver is Mike (I think that's his name). My M8 and I placed a $40 order at 5pm and they didn't call, text, or email a notification that they would be running late or had encountered a complication with the order. Three hours around 8pm later the delivery driver shows up forgetting two items, gives my partner problems over asking them about it then proceeds to take our tip and come back with the missing items with an extremely rude attitude and not the least sympathy for taking 3 hrs to deliver something the online order originally said would take an hour or less. This place is immensely incompetent and the food they did bring us was severely undercooked and inedible. read more

After dozens of times ordering and having problems over the years, we'd had good luck the last 3 orders - the only time we've ever had 2 orders in a row be right. Tonight was the last straw. I've ordered personal pans and arrived after 20 minutes to see my pizza sitting on the end of the conveyor belt - no one paying any attention, and then another pizza comes along AFTER TEN MINUTES and knocks mine on the floor. Tonight, we placed an order online - just 3 pizzas. After fighting rush hour traffic across town, I get there, and for some unknown reason a cashier has completely canceled my order. It took the manager 10 minutes to figure this out. Our order was on ONE of their computer systems but not the other. Just canceled. So, an hour after we order - mind you there's no one else waiting for carry out and no one eating in the store (smart people) - they had to completely cook our order from the beginning. We never order more than 2-3 pizzas, but I can't even count the number of times something's been wrong or not cooked at all over the years. This Pizza Hut burned down in a fire a couple of years ago - they should have just left it in ashes. ANY place would be better than this. read more
