I ordered two medium size pizza one topping. I guess Pizza Hut is not what it use to be. I wish I could give negative stars. Ordered pizza at 6:27 p.m. At 7:50 it still hadn't arrived so my son called the store. They informed him it was on its way. At 8:30 our food still hadn't shown up (the store is ten minutes from our house). I decided to give a call and complain. Instead of being apologetic, I get a manager on the line telling me I ordered at 7:50. I told him no, the original order was at 6:30. He comes back with an extremely rude tone and tells me "that's very hard to believe since it says here on my computer that you ordered at 7:50". So, not only do they not know how to look up a proper time of order but the MANAGER is arguing with me and essentially calling me a liar. Needless to say, I cancelled the order and will NEVER order from this store again. I don't expect much when it comes to establishments such as this but this behavior is totally unacceptable. What can you say about pizza hut. Its definately my favorite pizza chain since they have a good deep dish. You can order online and use coupons now also. They have never messed up an order that I placed on line and its always ready by the time the online says it is. Havent tried their wings yet though. If I could give no stars I would. Very unprofessional employees, when I arrived I could hear them joking and making comments just behind the wall behind the counter. I continued to wait a few minutes before having to call out for someone to come assist me (since I was on my break), the manager came up and checked for my order, came back and said "Here you go, go have fun on your break wherever that is..." I thought that was very rude but I left and went back to work only to find that the pizza wasn't even cooked thoroughly. I called literally 15 minutes after I picked up my order to speak to the manager and they denied he was in and denied giving me the district managers information or any other supervisors information. Be careful to make sure you get charged the current special sale price, and not the regular price. Twice now I have ordered on the phone, and when I arrived they had it set up to charge me the full regular price instead of the current sale price. We usually order online or by phone and either go pick it up or have them drop it off. I can't think of a time we've had a problem with their customer service, they've never messed up on our order either and they usually take about as long as they say they will, gave or take some. Some people don't like Pizza Hut because they're ordering the wrong crust style. Our family likes the stuffed crust pizza because of the crust, but we love the pan pizza better for the rest of it (especially if ordered with cheese ONLY and preferably with extra cheese). I personally love the soft crispiness of pan pizza crust and I'm not usually a crust eater. This is probably our favorite pizza place. Their chicken alfredo is also delicious, and their wings are pretty good, although not necessarily the best I've had. Their bread sticks are alright if eaten with marinara sauce. only complaint: they don't always offer you the Parmesan, chili, marinara sauce unless you ask for it. also, it's too bad it's not an eat in restaurant. read more

Warning to everyone who orders pizza with a credit card! Check your account to make sure they took out the right amount... A couple nights ago I ordered pizza from pizza hut and added the tip well someone added a bigger tip on my card! One time they didn't deliver my order at all and waited until I called them to check on my food to tell me they were out of the size I ordered. There isn't much to complain about on the tastes but the service when you go in isn't friendly at all. They make the pizzas and get you out as soon as possible. We picked up the pizza and the receipt said "skinny slice" so I called and asked about it. I was then informed that they don't actually have the gluten free crust and that was the closest form...
