I've always had good to excellent customer service from the Pizza Hut chains across Hawaii. It's this particular location that makes me a little perturbed! First of all, the girl who helped me tonight from the call center (ugh, I forgot her name-sorry), is awesome! But you know what they say, "One bad apple......." So in October 17th I ordered $100+ worth of pizza, chicken wings, pasta and I think drinks, not 100% sure about that. The gentlemen who took my order that afternoon arpund 530 pm was super rude. So rude that even my husband noticed the time of his voice and his attitude. I had him on Bluetooth so we all listened to his poor customer service. Although unacceptable, we ordered anyway. When our food arrived, right on time (kudos to the delivery man), it wasn't until we were deep into our little birthday celebration that we noticed two of the same pastas. *Everything was good, perfect temperature, it was broke da mouth", but they got the order wrong. So the untouched family sized pan of duplicated chicken Alfredo pasta was going to be wasted. I called, spoke with the call center, explained that they can listen to my order becsuse they record everything right?!?! A few minutes later, Carlos, a manager from the Salt Lake Shopping Center PH agreed that they made a mistake and offered me some options. 1) Redeliver the correct pasta. No thank you, were done eating 2) A driver will come back to pick it up and they will credit my debit card. That's fine with me, we haven't touched it. Please come and get it. Or 3) Keep the pasta and he will kindly give me a store credit for whatever $15/$16. Perfect! That works for me. We always order from there anyway. Ok done. Satisfied customer I am. So I call tonight, two weeks later and Carlos denies ever speaking with me. Not only does he sent but he admits work g on this date and time. I told Carlos "You're the person I spoke with"!!!!! He insists, it wasn't him becsuse he didn't call any customers that night. Hello Carlos! I CALLED YOU!!!! So here's my review: Poor customer care. Shame on you for lying to your customers. Shame on you for making a $16 credit into a bad review for you and your store. I have to say this. My review does not pertain to the rest of the great people or the quality of food Pizza Hut serves. I'm going to take my $1200 a year to Dominoes becsuse they are conveniently located a minute away from where we live and they have great food/customer care. read more

First I want to start with my complaint (yes I gave 5 stars). Why can't I find your store on Pizzahut.com??? Why do I need to come to yelp or call your main line? Please fix soonest!!! Ok, enough of that. I have been coming to this Pizza Hut for almost two years now and have NEVER had an issue that wasn't resolved to my complete satisfaction by management. Their pizza is hot and steamy when it gets to my door, always the correct order, always timely, and always services with the spirit of Aloha. Unfortunately my order was wrong again tonight. It is disheartening to realize it is now more normal to not get what I ordered and paid for from this location. Beware of double anything and especially extra cheese. You will likely get light cheese and extra sauce, at least I did tonight. It is even worse when you have a direct comparison, I ordered one pizza with double pepperoni and extra cheese, the other was peperoni/mushroom/sausage the p.m.s actually had more peperoni ( I counted) and at least twice as much cheese. Came in around 6, waiting for my pizza. Understanding the wait will be long, given what the cashiers told me (30 mins). So I sit down patiently. Hearing yelling from the back, I peaked to look, a middle aged lady was swearing when the phone was ringing before answering it. Happened about 3 times. She was yelling at everyone in the back. So we order Pizza Hut maybe every other month since living in Hawaii but on the mainland we ordered biweekly. So we know Pizza Hut quality. Since ordering from Salt Lake location, I've had trouble with slightly undercooked pizza twice now but both times management was AWESOME! They were quick to call back to take our complaint and quick to fix it. The second time, our remade Pizza hadn't gotten to us in the time we were told so management called us back and not only still sent us out pizza but also reimbursed our charges without us even asking. That is great service! Although we'd prefer to have the pizzas done right the first time, we are willing to overlook the occasional undercooked pies when they get fixed plus more. read more

Walk in with paper flyer in hand for the bacon and cheese stuffed crust pizza. I wanted a medium but the lady told me they don't have medium, only large. Which was weird. The specials are usually posted on windows facing Salt Lake Blvd, in the Salt Lake Shopping center. It is next to Soongs Korean BBQ. It's a small store front so you have to look for it. read more

This is my go to pizza place whenever I'm craving just some quick pizza. I also love getting the wings because they're pretty large in comparison to some other pizza places. Only downside to the place is the parking lot right out front can sometimes be packed depending what time you go and the stall lines aren't completely visible. read more

I usually am very happy with the service I get from this Pizza Hut. Till, we phone ordered and picked up our order. We ordered wings, and they were completely undercooked. I called them, which it goes straight to the call center, and reported this. It has been over a hour and no call back from the manager. Placed order and paid for it at 6:30 pm and to be picked up at 7:30 pm... Was it ready at 7:30??? No-way near close to it. Got it at 7:45. What gets me is, once it's paid for, shouldn't it been a no-brainer as to make it and pop it in the oven and have it ready by the stated time? Absolutely horrible, should be zero stars! Order a pizza and they completely messed it up. I've worked in a Pizza chain and its really not hard to read the ticket and make the pizza correctly, but apparently for this Pizza Hut its impossible. To top it all off it was the MANAGER who messed up our pizza, not once but twice! She never called us back to apologies or fixed the problem. We will never order from here again. If any of you decide to order from here, expect incompetence, and utter carelessness. Ordered one of the 60th BD pizza. Double cheesy pan pizza. Double??? NOT There was No cheese in the crust. Not much cheese on any of it. Kinda dry very little topping. Definitely not worth $25. Wouldn't order it again. If you haven't tried it DON'T. Was really disappointed. Tracking your pizza never moves says cooking your order. $25 not worth it. & I think delivery person should get all the fee. It's their automobile, wear& tear on it. time. Pizza hut gets their money same or more if you picked it up or ate it there. Irratated just not good business. I will buy stuffed crust frozen from the grocery store. I have order delivery from here plenty of times. Seems like they are always on ALOHA time although theye guarantee a time frame. They are usually no more than 15 minutes late. Can deall with that. Walk in at 645p, ordered supreme, big New Yorker and the pasta things...told 15 minutes...ok. Came back in ten and the place was a madhouse. Waited patiently there watching for my name on the screen. Their delivery service is horrendous. First time their Caesar salad had wilted lettuce, second time They took nearly two hours to make the delivery and the food was cold. Then today no dressing for the salad. I called their island wide customer svc line 6:30p and at 7:30pm no salad dressing. I called again @7:30pm, it's 7:46 and still no dressing. I am very impressed with the cashier, I don't have him name but he's a taller local guy late teens or early 20s. I went in yesterday with a couple coupons to pick up some wings and dressed like a total hobo as I just took my dogs to the park. Not once he was derogatory but very respectful and courteous, always with a smile. I was short a dollar, he said to not worry about it. Not once was he rude nor condescending. Slow delivery, called the store after my order was 30 minutes late, was told the driver was on the way and will call.. 30 minutes after that still no order, only after I call asking for a refund does the driver show up over an hour late with my cold order and not even a discount for the poor service.
