My family are pizza lovers. Pizza Hut has always been our 'go to' for take out and delivery over the years. Unfortunately, that is coming to an end. The quality and quantity (toppings) has diminished rapidly over the last couple of years. My wife likes to online order, but her guidelines are not followed. The supreme looks like just a spattering of toppings. The last two times have been disappointing, to say the least. I hope they can get their act together before it's too late. read more

The WORST. Last time we ordered pick up we got there at the time they said. Our name was on a sign that said ready but the worker said it would be over and hour. Tonight we tried delivery. Three hours later and over forty bucks for one large pizza and wings it arrives very late. The guy gives us a voucher for free pizza. Inside we find the pizza is not cooked all the way. I am done. I have ordered from the place off and on for the past two years only because it's the only pizza place that will deliver to my house. 8 of 10 of my delivery orders are either extremely late (1hr wait) or missing items ie. drinks, wings, brownies. Today the delivery wait time said 41 minutes. Mid week at lunch is 41 minutes for a 7 minute drive. I work from home so I decided to go with it. 1 hour later I have to call them to ask where my food is located. They respond with, "I was just about to call you and let you know we are running late." Horrible It's Pizza Hut. Their job is making pizza. They can't do that at all. We ordered a large pizza. Waited a hour for pickup. Brought it home and opened the box and found a complete mess. I downloaded the Yelp app for the sole purpose of leaving this review. The fact that this place is in business is the 8th Wonder of the World. Impossible to get them to even answer the phone. If by chance you get someone to answer, they tell you they can't deliver to your location...that's three miles down the road. Then after you explain that you're closer than any other place they deliver to, they tell you the wait is an hour and a half. I've never had a remotely decent experience. In fact, as I type this I've been waiting on someone to pick up the phone for 9 minutes and counting. I feel better now. read more

Once again I have waited for an order that either never showed up or showed up over an hr late. In this case I placed this order at 6:56 pm due to arrive at 7:35pm. I received a text that my order was out for delivery at 7:25pm, from this time I've waited at my door with the light on and phone close by. At 7:54pm I placed a call to inquire about the status of my order. To find out that no one could locate it. Then I'm told that my order was cancelled and That they tried to call me multiple times. When in fact no one called me but my card was charged for 16.47, with a notification sent to my phone. No apologies, just a BS response for failure on their parts. First order, paid online and delivery was never received. Called customer service and was informed the store was closed. Contacted the store for a refund and they decided to make the order later after they had a driver. Ordered today, delivery is currently 40 minutes late for a less than 10 minute drive even after receiving a text that order was out for delivery. Called the store 4 times and no answer also they close at 11pm. read more

This location was really struggling a couple years ago, and I wrote them a well-deserved one-star review for regularly screwed up orders and kitchen and counter operations that could only be described as total chaos. I've been back a couple times in recent months, and things have improved. My orders were filled correctly and on time, and the kitchen/counter operations were more welcoming, efficient and professional. Hopefully they've got themselves straightened out, as they've got a great location and a lot of opportunity. A few more experiences like the last ones, and I'll go five stars. I have ordered delivery 3 times now. None have been delivered. Last excuse, we are out of thin crust we called you twice to let you know.
