Just a shout out to everybody about this establishment. I clipped a coupon from the coupon paper that comes weekly in the mail which included 2 med 3 topping pizzas, 2 bread sticks, and a 2 ltr bottle of soda for $20.99. I placed my order online. When I went to pick up my order the cashier looked at the coupon and then went in the back. She came back out and said "We don't honor these coupons". So instead of the manager getting off his/her lazy posterior and addressing this with me I had a cashier just say no. Fine. I pushed the pizza back to the cashier and said that I no longer wanted the order, or to come back to Maricopa's Pizza Hut. I went down the road to Barros and got a rocking extra large Kona Pizza with a 15% veterans discount applied. I then went home and checked the coupon paper which sure enough did not include Maricopa as participants. Which is fine. But if you look at the current TV adds they are selling 3 topping medium pizzas for $5.99 each, add $8.69 for a double order of bread sticks and you are at $20.67 with no soda. Haven't ordered Pizza Hut in a very long time and now I remember why. Ordered a large Supreme pizza and the dough is gooey, not cooked all the way through. It would otherwise be so tasty... disappointing. Anyway, we're going to cook the pizza longer before we eat it. read more

The pizza hit rewards program apply the bait and switch with their redemption of points. I think it's great that they offer rewards for ordering their product versus others. Although you get free items on their menu based on your reward points, you don't get specifically what it says. I know that was a confusing point if you do not use this feature with pizza hut. 1. you order through their app. 2. you get reward points for purchasing your items. 3. you use these reward points for free(so they want you to think) products. Example, 150 points for medium pizza, 75 points for an order of breadsticks and there are other you can select also but you get the gist of it. Well, the reason for this review is that on their app it is specific on what you get for a set amount of points. example: "Medium any pizza 200 pts" that is exactly what it says. Well, that is not true, you do not get "ANY" pizza you get charged for certain options if you read the terms of the program. Ok, I can understand that BUT who the F&^% reads that? This program as it is currently being shown on their app is misleading and needs to change so people that are not a "terms of condition reader which is 99% of users don't think they're getting something just to change when they check out. read more

Absolutely the worst. Always make mistakes. I don't think I've ever seen anyone who looks over the age of 17 working in the entire restaurant. Ordered a pizza on Superbowl night and was delivered a GROSSLY UNDER-COOKED pizza. called to complain and 45 minutes later received another UNDER-COOKED pizza. Appetite now ruined called back to ask for refund or credit. was told by "Manager" (sounded like she was 15) I could receive an $8 credit. My order was $16. As many people who have reviewed this store have said. I have given them too many chances over the years and disappointed with something over half the time. I'm done with this pizza hut. I usually only leave positive reviews, however this time I cant let it go. I ordered a pizza online for pick up. On arrival I walk in get my pizza abd pay. As I'm leaving I take a look at what is supposed to be a double pepperoni and bacon pizza to see only what looks like a standard pepperoni. I thought honest mistake and told the guy at the register. He tells me that if you order double pepperoni and bacon you really only get the standard amount of pepperoni because normally with two meats you get less pepperoni... I said ok then where is the bacon? He tells me that the bacon is really small bits and thats why I cant see them? I asked him do you see the bacon on it and he says.. YEP... I said ok ill trust you and left. No there is no bacon and apparently double pepperoni is still standard pepperoni. Save yourself the hassle and go to the dominoes right down the street. Well tonight on 10/21/2018 I ordered a pizza from the local pizza hut in Maricopa it was the worst experience ever I stopped ording from there about 2years ago but my daughter came by from out if town and likes pizza hut so I decided we would order from there because it had been a while.We ordered chicken buffalo, ham and bacon and a veggie pizza.The pizza was late and the buffalo pizza didn't have buffalo sauce on it and the ham and bacon was half done when we called we spoke to Alma who is the manager on shift she was rude and unaccomdating and had very poor customer service we had to wait another hour for another pizza that and send the other pizza back. A house full of hungry grand kids dealing with a rude and unprofesinal manger and disappointed daughter that thought she would get the great pizza hut experience that she receives out of town. I will never order from there again and recommend that if you and your family are ever in Maricopa Arizona Do NOT Eat At Pizza Hut. Spare yourself the disappointment and aggravation go anywhere but there. Oh and the star was just so I can warn others. Hope it helps go at your own risk. Wow! I've been in this Pizza Hut a few times and just had to walk out/ didn't even want to order anything. Each time I've walked in, there was a bad smell, the place was dirty,there;s no menu board or menus available to look at. When I asked about a specific advertisement from the TV, the employees nor manager didn't know about the ad. How does a place like this stay in business? Isn't there a Pizza Hut auditor to make sure these places are on their game? There is no excuse for dirty in a restaurant/ sorry but true. I have been to this particular location on several occations and honestly I have no idea what these people are talking about clearly they are brainless. I have had nothing but perfect experiences from the employees. They are now under new management and are so much nicer and just more understanding. From the cashiers to the cooks you could not ask for better people making your food. A lot of customers tend to speak before they think, I don't know where all these bad reviews are coming from. We order here very often and the service sucks. Except for two girls that served us in the past. I've called. An hour before closing time and I was hung up on multiple times. How I know? They pick up the phone first, then they hang up. I thought it was a mistake but after calling back three times, and hearing the back ground noise.. I know they intentionally hung up. I was in the shop for dinner one time and I heard the girls telling each other that because they don't want to service people at certain times, they would stop answering phones. I didn't know an hour before would still be considered late. Food has always been spot on but the service sucks so so bad. read more

I've never had an issue with PH until today. I called to add something to my order and was on hold for 10 minutes. I was asked 3 times for my name and number. The 3rd time I asked if she was having a hard time finding the order. Before I could give her confirmation number she put me on hold in mid sentence. Horrible service. Their timing is way off. It is never busy and it seems to still take them forever to do simple tasks. Correct me if I'm wrong, but most restaurants bring everything out at once (or at least try). Here, they bring things out as they finish. This makes it very lame when with a party or just with anyone else in general because some people are eating and some aren't. The entire staff back in the kitchen seem brainless. Disappointed. I love Pizza Hut and actually even worked at one when I was young, but the Pizza Hut here in Maricopa needs a massive employee overhaul! Like I said, I love the pizza and have put myself though numerous bad experiences in order to have the pizza and breadsticks, and I will say that the service this last visit I had (over Memorial Day weekend) was a bit better than usual, but still crappy. The breadstick sauce was super runny and lacked flavor, my breadsticks came out with the pizza as did the cinnasticks-which meant they were cold by the time we ate them. I just think they could do so much better if they took a little pride in their work. read more

The pizza came quickly and the delivery person was very friendly and polite. That's all that was good about it. The pizza was very undercooked, gooey and nasty. My husband and I were starving so we just ate some of it without additional baking. Big mistake. We both had stomachache for two days afterwards. I mean, how hard is it to bake a pizza? I'm a pretty young looking person. I'm 16, but I look about 14. I'm not sure if the delivery guy thought I was a stupid kid who couldn't tell her ass from a hole in the ground, or if he just didn't care, but he shortchanged me. My change was supposed to be 11.20, but he gave my 8.00. I called after him once I realized the mistake, but he looked at me, and drove away. If this was an accident, it could have easily been resolved had he not driven away after I pointed out the mistake. I only make about 20.00 a week from my current job, and although 3.20 may not seem like a lot of money, it is to me. The pizza was delicious and got here in a timely fashion, but the service was horrid. The man had glasses, dark hair, and a beard, I hope he is dealt with and realizes his mistake. read more

I ordered carryout - bone out wings (pretty good) and a hand-tossed large four pepper pizza. The pizza has a garlic flavor and the dough appears to be underdone. With the unused slices I'm going to try baking them in the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes to see if that improves the texture. read more

This place is terrible. The delivery was over an hour and a half late. We called to see where it was. A high school age girl chuckled at us before an older gruff guy came on the phone and said our address didn't exist. Never mind we had ordered from them and had successful delivery tons of times before. He also swore at me like a true winner. When eating in the restaurant on prior occasions we have always had sub par service from high school kids. Food is late and burnt, flies merrily buzz around the restaurant and apathy fills the air. The franchise owner does not care what happens. They would rather people eat at Barros, Dominos, Brooklyn Boys, Papa Johns or Little Caesars than address problems. The place is a true dump. The only reason we ever ate inside was due to the book it certificate our son won. We now know there are far better places to eat than at Pizza Hut Maricopa, where the microwaved food is stale and the employee attitudes are fresh. Do yourself a favor and eat leftovers or canned food rather than visit this local cesspool. read more

I have never had a good experience at this Pizza Hut. I wish there were more pizza huts in Maricopa cause this one is horrible. Every time I order from there ink NEVER receive my entire order. I either paid for ranch and it doesn't come, or I've purchased desert and the dipping sauce doesn't arrive, I've also ordered pizza wings and salad and the pizza be missing, last night as well they brought my food and were missing wings. I called and they said sorry we don't know where they went we've been looking for them, we'll bring them out in 20 mins after the rest of my food was already here sitting getting cold. What is the point of ordering online if you have to have card on hand when delivered? Placed order today for my dad who cannot drive & son who stayed home from school. My dad was refused to be given the pizza because he didn't have my card on hand. Sooo logical thinking Pizza Hut, how would I have all of the billing info to place the order if the card wasn't really mine? Never again. I'd give you no stars if possible. Thanks for not even trying to understand manager. You guys should really just remove yourselves from online ordering period since your 1 of the only PH that discriminate on deliveries. The Pizza Hut has Poor Management. Nothing but young folks work there, I have never seen or spoken to a Manager on Duty to complain, just young kids. One time, went in and wanted coffee, they had to make it but did not have ANY Creamer and they did not tell me upfront about this until I had asked for some. I then refused the coffee and the young girl did not like this very well, because she did not come back to wait on us, she ended up sending over another girl to finish waiting on us. I call this POOR Management. I do like the personnel pan pizzas we get there though. read more
