I ordered through the drive-thru: a spicy chicken sandwich meal with a Coke, a McChicken, a medium fry with honey mustard, and a Diet Coke. When I received my bag, I asked if the honey mustard was included, as I've previously paid for sauces and not received them. The employee checked the screen and said it was included. To be sure, I opened the bag and immediately noticed I was missing an entire fry. I informed the employee, who shut the window without saying anything. When she returned, she told me I had only paid for one fry. I explained that I ordered a meal plus an additional fry with the McChicken and showed her my receipt. It turned out I had only been charged for the fry included in the meal. I told her I would let it go, as my card locks if I swipe it twice at the same location, but expressed my disappointment since it meant someone in my order would go without. She slammed the window shut. A manager then came to the window visibly upset and repeated that I would need to pay for another fry. I calmly explained again that I understood, but couldn't swipe my card again and would just pass. She angrily asked if a free small fry would "make me happy." I wasn't being confrontational-I was simply pointing out that part of my order was missing. I told her I didn't need a free fry and was okay leaving without it. Despite this, she insisted on giving me one, then returned to the window acting aggressively and asked if the employee had asked whether my order looked correct. I said no, which was true, but it made me uncomfortable as it felt like someone else might get in trouble over an honest mistake. When I got home, I discovered the spicy chicken sandwich meal wasn't even a spicy chicken sandwich. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. I believe this location needs better management, as the manager's aggressive behavior toward customers was unacceptable. I can only imagine how employees are treated.

I received a whopper with double ketchup and the management would not fix it. Gave them another try today and the drive thru cashier thought I ordered a fish sandwich when I ordered a whopper without ketchup. Got the whopper without ketchup this time but the burger was dry. New creamier mayo? Could not taste it. Patty and condiments were dry. Never again...this location has gone downhill. I have nothing really "bad" to say about this location. It's always been clean, (including the…read morerestrooms) the coffee selection is full, and the employees are very nice and helpfull. The only thing that kind of irks me is the food-ordering kiosks; if one requests say, picked on the side, it never seems to make it to the employees making the food. ‍ I've brought this to the attention of the staff making the order, and both times they stated, "We don't know why it does this; it just does..." I didn't see a manager handy either time, probably because the store was quite busy. If my wife and I want to order chow or made-to-order drinks, we usually go to the Wawa located at Bailey Bridge and Hull Street Roads.
