To me pizza is pizza and I buy their pizza and pasta to fill my stomach and for others (big groups) for cheap. I never had any problems with this location and the staff (front/cashier) are always friendly. One thing that I really like about this place is they actually CHECK your ID when your credit card isn't signed. With everyone being so laid back all the time and not checking for ID which could prevent stolen credit/debit cards to be used for fraudulent charges. I applaud this location for that as they always ask but I know it may not be a convenience to all but you'll appreciate it if someone stole your CC. This location is small right next to Zippy's Mililani and in Town Center. The parking lot gets pretty busy since Pet Smart and Zippy's are their neighbors. This Pizza Hut isn't like other locations where they have a dine in or buffet style eatery but they are a wing street location which is a plus as I'm not sure if things have changed but not all Pizza Huts have wings on Hawaii. read more

I normally always pick up from this location... and usually I receive decent service and a decent pizza. Nothing fancy, nothing spectacular, nothing to rave about... as Yelp ratings put it... just A-OK. However, on my last visit, the pepperoni/mushroom pizza I ordered looked... well... SAD. Barely ANY cheese on literally half the pizza, and barely any toppings. Granted I did order 2 pizzas and the other one was decent, but this pizza was missing A LOT. Unfortunately it was my Dad's pizza... and he wasn't too happy. Called them back, and they offered to make a new one and have me pick it up and swap it out. He didn't like that. They offered a $5 credit towards my next purchase. He didn't like that. They offered to make a new one and have someone deliver it within a maximum of 30 minutes, and that he took them up on. FAIL to them for getting to us after the 30 minutes, and FAIL to them for getting a pizza which DID look better, but 3 of the slices had NO cheese on 3/4's of the slice AGAIN. WTH?! How hard is it to evenly disperse toppings onto a pizza?! Seriously I may just order from Wahiawa and drive back to Mililani next time because this place needs to step it up! Super Supreme pizza was good as usual. The lower score is due to the service. Ordered ahead of time and got there just a little early. Was told the pie wasn't ready decided to wait outside and since there were only two chairs in that small space and one was taken by someone with a mask on. I didn't have one and out of respect for the person with a mask, I decided to wait outside the front door. When the other person came out, she said the girl said a name so I should check. I walked in and the girl didn't say anything and got my pizza out of the warmer; so, she obviously knew which pizza was mine. I was irritated that she couldn't walk not more than 5 feet to the front door and say my pizza was ready. And for those who think I should have been able to see inside, there was a glare that reflected off the glass so you really couldn't see much. I don't know what happened here.....we have ordered take out pizza from the Pizza Hut in the Town Center since 2006. In the past several months however, it appears that the food is severely lacking any type of quality. Our other issue is that we have multiple online coupons available, but "the website" doesn't accept them. So what's going on with that?! Maybe its related to this COVID-19 nonsense, but with 60% of the restaurants on-island closed for good, this is NOT the time to start skimping on product quality. The last two pizzas we ordered had miniscule amounts of sauce or cheese on them. The toppings were dried out and stale, and the pizza had little to no real taste. Typically, we always get two large pies, buffalo wings, bread sticks and dipping sauce, (our orders usually total just over $50 bucks), but the last couple of time we've gotten delivery, the pizzas have critically fallen short. The food was good but the one star is for the fact that Pizza Hut has the audacity to charge for Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. I mean seriously? Unbelievable! The service wasn't friendly either as the employee bringing our order to our car delivered it with no napkins, no smile and no thank you. But seriously, the fact that they have the nerve to charge for a condiment that every restaurant and/or pizza establishment that sells pizza/pasta provides is absolutely ridiculous. I was really disappointed with the quality of the pizzas I ordered to take home. I ordered a personal pan cheese pizza for my grandson and a New Yorker half mushroom and half pepperoni. When the cashier opened the personal pan cheese pizza to show me the product I was shocked and told the cashier there is two slices without any cheese on it and she told me if I wanted to wait 8 minutes and they will make another one but I told her just put some cheese on the slices that's missing the cheese an I'll go home and put it in the microwave oven! She came back and said they would fix it but when I got home and my 4 year old grandson looked at it he didn't want to eat it! The New Yorker pizza was dry and very skimpy on the toppings! Walked in because my nephew wanted pizza, saw on the screen a personal pan pizza deal but it changed before I could read all the details, so I asked about the specials on personal pan pizza & bread sticks.. There were 2 cashiers, 1 was training the other. The "trainer" said we don't have any pan pizza deals. I told them that I just saw on the screen some sort of deal. I had to wait for it to come up, again. The "trainer" had to ask another person if they had and how to ring it up. Why have someone that doesn't know, not only the specials but how to ring it up, train a new employee. That's just poor management and customer service. Those that live in Waipio Valley: The drivers don't know the streets very well, and are often overwhelmed because of the dense housing situation. It's understandable right? I once waited over an hour and a half for my pizza, which was cold by the time I'd gotten it. Pizza Hut kept calling me telling me that the house the pizza was being delivered to was not real. I ordered from this place earlier this week to feed a few people while we were painting a house. I then tried to order again because when you're in the middle of moving, cooking can be a challenge. I ordered contactless pickup this time and the food never came. I waited for the time I was told and wasn't sure if I was supposed to go in or wait in my car. I was confused because there were a lot of people waiting outside and the shop was busy so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I was thinking, since they are busy, perhaps some things will be a bit slower and maybe people were going in the store because they knew something I didn't. I eventually went in the store and the order wasn't ready. About thirty minutes later I called and they said they were bringing it out, at this point I was ready to leave because the order was supposed to come out at 1950 (7:50p) and it was 2029(8:29p). I gave them another five minutes and one large pizza and eight wings did not come out so I decided to cancel the order. Yes they were busy but I'd waited long enough over the time they said it would be ready and didn't want to wait any longer. I'd still go back because the people were nice and they just seemed super busy. Also, COVID-19 probably makes things different and difficult. read more

Always check your order, I can't tell you how many times they've gotten my order wrong. What's amazing is that 90% of the time I've placed the same order. When I complained the mgr blamed the customer service reps but I showed him his ticket it was typed correctly. I am reviewing them purely on the quality of their pizza. I don't know what has happened in the last 3-4 years with this Mililani Town Center location but the amount of the toppings they put on their pizza has been drastically reduced. Nearly every pizza my family has ordered is missing something. One day they will be sparse on the sauce, the next sparse on pizza toppings and one ever present common factor is never enough cheese. Now I'm not talking about being a cheese lover here. I'm talking about the fact that 1/4 of the pizza will be missing cheese. Large chunks spanning nearly half a slice will be bald and I'm not just talking about one spot either. The last, last time I ordered pizza one was half mushroom, half extra cheese. There was no extra cheese compared to the half with mushroom and it looked like the person who cut the pizza, used their finger to push not only the rogue mushrooms but all the cheese with it, to accommodate a proper half and half pizza. So we had one slice of cheese that was just very obviously unappetizing and trying to convince myself that the person was probably following safe food handling was just not working. So frackin' gross! When properly prepared their pizza tastes great but under their current standards at Mililani, the pizza is a huge waste of your hard-earned money. Late again! This location is famous for their late orders. As I type this, my wife is waiting for our order that's already 30-minutes late. She said that there's a long line of people waiting for their orders. This is not the first time this has happened. Unfortunately they are the closest location...
