I tried to like this place and support this local business - after paying $30.06 for two mediocre medium pizzas today my update turns out to be a downgrade unfortunately. The property itself seems to have gone downhill, the landscaping is a mess of overgrown grass and weeds the exterior is dated and looks like it's been abandoned. I did carry out and went inside to get my pizzas, it's eerie being they never reopened the dining room and there was only one employee inside or at least visible. The employee was nice but not overly customer oriented - my two pizzas were out of the oven and just sitting on the discharge conveyor out in the open and unboxed (for how long who knows). I just threw out my last Pizza Hut box - I believe they will closing the doors at some point or for now it's turned into a take out / delivery pizza store only, no matter there are too many other options I don't need to deal with this mess... read more

Just ordered $12 large thin crust pizza. I asked for square cut and got wedge cut, pizza was not hot when I picked up (20 minutes after order) and was barely warm when I got home. Staff doesn't listen to order requests. Oven doesn't keep pizza hot. Will be a long time before I order from them. read more

Ordered delivery last night. It's been awhile since we had PH. Both of our pizza crusts were under baked and I did not get an extra marinara that I paid for. Very disappointing. I ordered online and got all the updates on the process but never got a survey or anything asking how my order was. Bummer on y whole experience. The Edgewater Pizza Hut has gone downhill fast. They consistently send the wrong food, and you cannot reach them by phone without waiting 20-30 minutes when there is a problem. The worst part is that they got rid of their Tuscan Meaty Pasta in exchange for a new pasta that is HORRIBLE! It's sickening sweet, does not taste like real pasta at all and made both my husband and I quite sick after eating it. We went in last night for dinner. Waited 5 minutes to get a menue. Then another 3 minutes for out waitress. We got 2 personnel plans and the salad bar. The night crew was in the back singing instead of serving the patrons in the house. The salad bar had issues the service was horrible. We had been there for lunch and it was very good. We will not return for dinner unless they change the night crew. We had to get our own silverware and napkins. read more

*not the first time it has happened*** They never ever get the orders right. In my last order of $45.00, I noted online not to forget side sauces and yet they forgot the 2 blue cheese. I called & they said that the manager (who would not talk to me) said she placed the blue cheese inside the box. I explained that I open the box in front of the driver and no sauces. They promised re-delivery but that never happened. I guess they their extra money by stealing small amounts from customers. read more

Just ordered a pizza 8/22/18, Asked for Sausage, Onion and Peppers, with toppings to the edge. Pizza Undercooked 2 pieces of small sausage on the slice, one small slice of onion but the bell pepper slices were huge could have just thrown the pepper on the pizza. I really like the pizza... my problem is that I ordered and paid thru the app (delivery) and decided to do carry out because of the time (2 hrs delivery vs 20mins carry out) understanding delivery would of took longer considering it's a holiday. They took off the delivery charge over the phone (supposedly?)... When I arrived, I stood outside for a good 10 mins knocking and being ignored (?). Finally someone went out the other door for a cigarette and I approached them. We went inside then I was told I owed extra money (???!!!). Even after showing the employee my emailed receipt, refused to give me my pizza unless I paid the measly amount owed (less than $5). So I paid because I drove there to "save time" but used my gas for my order. Plus, the buffet bar was dirty and that was noticeable from the window I was knocking on (@11pm!). Tsk tsk! read more

I ordered a big box pizza for pick up at 5:15, it was to be ready by 5:45.. I entered at 5:45 and told them my name. They said it would be a few minutes. 45 minutes later I went to the register and asked them what the problem with my order was that I had been waiting there for 45 minutes. They looked around and found it in the warming oven. Nobody bothered to say it was up. I usually don't have any problems with them but this was just over board. read more

I wont eat from this location anymore. Made an online order and had a friend pickup on the way over and they left items off order. I went back and the manager made it seem that it was my fault my friend didnt make sure everything was there before he left. Thats hilarious. The pzone was not like that in commercial. Hardly any pepporoni or cheese filled the calzone. Wings tasted as if they came out of microwave. Do yourself a favor and not order from this location. No customer service. I don't understand why they get my order wrong every time!!!! I always place my order online because of the coupons. It shouldn't be that hard to follow directions that are written in front of you!! Just stopped to try the pzone advertised for $5. Pzone was just ok. And they charged $6.99. Gave knife and fork to eat out of a plastic basket lined with paper. Paper gets shredded and ended up in my mouth. Not good. read more

This review is based stricly on delivery, My BF and I go in to eat alot and really like it BUT as I said this is about the delivery...I work at a locotion that has many travelers and children and pets, they like to order out... Needless to say delivery drivers need to be careful and considerate drivers especially in a place like this. Tonight a horrible little teen looking delivery driver came in as I was making my rounds and was driving like he was being chased by a rabid dog! NOW, we have signs posted in 2 spots before you get into the park to far that our MPH is 5...this guy was doing 40+ he came in went to the back of the park so FAST, so I waited for him to re emerge. He did emerge going just as fast, I yelled 3 or more times HEYYYYY HEYYYYY finally he did a u turn / dounut between campers and came to a stop at my feet. I started of by saying ,"dont you ever drive through this park like ( that i was going say)----and that is all I got out of my mouth before he rolled his hateful little teen eyes, rolled up his window and flew out of here like crazy again. On his second attemt (yes he tried to come in AGAIN) I was waiting and ready to turn him around at the drive and thank god I did because at that same time a nice little young man about 10 years old or so was walking around the corner to the restroom near the location he was trying to speedily get to...my heart skips a beat when I think what if that fool boy really hurt someone! He would never had seen that kid or been able to stop in time if he did see him. Thank god no one got ran over! Here is the bottom line folks. If you order delivery, put away your kids, pets and old folks that cant jump out of the way real fast. PH....Vet your drivers better before someone gets killed! read more

Worst experience ever! July 4th placed an order for large pizza no mushrooms 2 liter Dr. Pepper and requested packets of crush red pepper. After waiting an hour & 1/2 for the order got pizza with mushrooms 2 liter of Pepsi and no crushed red pepper. Called and spoke to manager on duty and was told they could redelivery my order but it would be another hour and 1/2. I said no thanks!
