    Teriyaki Bowl

This place was sooo good. We stopped over for a bite and to wait for the brewery down the street. This was the best idea ever. We were greeted warmly when we entered. They have a large outdoor dog friendly patio. After ordering, they brought out a large bowl of ice water for the pups. We got the Kahuna burger and the Teriyaki bowl. The burger was great. My husband really enjoyed the truffle fries he got with them. The bowl was yummy with great flavors and it was topped with pineapple. Would definitely recommend. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. Will definitely stop in next time we are in town.

This is a cute beach restaurant. There wasn't much staff here the day before Christmas Eve. There drinks was good( not pictured) it was a spicy mule and it was spicy. Same with the chicken bowl.

I always love visiting Jimmy Hulas when I travel thruout florida, and this location is no exception! Such a cute indoor / outdoor space. Employees were super friendly & speedy. Fish tacos were AMAZING (as always. Blackened baja fish tacos with a side of guac). Sat outside in the shade, plenty of vans to keep up cool. Loved our lunch & people watching. Perfect taco spot.

This is a really cool place, with plenty of seating inside and out. There are games outside (corn hole) for those who like. The music is at the right volume to be able to talk while enjoying it. The kitchen is open and everything appears clean. The food was really tasty I got the Tropical Salad with crispy shrimp. It may become my new favorite!! The person I was here with got a burger, which we ordered double and it was just right. The fries were tasty "like McDonald's". It was kind of confusing when we walked in. It was our first time and we didn't realize we had to go to the register to order. The bartender over to his section and told us we had to order there and then they would deliver to the table. When he brought the salad, he brought it with only a plastic fork, which made it a little hard to collect all the yummy and pieces in the salad. Plastic utensils in a restaurant seem anti-environmental to me. I think for the utensils alone I marked it down one star.

Two Tacos with chips. Queso is yummy.

Although you order inside, they bring the food to you. The food came quickly and well prepared. I like the relaxed atmosphere and decorations.

Sat outside at the bar to have a quick lunch. Super service by the bar tender. The beer selection is pretty extensive and the menu has a great variety of items on it. The BURNT REYNOLDS - Fried Egg, American Cheese, Bacon, Potato Chips, Lettuce, Ketchup was truly wonderful. I was captivated by the name. Burnt's long-lost brother Burt's movies came flooding back to memory--Smokey and the Bandit, Deliverance, The Longest Yard, The Canon Ball Run, Gator, and so many more... once I got beyond that, I focused on the ingredient list, and I was hooked. I wasn't disappointed. I could have done without the fries but the sandwich and a beer made the day ahead a box office hit.

First time to a Jimmy Hula's. You can either order at the counter, and they will bring your order to your table, or you can sit at the bar for full service. We ordered Street Tacos, Mission Fries, a couple adult beverages and Cookie Dough Flautas for dessert. Friendly servers. We grabbed a shaded table outside and played some cornhole, drinks arrived within a few minutes. Drinks were on point! Food was pretty tasty too. My Street Tacos were listed as being on 'soft corn tortillas' (for this CA transplant ALL tacos require corn tortillas lol), but were partially fried, so a bit chewy. Not a deal breaker though. Carnitas were tender. Zucchini fries were good too. Hubby loved the tender steak on his Mission Beach Fries. The Cookie Dough Flautas? We were so full we brought them home. But tore into them as soon as we were home lol. Oh so rich! We'll be back Jimmy!

The tacos came with ranch style beans that looked yummy, but they didn't taste great. There was a funny aftertaste that I didn't prefer despite positive reviews. I didn't finish them. For some reason, I was hoping for delicious, scratch-made horchata. I was disappointed by the artificial tasting, watery mix. It just wasn't my cup of tea. The weather cooperated (low humidity for the win!), and the setting felt like a little tropical escape. Between the pergola, Bimini-style covers, and all the lush greenery, it honestly felt like dining in a beautiful garden. Our server was fantastic--patient, attentive, and genuinely kind--even as we got caught up in nonstop conversation and took our time ordering.
