Really good Pizza Hut! Not sure why these reviews are so trash. We ordered online for the speciality pizza special of $20.99 and for an extra $3 we got the stuffed crust. It's not homemade style pizza that you expect at Bostons or something, but for being a large chain, we were pleasantly surprised. It was ready on time, piping hot, lots of toppings, and it wasn't overly greasy. The staff was very friendly even just doing pick up. Did a carry out order today. This is actually the first time i've been to this location, it's hidden near the back of Don Quiote. The worker was nice and greeted me. I got a stuffed crust with wirh italian sausage, pepperoni and jalapeños on half of it. The cheese did the stuffed crust oozed out but that's ok. The pizza was tasty, I love it with ranch sauce. The only downside is the crust is a bit bland even with the cheese inside. Wings were good tasting, wish they were normal-bigger sized wings but i mean what could you expect from Pizza Hut, been eating it all my life and there wings have always been tiny. Usually come here for personal pan pizza's, pizza's and wings. Came today for a personal pan pepperoni which came out as excepted! Their personal pans are so good. I like the crust and i really like the amount of toppings they put on personal pans. It's just enough for each bite. Also got breadsticks which was so disappointing. The bread itself was good. Nice and soft and warm. Perfectly dipped in the warm marinara sauce it comes with. BUT... that topping on the breadsticks, wasn't even there!!! It was plain bread with marinara sauce. What a waste!!!!! Parking is usually busy during lunch time, its in the kam shopping area. Customer service is fast and they get the job done. Thats it. Made an app order from Pearl City Location l. Wanted to changed pick up time. Called the store and got routed to customer service center. Was informed they could not change the pickup time but cancel my order. Took their word for it. My mistake I was hit with a "pending" charge which eventually turned into a processed charge. Called Pizza Hut and they told me I didn't wait long enough. Checked a week later and charges were not reversed. Called my bank and confirmed that the charge was processed and recommended I dispute the charge. Got word from bank that Pizza Hut wants the "order cancellation number". I was not given one, verbally or via email. Again my mistake. Is it really worth $30 for me to take my business elsewhere? read more

Horrible!!! Don't order delivery from them. First time they got my order wrong even though I ordered through app. I thought it was the apps fault. However, 2nd time we ordered with the app it said my pizza was delivered but we didn't get the pizza. I called 20 minutes past and they said it was on its way. Over one hour later it still didn't come. Then they say it was delivered to a woman with crutches. No one in our house has crutches. Then they proceed to grill us if we weren't sure and is there someone outside. Mind you a bunch of us were sitting outside the entire time waiting for the pizza and no delivery driver drove by and none of our neighbors have crutches. Then they were gonna hang up on us and we had to interrupt and they said they would make a new one. No sorry nothing. At least the customer service we called was apologetic and gave us a small credit, which to be honest doesnt matter. We just want our food we paid for. Did not care for the sauce, and we were really disappointed that the toppings were very skimpy compared to what is advertised in the site. Didn't see any of the curled pepperoni and hardly any regular pepperoni or mushrooms. After some checking she said they were all out. I placed my order online and when I received it I only had 22 wings. At over a dollar a wing I felt I need to let them know so called and of course got the same main line which we went through the whole tel# thing again and when I asked to speak to a manager he had so many questions like is this for a delivery order, did I already place the order, which I had to tell him just transfer me to a manager then it went to for what location and I said Pearl City and he told me the address which I said yes thats the one and at that point I was quite frustrated so I said that's the only one in Pearl City then he goes to ask me the one by Don Quixote which I said yes that's the only one! I finally got a hold of who said he was a manager and I told him about only getting 22 wings which he apologized and offered to send the correct amount which again I am just frustrated and really wasn't expecting them to deliver or credit me for 2 wings. I told him no need just make sure they count correctly and how hard is it to count to 24. He said the wings are pre-packed which shouldn't even have been said so I had to point out to him someone had to have counted them! I felt like I was an inconvenience and didn't want to stay longer then I had to. After ordering my big box dinner I was quoted to a 20min wait. While you're waiting you have many options to waste time which is a big plus! I love browsing through donquihote and foodland while waiting for my order. When I returned about 18 mins my order was ready! Talk about on the dot I'll definitely give them that! The bad: Honestly, everything was okay up until a certain point. The pizza and pasta I had ordered were fine! Except, I believe one of the sauces were bad. Reason being, my entire family consumed the box with me except for me being the only one who used the sauces. (Garlic sauce, blue cheese, marinara). Now, one of these sauces were most likely bad as it gave me the absolute worst stomach ache! My family was fine except for me! I tried again a different day and again! Experienced a terrible stomach pain that wouldn't go away! Overall I would have given 3.5 stars for the speedy service and good. This Pizza hut is conveniently located next to Don Quijote, Pearl City. The pizza is the same, made fresh like any pizza hut. There's no room for eat-in. It's a carry-out pizza hut only. Since Don Quijote and Foodland are right next door, it's so convenient to order, then shop, then pick up your order to take home, or eat at the dining area in the front of Don Quijote. Chicken pizza w/spinach & mushrooms & stuffed crust - 4 star - my family loves this pizza, but we like it hand-tossed better. There's just too much mozerella cheese in the crust. Super supreme hand-tossed pizza - 3 star - too oily and meaty for me, but the hand-tossed crust is our favorite. Service - 4 star - If you get a local man, he's very nice, tolerant, and will tell you right away that your pizza will be ready in 15 minutes so you don't have to wait there. I was taking so long to decide what to order, and he just stood there patiently waiting for me while I was changing my mind, and toleranting my kids when they started fighting and playing with the doorbell by stepping near the door to make it ring. The place is really small, but at least it's clean. It's so cheap when you buy the literacy card that's a two for one deal, or the coupon book they are currently selling for $5. 11/8/20 made a return trip to get my "free" replacement pizza of the Big New Yorker as the last time I ordered it wasn't satisfactory. This time the manager Queenie was so nice and did my order perfectly as I wanted extra cheese and extra sauce. I looked at the finished pizza before leaving and it looked like the advertised photos on the store window so it was a good sign. Went home as wanted to try it immediately and it was delicious as it was very saucy, cheesy and just enough pepperoni too. My husband and I were very happy and satisfied. Would like to say that Pizza Hut was very professional in handling my complaint earlier (see last review) and resolved my issue immediately. Was hesitant to go back but glad I did!
