Excellent customer service!! We stopped by for dinner and Nathan was the one who greeted us and took our order. He was really patient with us, and when I asked if they had coffee available, he ran over to the coffee machine and started brewing a pot. Keep in mind this is 7:45 at night and he was more than happy to get a pot brewed for us. I told him I didn't mind if they didn't have any, and said I can get a regular drink but he insisted it was okay. I ordered the classic Asiago club meal (small) and my husband got the double cheeseburger meal (large). The food didn't take long to make and came out nice and hot. My Asiago sandwich was absolutely delicious and my fries were perfectly seasoned! My coffee, cream and sugar was also brought to our table while we were eating. We came in for a Frosty, but ended up getting two Biggie Bags instead. The combos are $9 each, except the Crispy Chicken which is $8. You get your choice of Bacon Double Stack, Crispy Chicken BLT, Double Stack, Crispy Chicken or Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger. Along with the sandwich comes 4 pc. Nuggets, Fries and a drink. I wanted the Pineapple Mango Lemonade which was $1 more. The Frosty didn't have an upcharge. The food was above average for the most part. The fries were actually crispy and came fresh out of the fryer. The Pineapple Mango Lemonade tasted great. The Bacon Double Stack was underwhelming. Usually a place to go for fast food. Food is descent and convenient when you want something quick to eat. Hands down worst experience ever!!! No one greeted us and no one took our order. We waited at least 5 minutes and were completely ignored. We finally used Kiosk. The girl at counter pushed 2 cups forward and I asked if it was for my order; she did not speak at all. My husband picked up food and same response;nothing!! The food was sub par at best. Quality is way down at this location as well as customer service. Funny as we sat to eat , what looked like a manager greeted a couple walking in. Unbelievable!!! I have never been to a Wendy's in my entire adult life but I heard they had good salads. I am a pescatarian so I was leery but I was told you can order without meat. I was shopping in the complex so decided to check it out. I ordered the Cobb salad without the chicken or bacon and I also ordered baked potato, plain. The cashier suggested I make it a meal and I could save a dollar. Helpful hint! The meal costed $11.51. The potato was cooked well but not sure if it's worth $5 alone. The salad was pretty tasty but again, not sure $9 esp without meat. My only ask would to have a vegetarian or fish burger. I should've reversed and chosen another close by eateries. Ordering took a long time thru the drive thru. I bad to use my personal flashlight to read the left side of the menu due to the light being out. Part of my order was going to take extra time and I was directed to park by the front door for my order. I watched the worker walking out with my order while looking at her phone. She gave me my order and continued to look at her phone. I was ready to leave, but realized tge bag felt a little light for what I ordered. My large chili with crackers was missing. So, i had to go into the store to request the rest of my order. I told the worker, maybe if she paid more attention to my order rather than her phone, it would've been done correctly. She said, she wasn't on her phone and that she was checking my order. I call b.s.. Check the order at the line and walk with purpose to the awaiting customer. No apologies, just excuses. It's on the left side of Kuala Street, across from the Self Storage building. There's a free parking lot and a drive-through option. Thanks to T-Mobile Tuesdays, customers can get a free Breakfast Sandwich with any purchase. The offer was going to expire soon, so, I made my way over before 10:30am. Service was very helpful. I had some challenges with the app. The cashier called the manager to the front. She was very patient (haha) and got me to download the offer and make a mobile order. I updated my credit card information, paid, and waited a short while. The spacious dining area was almost empty - just three other patrons were enjoying the air conditioning and peaceful environment. Stopped by after work yesterday to order the apple pecan salad (fell in love with it a couple of weeks ago) for today's lunch. Was told they ran out and they'll have more at 8am. When I got there this morning, they said they weren't making/serving that til lunch at 10:30. I was disappointed and told them to get their story straight - I would've come back during lunch hour instead of on my way to work! Haven't been to a Wendy's for a very long time. Was passing by this place and saw their Strawberry Frosty poster on the window stating "limited time only" so decided to get an afternoon snack since we already ate lunch. I went through the drive-thru. Service was very quick and the employee very courteous. I wanted to try the French Toast Sticks as I saw a commercial that stated it was "raising the bar." We went through the drive up window and purchased approximately $57.00 worth of food, I don't know the exact amount because I never received a receipt. My chicken ranch wrap had wilted black colored lettuce in it, my grandson's kids meal also didn't include his toy. I had gone to this Wendy's on July 9th also and experienced wilted black colored lettuce in my salad and once again no toy in the kid's meal, because we dined in I returned my salad and had to ask for the toy at the counter. I blame myself for not stickin' to what I know about Wendy's. So last week while I was working at Hawaii Law Enforcement Federal Credit Union, it got late..........and I got hungry!!! (It was almost 3:00 PM), and Wendy's just so happens to be across the street from where I was working..... As I was leaving the credit union the "Bad Fran C." told me that I should stop by Wendy's to get a Vanilla Frosty, as it's one of Fran C.'s favorite things to eat at Wendy's. Then when Fran C. actually got to Wendy's, the "Good Fran C." whispered into my ear that I should try to eat something healthier than eating that Frosty, because it has all that sugar! Well the next thing ya know, the "Good Fran C." prevailed, and Fran C. ended up ordering a Grilled Chicken Sandwich Combo, which included a healthy grilled chicken sandwich (good), fries (bad), & a unsweetened ice tea (good). So what's up with da 3 stars???? Well, 1st of all..................I waited a long time to get my order. In fact after I had ordered my food, I stepped to the side to be considerate and make room for others due to social distancing, and as I waited a long time for my food order, even a lady who came after me asked me "what did I order?", because she noticed I was waiting for a long time. I told the lady I ordered a Grilled Chicken Sandwich, and made a joke to her by saying - "they probably have to catch da chicken in the back yard, so das why I gotta wait for them to make it!" Lol! At the end, this is what I got............. A dried up grilled chicken filet. Good thing the filet had some sauce on it, otherwise I would have a hard time choking down my sandwich. The fries were soggy, and the drink really hit the spot me, as I was very thirsty that afternoon! So what is the lesson I learned here??? Went with my family to Wendy's drive-thru during lunch. We noticed that the drive-thru worker did not give my credit card back. Upon noticing this when we got home I called immediately and they denied having my credit card. I asked to speak with a manager to see if they could watch the surveillance camera's to make sure that they gave it back to me. The workers gave me a hard time so I made a formal complaint to the Wendy's corporate office. My case was elevated and the GM contacted me and was able to review the footage and confirm that the employee did not give me back my credit card. That same day after the employee ended her shift my credit card was used 4 minutes later at Crumbl cookie across the street. I was diligent enough to lock my credit card to stop it from being used. I have also filed a police report and will pursue chargers against the individual(s) that attempted to steal and use my credit card. read more

Never usually post reviews for fast food chains but this Wendy's deserved it. We dined in with 5 kids and our food came out fast, and no issues with anything. The staff was superb constantly cleaning tables and being on top of It as there were many people eating in the dining room. The biggest thing for me though was how kind their manager was. We came here around 1pm on a friday and the drivethru was crazy...Off course Wendys (being one of only two fastfood places with dine in) was packed ! Surprised there were still open chairs. I commend the restaurant manager for really looking out for his customers safety. I brought to attention how slippery the area around the drink fountain was (there was already a wet floor warning cone) He immediately (himself) went out and remopped the whole area and put up alot more caution cones. Since there was a line (of at least 3 people) I had some time to observe and noticed he wasnt just sitting back delegating duties but he was doing all he could to make the operation work....I wish I got his name but he seemed to be maybe in his late 20s slender....Anyways good job and this Wendys is usually always on it read more

The worst Wendy's experience I've ever had. I usually love the breakfast at Wendy's, and look forward to it as we don't have one in town. The maple bacon chicken croissant was looked extremely overcooked, but not wasteful so I took a bite. Hands down the driest chicken I've had in my life. I went back and requested a new one, and was told no by the girl at the counter on 5/27 at 930am. She was rude for no reason when the chicken was clearly not up to Wendy's standard. I went to the drive thru with my boyfriend Thursday 6/30 evening around let's say 7-800pm I ordered the classic chicken sandwich. I loved peppermint coffee and ice cream. So, the other day, I bought 2 spearmint frosty to try them out. What a major disappointment! The ice milk was ok; however, as far as for the spearmint taste, barely a hint of any spearmint taste. Even my friend agreed. Like to come here for breakfast when we are in pearl City early in the morning. Everything usually don't open up until ten am if you want to eat so Wendy's is it. They have good selections for breakfast here and love the baconator breakfast #7 combo here. They have thick seasoned fries which are yummy. I always get the #7 combo large size with a Diet Coke. My husband tried it to and he enjoyed his sandwich too. Recommend you try there breakfast combo and lunch combos are good too. They always ask you how many patties you want for your burger and they ask you if you want to add on a cookie for ninety nine cents.
