I got the buffalo ranch cheesy fries and they were beautiful, crispy, and dressed perfectly. I ordered 5 of the spicy lemon pepper wings and 5 of the mango habanero wings and they, too, were perfect. The mango habanero wings were slightly underwhelming on the spice side but they kinda of pale in comparison to the spicy lemon pepper wings because I'm not joking when I say they might be some of the most badass wings I've ever had. I'm freak with spicy foods and these definitely gave me my fix. All 10 wings were fried to perfect crispness, chicken tasted clean, no bitter oil taste. I ordered through DoorDash and they had the to-go bag expertly packed up with plenty of napkins, silverware, and wet wipes. This has been a 10/10 experience. I will be back for more. Thank you guys

Their waffle fries are the best fries I've ever had, crispy and potato-y. They serve Heinz ketchup packets, which are my favorite, as opposed to the hunts. They'll often do fun items, announced on their instagram. I believe they've done special edition wings, brunch menu, and this time we came in for the "sourdough Jim" which was a double patty with bacon, in sourdough. It was delicious!! I just love their meat patties here, always smashed to perfection. It's been 2 times that I order to-go in a hurry and they forget to give me my extra sauce ($2). The second time it happened, I called from home and asked for a refund which they were more than happy to do for me! Make sure to check your bag before you leave!

Very hot is medium. Next time I know I can shoot for atomic. I like the fact that you can pay a little extra to either get all flats or all drums. There are a couple TVs working, but for the back one, you basically have to sit right outside the restroom to hear it. For the front one, you have to sit by the glass windows (which makes it a lot hotter). It's ok. I'm not devastated if I can't watch TV while I eat. I will probably be back here but get to-go. Pricing is decent. There was a poster up saying they have mid-week specials. I'll have to take advantage of that soon, in case they change their mind.

However, I was told that there was no manager on duty and that I would need to call back the next day. I found this response very unprofessional, especially since we were simply seeking a resolution, whether that be having the food remade or receiving a refund. Overall, this experience was frustrating due to the billing error, the poor quality of part of our meal, and the lack of management availability to address the issue.

She promptly said.... now I want to tell you, each $25 bonus card comes in $5 increments. We will let you use a max of two bonus cards in one visit. But wait, the advertisement shows a $25 bonus card! So now I have to make several visits to use a $25 bonus gift card... really. I know a lot of restaurants make it super hard to use their bonus cards, so I always take the time to read the fine print to weed out those terrible offers. If I would have known they were not offering "one" bonus card worth $25, I would not have wasted my time. Advice to Native, show five $5 bonus cards in the photo and say in the fine print you can't use the full $25 at one sitting. Shame on you!

On another night, we can bring the kids along and have an equally enjoyable family dinner. Doughbird somehow manages to cater to both vibes, and it does so exceptionally well.
