My husband and I came in to get something to eat and ordered a medium and a large Original Buffalo meal. Unfortunately, without our knowledge, the cashier, Ivan, charged us for two large meals instead. After waiting quite a while for our order, we brought the food home and began eating. The chicken was great, but the fries were extremely disappointing. They were burnt, old, soggy, and clearly not fresh. I called the restaurant to speak with a manager regarding both the incorrect charge and the poor quality of the fries. However, I was told that there was no manager on duty and that I would need to call back the next day. I found this response very unprofessional, especially since we were simply seeking a resolution, whether that be having the food remade or receiving a refund. Overall, this experience was frustrating due to the billing error, the poor quality of part of our meal, and the lack of management availability to address the issue. read more

Had an order cancelled on me, but my payment method was charged anyway. Upon arriving at this location to ask about it, I was abruptly told "we don't take online orders after a certain time," and was informed that my bank account would.be credited back in "two to three days." In all fairness, I had placed my order about 25 minutes before the store closed for the night. Nowhere on the site (powered by Cake) did I see anything indicating online order was restricted to certain hours prior to store closing. In fact, I saw scheduling pickups was available up to five minutes before the end of the day. Why was I even allowed to put my order through? I will be monitoring my checking account, and if I don't see my money refunded my mid-week (March 17, 2021,) I will be immediately disputing with my financial institution. This place is super close to our friends' place, so my s/o and I went here one day for dinner after seeing my friends. There was a long wait, and when I didn't understand what the person at the counter was saying, she made a face like I was inconveniencing her. I also had to use the restroom partway through the meal. The bathroom had a code on it, and we had to ask one of the people at the front to unlock it. He pressed a button, and the door wouldn't open. I gestured across the restaurant that it wasn't working, and he got visibly annoyed. He didn't come to help, and just kept gesturing that I keep trying. Maybe on the 4th or 5th time, I heard the door click, and it finally unlocked. So, it ended up not being my fault, and he made me feel incompetent, which is not a good feeling. I've seen pictures of Buffalo Fries all over Twitter and when I heard they opened one in Phoenix, I had to try it! We got there at night and at first I thought it was gonna be a long wait because it was busy but the line actually went by quick! Also, the wait for the food was fast and it wasn't bad at all. We probably waited 10 mins for our food. The prices for Buffalo Fries are pretty decent. $5.25 for a small and $8.55 for regular. I ordered a small for myself. At first I was pretty worried that small wasn't going to be filling because the box for the small was tiny and it was one of those take home boxes for left overs. To my surprise is actually filled me up! I was able to eat one small by myself. Two of my friends who came with me shared a regular and it was pretty big. They got full and had some left over still. The fries had a perfect texture. It wasn't too hard or soft and they were crispy! The chicken was very good as well. The meat was tender and had a decent amount of sauce on them. The chipotle sauce definitely gives it a good kick in your taste too. They had a interesting way of presenting your ordered food. When you go over to the counter to pick it up they had to physically open the box themselves and show it to you before they hand it to you. Definitely something different for a fast food service. Over all the environment was good and the food was great. However, one negative thing I have to say was the customer service. My friend had to use the bathroom but their bathrooms require a code. When she went to go ask, the person gave her a dirty look and ignored her until she was done do whatever she was doing. That's my reason for the minus one star. read more

This sauce definitely didn't disappoint. The boneless wings and fries had an excellent crunch to them. I often need to order extra crispy at some wings places, however there is no need at this establishment. Reading the reviews prior to making my trip, I saw many negative reviews about wait time and quality of customer service. In our experience, we did not face any issues with those factors.
