One pizza had no sauce at all, and the other had so much sauce that it was just a soup, am i getting pranked here?

Ordered delivery and got everything fast. Everything looked fine to begin with, but part way through scooping out the pan of alfredo we found a short curly hair. Called the location and the lady on the phone was super nice and sent over a replacement for it. When the driver got here he was super upset that he had to bring a replacement and because the alfredo was partially eaten he thought it was being faked. Very annoying to have to deal with that. They did replace the whole order instead of just the alfredo which the driver was also petty about even though we just wanted the alfredo replaced. The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 is because the lady on the phone was very nice and gave great customer support. read more

I was a Pizza Hut fan until this past weekend, when I found out they discontinued my favorite thing on the menu- the Hut's Favorite crust flavoring. It was a blend of buttery, garlicky, cheesy goodness brushed on to the crust of the pizza. It was so tasty I would often times eat the crust off the leftover pizza slices. Way more delicious than a breadstick. So anyhow, they discontinued this concoction in November 2021 but I still decided to go through with my order and man oh man the pizza was not the same. The flavoring made the pizza and now I'll have to give Domino's another shot. The breadsticks are rather dry. The boneless chicken is sauced and meant to be shaken in the plastic container. The service has been totally fine and my pick orders have always been ready in 10-20 minutes, so no complaints about that. read more

This store is the absolute worst. Shitty service,all orders tajke over an hour to even get made, then expect to wait another 1 hour or more before you food possibly shows up. I ordered delivery, they charged my card and noone ever came with my food. Called the store to ask " i ordered my food 2 hours ago and it isn't here" and there was an automated message saying the store was closed. Noone notified me as a customer waiting for their dinner. Pizza hit needs to de franchise this location and fire the management here. Absolute garbage and I will never be ordering from this location ever again. I recommend you all boycott this location and help get it shut down. Maybe a better more reliable pizza place can move in there perhaps. read more

Shout out to the cooks at Pizza hut on Park boulevard in Plano texas. I think one of the guys name was Rudy. I was definitely concerned with ordering a pizza late at night. In my experience Pizza hut typically runs out of pans for pan pizza a certain time of the day. so I was unsure on what I was going to receive. I was blown away at first bite. The taste kind of threw me for a while because it had been so long since I had a Pizza hut pizza. Let's just say it has been a disappointing last 20 years. Every year or two I would give them a try just to kind of see if anything changed from the original pan that was back in the '90s in early 2000s. Time and time again I would be disappointed. Dry crust, not enough cheese on the cheese sticks, etc., and the list goes on and on . When I heard they had came out with a new improved pan pizza, and it had been a while, I decided to give them a shot again. Since that time I mentioned earlier I've been rocking with Domino's. Ever since Domino's came out with their pan pizza, they have been beating the crap out of Pizza hut. When they extended that cheese all the way to the edge of the crust, they stepped over The line. A line was drawn in the sand, and they were not phased. I've been rocking with Domino's for the last 10 years. Unfortunately, I had to make my disappointment known on Facebook. Getting back to that first bite, it took me back to a childhood. A childhood when we asked our Father every single weekend to get that soft, chewy, crusty edged, greasy, goodness that was Pizza hut. It was always the meat lovers. My father got hooked on the barbecue. I fell in love with pepperoni lovers. Once barbecue became a regular thing, he was hooked and we didn't have to deal with going to Little Caesars anymore. This is what I had been missing. Every bite took me back. It took me back to decisions of do I eat the crust by itself, or do I dip it in the ranch . Looking at my greasy fingers, and trying my best not to devour the whole pizza. I want to say when I was in senior high school I ate seven out of eight slices on a medium Pizza. I had a large tonight with the garlic butter crust and had to stop at three, but I could have kept going. Thank you Pizza hut. Whoever went back to the original or this new and improved recipe needs a raise, needs a bonus, needs a promotion, needs to be in charge of all of the test kitchens across the US and beyond. This has to be the most poorly ran restaurant in Plano. So, my wife ordered pizza for us via the internet. She did that right around 4-ish and the pizza was to be delivered at 6:15 (our choosing). Ok, so when it was 6:45, we're wondering where our order was. My wife calls this location asking about our order and was told there's no order. My wife knew damn well she had placed one. So, here comes the worst part: we looked at the bank account to make sure we did order and saw that THEY canceled our order, never mind telling us that. (See pic by clicking on it ) We're here at home waiting on pizza that was never coming. Anyway, my wife called the location back and told them that THEY canceled OUR order and never told us anything. The male manager halfheartedly apologized and then asked if we wanted to place an order. Are you kidding me? I have been a restaurant manager more than once and know better. Dude, you missed your opportunity to "Recover the Guest/Patron". It's a part of your job training. Needless to say, we will not be ordering from here ever again. read more

Pizza Hut - a checkout for a pizza order - Pizza Near Me - Plano, Texas

I order pizza from this place for my elderly mother to have for Sunday football games, especially Cowboy games to enjoy with her caregiver. I have learned from experience that I need to order well at the time as there is almost always a 70 minute delay. Last night I placed an order for delivery at 12:00 PM for the game at noon. I added a tip to the order when I placed it last night with what is evidently their call center. I cannot order it online because the credit card must be presented to the delivery person upon delivery. I added a three dollar tip to the order and then got an irate call from the delivery guy because there was no tip on his delivery. First of all I always tip but a tip it's not mandatory and to receive an irate phone call from a delivery man after I'd already put a tip on the card is very frustrating. It makes me wonder if their call Center just took the tip for themselves. I will be definitely checking at my credit card statement to see what happens. In the future I certainly will be using another pizza hut location. Pizza hut is not my favorite anyway I just buy this for my 85-year-old mother because she likes it and I can't believe that Pizza Hut managed to ruin what was a nice gesture over there lousy business practices. read more

I have been ordering from this Pizza Hut for almost 5 years and have always had exceptional service and the one day I messed up my online order Dylan (store manager) made me feel like I had committed a crime! The employees are always so welcoming, the delivery drivers are always so pleasant, and it makes me tip good... after yesterday I cancelled my order w/them and took my business elsewhere. So pissed!! I order 2 small pizzas for my wife and I and after and hour and 20 minutes, I called the store to find out where our order was located. Had to wait 5 more minutes to actually speak to someone on the line. I asked to locate our order which he couldn't find the order, and then finally found it. Then they couldn't locate the actual pizza, or what driver had taken it from the store. He offered to remake it and take another 30 mins to get it to my house!??!
