Out of town and ordered for the family. Ordered a pizza over an hour ago. Never heard back from them. Called the store only to be informed that it was cancelled. They have no drivers. They use door dash. Never in my life have i used door dash. They tell me my number was entered wrong to door dash. That's a Marcos problem. No solution, i would expect a pizza to be sent immediately. Order from Dominoes. At least there is open communion with them. LAST TIME I'll use Marcos. Was so good when they opened up, gone to crap the last few years. read more

First and foremost this specific location has some great employees! Everytime we come in we are greeted with a friendly tone and employees who actually take the time to talk to us and give us honest feedback while also making great sales suggestions! The assistant manager at this location Dalton has helped us have a great and easy experience every time! Especially for myself who is very indecisive when it comes to food if you know what I mean! Good pizza, mostly terrible website! They'll publish discount codes online that don't work during self-checkout. Or if you call the restaurant, they work only half the time. Pizza is decent but the online service needs a lot of improvement. A whole lot. If I were a franchisee, I would be very mad. Food is good most of the time. There were maybe 2 occasions in many, many years of ordering with Marcos. The manager there is a rude kid running the place. I once got a pizza that was dropped on the floor. And another time that apparently the delivery driver was high and gave us the wrong pizzas twice.. Today $50 in pizza was cold. Then ager said he didn't feel comfortable with any compensation. I have heard rumors that workers there spit on the food when they don't like you. When you pay $50 for 3 pizzas, it should be hot. Rude, slow, and filthy workers. We ordered over the phone for pick up and was estimated to be done within 20 minutes. As we got there to pick up the lady asked for our name.. our order was not ready.. after 15 minutes, the same lady asked for our name and order. They forgot to make our order.. so we waited for an extra 35 minutes. The food was alright. The workers there are very dirty. Hygiene not the greatest.. the ambience was super cold and just unwelcoming. Too bad this is the only Marcos nearby. read more

Just to set the record straight, there ARE better pizzas available in Carrollton, but not many. If you have a separate pizza category for your standard, every day takeout pizza, Marco's would then top the list, ahead of the other national chains. We got a small thin crust pizza with ground beef, and a medium original crust with extra pepperoni. While I am not a fan of thin crust pizza, my wife certainly is. I enjoyed it too. The original crust is good with a really nice chew. They were both very tasty, and affordable as well. Additionally, they were ready as soon as we drove up, and had left to go pick them up as soon as our online order was done. Quick, tasty, and affordable! Thumbs up. read more

I've been impressed by the two different types of pepperonis cooked to perfection. The thin crust is chewy without being heavy - definitely rivals some of the pricier gourmet pizzas I've had in Dallas and other big cities. The regular crust pales in comparison: too much dough for the amount of toppings. So stick with thin crust, and embrace that garlic butter drizzle! read more

I was completely ignored by the staff when I asked for my order and when I asked for a customer service number to complain I was given a number for gift cards. Love Marco's pizza bowl! All the ingredients, without any crust. Great for Keto diets. The sausage has fennel, Chicago and NY style, best ever in Dallas. Could have been 5 stars but failed on a couple ingredients and sanitation. Before I ordered I asked if the mushrooms were fresh or canned. I was assured they were fresh. Nope, straight from a can, the rubbery mushrooms almost ruined a good pizza. The tomatoes were sliced instead of diced, and the tomato skin was very evident and hard to eat. Next time I'll just get only sausage. But then again, maybe there'll be no next time. I didn't see gloves, masks nor hair covering on the long dreadlocks. And when I waited for my order, the booths were all dirty, tables and seats both. read more

Just an FYI, their "white sauce" isn't white or a sauce. When people see white sauce as a choice for their pizza sauce most would be led to believe this means Alfredo sauce but no. The manager let me know it is literally an oily garlic parmesan mix.....so when I got my pizza I didnt see ANY sign of white sauce. That's when called and was informed it isn't alfredo.....never in a million years would I think white sauce would be anything other than Alfredo. I got a coupon for marcos and decided to try it out. I got a cheese pizza with white sauce and my girlfriend got a mushroom and ham pizza. We also got wings. The customer service was great and they were extremely helpful. They gave us extra ranch for our wings without charging. The wings ended up being pretty soggy. Like they were crispy. Most pizza places don't have amazing wings but these were perfect in taste just extremely soggy...my girlfriend loved her pizza but when I bit into mine I realized it was really dry. I don't know if they forgot the sauce or if it was just so over cooked that the sauce was absorbed in the crust... not too sure. I ended up not eating it because it was just cheese and bread. I placed an order at the counter for carryout because I have never been to Marco's before and this location is fairly new. The entire staff was teenagers except for one single adult male. I ordered a salad and for some reason it took 4 teens to make one salad. I had never seen such a thing. The staff was not particularly friendly on my visit. I asked where the restroom was and the same worker who told me where it was located went inside before me with a broom and dust pan. I was like, wow, really. The thin crust pizza is really good though and they do offer a gluten free crust for a $2.00 upcharge for patrons looking for gluten free. LOVE THIS PLACE!!! We are addicted to Marco's here in Carrollton. We got a flyer when they first opened and decided one night to try them. Until now we have been loyal to another pizza place not to be named lol... We have now placed over a dozen orders with Marco's and have NEVER been disappointed. Every order has been exactly what we requested, fresh, tasty, and good portion sizes. We have tried about 1/2 their menu by now pizzas, wings, subs, salads, deserts, etc. and its all good. The pizza was amazing! I got my crust with the garlic butter sauce and it was bomb.com!! The wings were good too however, I asked for hot and when they came out they were basically bare. I looked at my receipt and i noticed it said hot wings- no dipping. I had to go back up to the counter and ask for more hot sauce. I also ordered dine- in and they but my pizza and wings in to go boxes. Besides those two things all was great! They have different size pizzas to choose from and deliver! I am not the biggest pizza freak, but when I want one...I want a great one. I believe I have found it. This place opened several months ago, so when I had the craving I called. Happy to see they have anchovies. ( I know, I know...but I happen to LOVE them. ) I picked up the pizza, and was glad to see how clean (well, it is pretty new) the restaurant was, and how friendly the staff. When I got it home and dug in...in was really good. Not too much cheese, sauce has good flavor. Toppings in abundance. Really good. Skip ahead a couple more months and I ordered again, I asked for extra sauce (that is my preference). With my first bite, the heavens opened up ! Yummy !! Found my new favorite pizza.
