When we called to let them know, we were told they would add a $20 credit to our account to make up for the delay and the mix-up. Wanting to give them another chance, we tried ordering again--but when we called about the credit, they said no credit had been added at all. As repeat customers, this was extremely frustrating and honestly pretty disappointing. The customer service we received after these mistakes was nowhere near what we expected. It would seem that they keep all the seasonings that would lend flavor to the chicken on display instead of cooking with it. This was a last chance for Popeye's overall, as the last 2 times we'd been at 2 different locations were also very sub-standard.
