Thank you for asking. For the KalBi, maybe more shoyu, ginger and honey would help bring out more flavor. As for the yukgaejung maybe a little more sesame oil may do the trick? I came here on a weekend and there was quite a long wait, given how popular this place is. It took about 45 minutes to get my food. On first glace, it did not appear to be an authentic Korean food just looking at it from outside, but I would say that my opinion changed when I got my food. Ambiance-wise, it is lively and busy and there is not much to talk about in terms of the decor and what the inside of the restaurant looks like. I will have to say that parking is tricky given that both peripheral roads to this place are one-way, so getting in can be tricky unless you make long loops, so just be aware of that, especially on the weekend when there is not much parking in front of the restaurant. Service is friendly but a little bit slower I ordered a Beef Gimbap and a Beef Bulgogi which came out to around $45 before tipping. This place is definitely ridiculously overpriced in my opinion. Now on to the food, the best part! The Beef Gimbap was decent, but not the best I've had. It was peculiar getting purple rice, but I was not against it. It was just....different. As for the Beef Bulgogi, it was also pretty decent. It was not too sweet, and was seasoned and cooked well. The banchan was not the best I've had, but also was enjoyable. Overall, I would say this place is very similar to many authentic Korean places I have been to, and is a place I recommend visiting. However, I don't think this is among the top Korean places I have visited.
