It was determined to be a steak egg and cheese bagel that I cannot eat when I call to make a complaint a snooty little Miss Barb answers the phone And when I asked to speak to a manager, she said she wasn't there. I said is there a manager there? She says she was the manager really rude and snippy now when you have a customer calling to make a complaint, I don't think being snippy and rude and then hanging up on them before they even tell you what they're complaint is is a good idea. They didn't get the proper food. The service was rude. I wouldn't waste my money going here and obviously the two stars will tell you exactly about this restaurant.

We were expected to rummage through a pile of orders/bags in order to find our name on the ticket; not too practical. Definitely wouldn't waste money here, especially when they market themselves to be something they aren't.
