e have lived in our home for 13 months. 99% of the times we have tried ordering from 20630 TX-46 #135 Spring Branch, TX 78070 (830) 980-5595, we have been told there is a 1-2 hour wait time for delivery. Tonight I ordered several pizzas, wings, bread sticks and cookie at around 8 pm with a delivery time of 9:21 pm, still excessively long but seeing as we had just lost my father in law this day, we were too tired to go anywhere. At 9:32 pm I receive a call from the location saying that they "got slammed and are done to 1 driver" and did I want to switch to carry out? Reluctantly I said yes, he said great, they'll be ready in 20 minutes!!!! This WAS ALREADY 12 minutes AFTER our order was SUPPOSED to be delivered. We cancelled our order and went with Dominoes, which surprisingly is ALWAYS able to deliver in under 30-45 minutes. I don't know what is going on with this franchise, but I feel you should really look into it. They are ruining the Pizza Hut name. The "hut" phone number listed is useless and only connects you to a call center. You should really check out their facebook page, it's covered with 1 star reviews. This is a pretty affluent area, with people who work hard and sometimes late. Most restaurants close around 8 pm out here, so this franchise owner is losing Pizza Hut ALOT of money, which is a shame because we prefer PH, but have to settle for Dominoes because we are always told this location only has 1 driver. I rarely write reviews, but this one has my so irritated, I just had to. I could understand every now and then having drivers not show up, BUT EVERY SINGLE TIME??? Something is seriously wrong. Food is good, employees are nice, a little slow on the serving side, other than that i enjoy eating pizza there.

When we pick up our pizza it is always ready. When we order our pizza 50% of the time they are 40 minutes to a hour late. If you plan on eating at a certain time then order 2 hours ahead so it might make it on your time not theirs.. read more

We will never order pizza from here again. First, they call to tell me they are out of bread for the sandwich. Second, our pizza is delivered 45 minutes AFTER it was supposed to be. I order one large 2 topping pizza at the Spring Branch store location, and Blayne did everything correct on my ticket receipt order,that she put down on my ticket pizza hut receipt, but someone had goofed up,and put red sauce on my pizza, that I can not eat,because it makes me sick in my stomach, because I have ulcers real bad, and one of the pizza hut worker staff, that made my pizza,did not pay attention to my placing order, that was all correct on my receipt, by Blayne,i hope they make her a manger, for this pizza hut in Spring Branch, she a will kind person, that treats customer great. read more

Placed an order online for delivery. We then got a call (about 45 minutes later) that they would not be able to deliver it so we had to pick it up in store. After arriving at the store, we had to wait for 20 minutes for our order. Thankfully, we checked the order before leaving the store because they somehow managed to get every item in the order wrong. At this point, we were very annoyed and asked for them to redo the order. The young man working the counter got mad at us and threw our order in the trash very aggressively. We then asked if we could get complimentary drinks while we waited (since at this point we had waited for about an hour and a half). The young man angrily agreed. 40 minutes later, he came to our booth and threw the new order at us. (Not an exaggeration, he actually threw it). At this point, everyone in my party was very angry. We took our pizza and left the store. When we got back home, the order was still wrong. Honestly, the worst restaurant/take out experience of my life. I will never return. read more

This is my 3rd time ordering from my Bulverde, TX location and sadly again MY ORDER WAS NOT COMPLETE. 1st order my cookie cake was missing, 2nd I had to wait 1 1/2 for delivery and when my order came my wings were not included and then had to wait another 30mins for someone else to come out and deliver them AFTER dinner was over and then today 8-1-2016 did not receive my breadsticks with my pasta! It is frustrating that you place and order online and when it gets to the proper location Bulverde location NEVER gets it right. I am done as a customer with Pizza at this location. I will just order from other pizza chains and will have to say that Papa Johns nor Little Caesars ALWAYS get my orders right but PIZZA HUT CAN'T. Sad.. and frustrating.... read more

Just sat down for a late lunch. Saw table of 4 get up and walk out leaving menu's on table. 10 minutes went buy and still no acknowledgement by staff. Really looking forward to pizza today. 2 people now at counter ordering to go and still no acknowledgement. Walked out without even getting a menu after 15 minutes or even a hello. Well here comes another bad review. We are done giving this place second chances. This time they closed before delivering our pizza and we never got it. It has got to be very poorly managed. If they are short handed, they are either not scheduling properly trying to cut overhead or they are not hiring properly, hiring employees that don't show up. Either way this is the last time. I work at a senior center and wanted to surprise them with a little pizza party during their Bingo game. I checked three different pizza establishments, but Marcus at Pizza Hut gave me the best deal - I told him I was going to need 9 pizza's and needed them to be delivered to the center between 12:15 and 12:30pm - he assured me they would be ready. Well, he kept his promise - he not only delivered them exactly on time - but all 9 pizza's were nice and hot ( I have no idea how he managed that" :) - and he set them up on the table for me!!! I introduced him to the people and he talked with them, which they thought was just wonderful - I can't say enough good things about this Pizza Hut and Marcus. And I believe a tradition has begun with a Bingo Pizza Party each year, so Marcus, you better not go anywhere! ha I rarely judge a restaurant by the appearance anymore - I have been to high-class restaurants that I would never go back to - and I have been to little "hole in the wall" restaurants that were absolutely fabulous! This Pizza Hut sits in the corner, but it gives you A LOT! The pizza's are fabulous - the employees are super friendly - I wouldn't go anywhere else! Second time I've ordered from this location. Never again. Pizza supposed to be ready at 12:20. It's 12:40 and it just went in the oven. Only ONE employee for the whole place. It's Sunday at noon. Other after church and football crowds will surely be disappointed like us. Not fair to her or the customers. Very sad @pizzahut - read the reviews and do your brand a favor... Close this location. I have had the absolute worst experience here. I have faithfully ordered from this store for more than 3 years, pushing aside the unreliable delivery times and wrong pizzas. However, last week, my father decided to order from them. The delivery time was 90 minutes, but 2 hours later, the pizza was still not delivered. My father called but they said, in a disrespectful manner, that they still had more pizzas to deliver so he was going to have to suck it up and wait. Frustrated, he drove out to pick the pizzas up (I have little brothers that were hungry and it was past 8 pm) Once at the store, the manager and my father had an argument about how long he had to wait, and at the end of it, said that he could no longer get pizzas from that store (during the argument, my father was stern, but he did not use any foul language or purposely try to aggravate the manager. He was just trying to get the manager to acknowledge that what ended up being an over 2 hour wait for 2 pizzas is unacceptable) Now, over a week later, I tried to order a pizza for myself and my little brothers under my name. The manager called and said that he would not deliver to my house and I could no longer order pizza from their store! He was very rude to me on the phone, and now I have over 1000 points on their app that I can no longer redeem. Where has customer service gone? This originated by my father having to wait over 2 1/2 hours for a pizza delivery, and from this episode, we can no longer get pizza from pizza hut. I actually like the pizza, but my enjoyment for it does not outweigh the absolutely disgusting customer service we have received. All in all, DO NOT order from this store. Order from another local pizza restaurant in this area, and avoid being belittled by their management. Came in to order a pizza around 6 or 7 with 3 friends. No where near close even, to find the manager at the register with 3 or 4 employees standing around. I was "greeted" by the manager (Gray hair, glasses, mustache, Who wore no name tag) with a very abrupt "Dine in, or carry out?" In which I replied, dine in, imediately was told I couldn't eat there because I carried in a cup of coffee as "outside drinks weren't allowed". Okay, so I decided I'd take out. He asked me what i'd like to get, so I began ordering only to be cut off again with a sarcastic "Give me a number, then name." Okay, I began giving him the imformation as the manager continued rolling his eyes and being very rude. About halfway through, I had enough and stated I'd just go to domino's since my order was such an inconvience to him. I asked for a store number, to which he replied we don't have one, google it. We had a great experience. After reading previous reviews I was leery, but decided to give them a chance. I ordered online this past Friday night. Showed up at the time it stated our pizzas would be ready. The staff was extremely welcoming and happy to take care of me. Our large stuffed crust with pepperoni pizzas were ready, hot, and delicious. I told them about being skeptical about ordering based on their previous reviews, but the new manager and staff assured me that those situations would not be happening again. I live 1 mile away and it took them an hour and a half to deliver me two medium pizzas. Ridiculous.

We have ordered from here for delivery three different times. The first time they called immediately to say that their delivery driver was out sick and we had to com pick it up. Now that's understandable but inconvenient . The second time the pizza was 25 minutes late. We were given a brief apology. The third time is in progress. We paid for our pizza online. We have been waiting for over an hour now. We have called to ask about it and we have been told the manager would contact us in a few minutes. That hasn't happened yet. My advice: DONT BOTHER. Your better off ordering from somewhere else or even taking to trip to the store to buy the ingredients to make your own pizza. read more

Pizza is fine. It is quite expensive though so if your ordering a lot, it might be better to go to Domino's or if you really need a lot as a last resort, Little Caesars. Dine in is not usually too great because this restaurant seems to have a curse of bad management and something always seems to be wrong however if you are really wanting dine in pizza it is one of the only two places in town. This is the second time to order from here, both times carryout.The first time , we checked pizzas before we left.Order was wrong had to wait for them to remake.Last night placed an order and was told it would be 80 minutes for pizzas to be ready.My husband picked them up right at closing time. Disaster operation and poor quality food if you dine in. The general manager, Kevin, was terrible. He was yelling at customers and employees. They pulled the pizzas out of the oven too soon so the crust was undercooked. Several families walked out before even ordering. What a miserable experience last night. read more
