This location drove me practically to insanity. I ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks for dinner. Door Dash driver (who Pizza Hut hires to do their delivery) said he had the order. Then said "oops I don't have it I hit the button on accident". The store said they gave him the pizza. Then 20 minutes later the driver said Pizza Hut cancelled the order. I'm beyond furious. Worst pizza I have ever ordered. Ham was small hard strips and beef was small hard knots. We're little sauce and zero flavor.

I gave them a call to see if they are open since it's close to Christmas, and I was put on hold. I then drove into the parking lot several minutes later and hung up the phone since they clearly forgot about me. I walked in and the lady behind the register was kind and apologized for forgetting about me. I sat down ordered a personal pan and drink everything from then went easy. Food was not cooked through properly, was missing toppings on some pieces and one pizza had no sauce at all. Chicken strips had sauce spilled out of sauce container and made the strips soggy and kids couldn't eat them cause they had the sauce on it that they do not like. The service is slow the building smells of bad food and the workers are not very nice at all. And have a habit of leaving food out of To go orders and make it hard on dashers because that is our tips and makes us look bad when they don't put the whole order in the boxes because we can't confirm the orders. read more

I agree with the other reviewer. This Pizza Hut is terrible! The staff is nice but nice means nothing when they cant even make a simple order correct when the place is not even busy! On two occasions now I have ordered a SIMPLE personal pan pizza, with white sauce, chicken, onions, and the BBQ drizzle. Both times I made this a carry out order. BOTH freaking times I pick my pizza up from the shop and drive home only to realize there is NO drizzle at all on my pizza and there are hardly any toppings. The first time, I had ONE slice of onion on my pizza. WOW. And like I said, no drizzle. The second, same freaking deal. Really?!?! I can understand if you are busy, you sometimes mess orders up. But each time here I ordered at 4 pm and the place was completely empty. UGH so disappointed. I will not be coming here again until this horrible service is fixed. read more

This is the worst Pizza Hut ever. I've had some of the worst customer service of my life at this restaurant, and the manager absolutely did not want to help with my issues. I no longer eat in, instead I'll get delivery which I've never had a problem with. The drivers are always nice and my food is always correct and hot. We love Pizza Hut, we have a few other options here in Stephenville, but my kids love that place!! We never had a problem with them, it's not espectacular but they usually get us what we order. But today I had the worse costumer service experience with a lady who refused to gave me her name when I asked for it! I when there to pick up my order and they over charged me for bread sticks that I didn't order, they gave me a refund, the manager ( a girl maybe on her 20's) was a little rude, but I cared less, i got my order and when back home to find out that my entire order was wrong, I called trying to get my issue fixed, and the women, was super rude, she asked me to stop talking, and told me that what they gave me is what I ordered.. This is so disrespectful, I really hope they can get a real manager to be in charge of that place, or they will be losing lots of costumers over this young lady bad attitude! read more

Visiting Stephenville, upon entering the restaurant the waitress at the counter said delivery or dine in. I said dine in. She asked what we wanted to drink still standing at the door. She seats us with no menus. Then comes to our table and says do u know what u want......a menu. I ordered 2 pizzas. One of which came out burnt. The hamburger meat was black, the pepperoni was burnt where they were dried out and chip like. I told the waitress it was over cooked if they would make another one. She said she would ask her manager. The manager Domick Ward, proceeded to tell me it wasn't burnt and he wasn't going to make another pizza. I handed it back to him and said he can remove that from my check. I said we will take the other pizza to go. A pizza box was tossed at my daughter and said here. Domick was very rude and condescending. I contacted corporate and expect a phone call from their regional manager. This was all over not remaking a pizza. Courtesy is important in the service industry but that means very little when nothing is correct. If you want delivery then please be prepared for an hour or more wait where the pizza will have to be reheated when you get it. Did you decide to jump go ahead and pick up your order? Be prepared to be ignored by the employees who don't want to actually work. And when you get your order be sure you double check everything. I have had orders that they themselves have claimed "I have no idea who's order that is". And yet my ticket has additional charges that I did order but did not receive. I have waited at the counter for them to correct my simple single pizza and wings order that they confused with another only to find that they once again handed me a completely different order. Manager helped correct this but even he seemed to be exhausted with these poor employees. If you want pizza then I recommend going somewhere else. read more
