The person who took my order was kind and patient. The pizza itself was hot, fresh and delicious. There is no place to dine inside, but it was clean, including the bathroom. My biggest grievance was one large cheese pizza that was quoted with an 18-minute wait time took more like 30. I have been using Pizza Hut to cure some junk food cravings a lot lately. The food itself isn't horrible. The prices are just more than it should be for the quality. But overall it gets the job done for my cravings. The service is polite and reliable for information. The ambiance is your typical fast pizza aesthetic, nothing special. I tend to order a few pizzas with sides. The sides are usually best eaten when they are warm. That goes for any side from bread sticks to the desserts. They all tend to harden up pretty quick. read more

There is nothing like satisfying a pizza craving at 10:00 on a Friday night! LOL! Ordered from Pizza Hut; not really concerned about New York-style pizza or Chicago deep dish, just wanted a pizza and a Pepsi! Our pizza was delivered, hot and fresh, within 35 minutes. The pizzas really hit the spot! We got the triple treat box (2 one-topping pizzas, with breadsticks and cinnamon rolls). The delivery person was very pleasant; wished us happy holidays when she delivered the pizza! Wouldn't recommend this diet on the regular, but every now and then, it is ok to "indulge". read more

My son and I were looking for a relatively quick place for delivery. Called a couple of pizza places and found that if we just picked up at Pizza Hut, we could be in and out in about 20min. We elected for touch less pick up. They had a nice system for pick up - text when you arrive, etc. We ordered via online system which was easy. We're not regulars at Pizza Hut, but I would have to say we were pleasantly surprised. We ordered a large pizza and wings. Both were great. Last night August 31 I had to pick up 5 pizzas for my B-day party at 11:30pm that were reserved the day before. When I arrived at Pizza Hut to collect my pizzas, they informed that an order of 25 pizzas was placed a week before, so our order would be delayed for about an hour. First of all, they never let me know that this "25 pizza order" was already placed when I initially placed my order. They also never called or texted the number I gave them to inform me of this 1 hour delay. I had to drive 15 minutes to Pizza Hut just to be told my order would be delayed an hour, so I ended up driving an hour back and forth. Secondly, when I finally received my pizzas after driving to Pizza Hut for the second time, one of my pizzas had incorrect toppings on it. When I asked if I could have that incorrectly made pizza for free as compensation for this hour delay and inconvenience, I was denied. (I never asked if my food could be delivered to me so I wouldn't have to drive to Pizza Hut a second time because Pizza Hut closes at 12pm and my order was delayed past then) Thirdly, after everything didn't go according to plan, I didn't receive a sincere apology. I told the employee that you should have called me and let me know about the delay sooner, he said, "This is Pizza Hut." I was shocked! That guy needs more training on how to serve customers properly. Long story short, on my second trip to Pizza Hut, I got 4 out of my 5 pizzas an hour after my pickup time, and they couldn't remake my pizza because they were closed. read more

The one hour delivery time quickly turned to 1 hour and 45 minutes. I wouldn't have tipped the driver but he looked pretty disheveled, so I gave in. I don't know what they're doing here, but delivering cold pizza is not an ideal way to keep customers. read more

This location is conveniently near my apt. that's already a plus but what it makes it really a four star is their customer service. They are nice and the pizza is always made right on time. read more

I don't even know why this place only has two stars. I eat here probably 6 times a week. This place is so clean and the staff throws in extra bread sticks EVERY SINGLE TIME. The only reason I'm giving them four stars is because they close at 11 pm. I need their pizza and wings 24/7. KEEP IT UP. read more

my brother and I ordered a pizza from 3320 apalachee pkwy I will have to say it was the worst pizza we have ever had it was something you would find at a bar around 2 am that had been sitting around for a few hours it was thin crust but they must have thrown away the crust and used the box, it was burnt and the toppings were dry if you want a decent pizza got to publix buy a frozen pizza put a few extra toppings on save yourself a few dollars and have a edible pizza. it would be great if we could give it no stars.........never again. read more

I visited Pizza Hut on 3320 Apalachee Pk Way Tallahassee Fl 32311 on Dec. 20 to order a pizza. Upon entering the store the store clerk was on the phone . While standing there I could tell by the conversation it was not someone placing an order. She kept holding her finger up as a gesture for me to hold on. This occurred for about 7 to 10 mins. When I suggested she tell the party she had customers she told me it was her boss giving her some kind of rules. With that I politely walked out. Went to another Pizza astablishment . Horrible service, horrible manager, horrible company (if this is the type of customer service they have). Don't come here even if you are starving. I recently went by to this location to buy the pizza I had ordered 4 hours before the scheduled pick up time for the 5.99$ pizza deal. During this entire 4 hour time period, I received no call (as the rude manager told me I had), and no communication that my pizza order could not be filled 'because they were out of the pizza type' I had ordered, and the only thing they could offer me was the 'thin crust, medium pizza'. I demanded to know why I had not been told this in the 4 hour time span which had taken place between my order and the time I went to pickup my pizza (which was a 10 miles drive). When I inquired about the manager's name (because she was being rude and several times throughout the exchange I felt like my physical safety was in danger) she told me to quote 'Get out of my store and I am done talking to you. If you don't leave I am going to call the police'. I had simply inquired about her name and wanted something in exchange for the lack of customer service which was given to me, as I had to drive 10 miles before being rudely told to leave or order a pizza I did not wish to order. This is the worst customer service I have ever received in my life, and on top of all of this several times the manager made faces and gestures at me, which looked like she would physically attack me. I felt like I was being threatened and she did in fact threaten to call the police for simply asking for her name. This is abominable and I demand that something be done against this horrendous manager. The store in question is notorious for its bad service and I will no longer be taking my service to any Pizza Hut until I am given justice. read more
