Baby K wanted pasta, I wasn't really in the mood, and this was nearby. I was almost put off by the bad reviews but it was a mixed bag, and since we were going at an off time I hoped service wouldn't be an issue. And it was fine. Service was excellent, actually. Only one guy in charge of the counter and room, but there was only one other party eating in, and he handled carryout stuff as it came. Stayed on top of our needs, which were a bit, well, needy, since I'm old and Baby K is young. She got spaghetti. Oddly, they don't have a kid's menu but do have assorted portion sizes on the menu. I got her the one "for smaller appetites." But: it turns out the menu is wrong, and they only have one size. Okay, fine, I got the bigger one and ate some (that was going to happen anyway.) She loved it, and ate more than half, plus some of the garlic bread. I had some, and it was actually pretty darn good. Decent pasta, flavorful sauce, pretty good meatballs. I got teriyaki wings, and they were fine. Meaty, fairly tasty. There are much better wings in town, but I was already compromising so that we wouldn't both have to have pasta. Plus, 3-5pm wings are 50 cents. So our total was like $12. We had a good time and a good meal, good service, and were ready for the rest of our adventures. I can see how service would be bad at busy times. But it was fine for us, the place was clean and comfortable, and the food was good, and cheap. I am not the type of person that will rate my experience of anything after 1 visit. I grew up having Pizza Hut on pizza days in school and I loved everything about it. So pre-Covid I decided to visit a PH and have lunch inside because of course I wanted hot and fresh nostalgia Let me tell you that it was the blandest most cardboard tasting pizza I'd ever had. The BF and I swore to never eat it again and I was heartbroken. Fast forward to tonight. He had a coupon for stuffed crust and since his mom never let him have it as a child, he wanted to give it a try. I didn't wanna be difficult so I ordered a pizza as well. To our surprise, this round was actually a lot better than the pre Covid visit! Our food arrived piping hot. The cheese and sauce were really good and the toppings were plenty! Now, will we order it again in the future? Maybe. But I will say they dug themselves out of the mud tonight.....or maybe the margaritas we had prior enhanced the flavor. I don't know what has happened to this place in the past few months but this is absolutely ridiculous. No phones being answered even if you press you're there for pickup. It gave me a 3 hour wait time after I already confirmed my order so I wanted to call to cancel the order. 30 minutes on hold with no answer. The only thing I appreciate is the staff that shows up they are so kind and I know they're doing their best with what they have to work with. read more

Ordered food for my kids, 1 pizza and 1 pasta. I arrived at 506pm, the screen said my food was to be ready at 502pm. My email said 505pm. Food wasn't ready! As I write this at 514pm my good is still not done. However the older woman Christina was not happy about my order not being done. She went back to kitchen and got on them about it, she got the manager to give me a credit. They credited my account the whole amount I paid. She went above and beyond! I am not suprised by the low stars. The restrant has a nice feel and I have been here before I don't think Management put alot if emphasis on dining room customers. There is usually only one person that staffs the dining room and they are rushed doing to many multiple things a family of 12 was there waited about 15 min for food no problem three but they didn't get drinks till after their food! I rarely stop at pizza Hut because it's out of my way on my commute home. Tonight I thought I would take the long way home and give it a try. Well. ...now I know why I don't go out of my way. The place was EMPTY when I got there and Arik behind the register could very well be the reason why. No greeting, no smile, zero helpfulness. I went to place my order for two medium pan pizzas, cause that's what I remember Pizza Hut being known for. ...and to my surprise...I'm told they are out of medium pan pizza. And any pizza I would want would be 45 minutes or longer to have ready, did I mention the place was EMPTY? First of all Charlene is a fantastic and fun waitress. She was very busy running the register and the floor and keeping up well. They got very busy very fast. We ordered a large super supreme and a side of waffle fries. Waffle fries came in a basket and they were very crispy, good and served with a side of ketchup. Pizza was fantastic!! The problem I have with this Pizza Hut is every time I come in to pickup my food it takes 5 mins for the staff to even acknowledge I'm there and they don't apologize for any wait. Terrible delivery experience with this place. Had a pizza delivered to my job. The delivery man walked in and was asked to wait in the lobby. After three minutes of waiting, he shouts, "I've been here for 10 minutes. I can't wait anymore." and storms out the door. He was not waiting for an excessive amount of time. He was pre-tipped for the delivery, so it was not an inconvenience for him to exercise some patience. We actually had to wave him down in the parking lot to get our food. read more

the wait was incredibly long with no one in the dinning area. my friend and i were the only people in the restaurant and waited 45 minutes just for 8 boneless wings and over an hour for the rest of our food. a man walked in at 5:15 for a pizza he preordered at that time and waited til 5:35 to receive his pizza. the waiter was clearly interested in everything but her job. my friend got the wrong drink and she had to go get her correct drink herself because the waiter didn't walk around. i know for a fact that the pasta dish i ordered they do not make fresh and should have been put in the over and served almost immediately. our bread sticks were cold when served to us and we sent them back and didn't get them back for another 15 minutes. very disappointing experience. read more

Last three times I have received delivery, it's been late and cold. This last time was over a half hour late. I'm done ordering from here. I called to speak to a manager before the pizza got delivered and I was on hold over five minutes so I hung up. The greeter manning the phones was rude when I called in and short. I called today and asked to talk to the manager and it took a few minutes. Then she said "this is the manager" with no name or additional greeting. I told her the story and said I do not want anything free that I am just done with them as a consumer. She said sorry about that and we were done. So it all starts from getting a hair cut and a doctors appointment, the two of us (me and my father) decided to get some pizza hut, we order the pizza, and the old lady with an accent was so nice we tip her 5 dollars with the 13 dollar order, 15 minutes later its ready, we ordered 5 breadsticks to go with the pizza, because we had a great tip, the old lady that gave us the pizza gave us an additional 5 breadsticks, for free! My family and I generally come here during the evening, and there is never anyone else in the restaurant. It took a few minutes to get seated, but our order was taken right away. We got our food pretty quick, but then it took forever to get refills, all while the waitress was a few tables down, rolling silverware. The waitress dropped off the check and walked away without checking if we needed anything. We had to call after her and ask for refills. Not very pleased, but closest to our house. read more

We have frequented this pizza hut several times as it is the one that delivers to our house. For the being a chain, this restaurant is typically better than average. I personally enjoy the purivian cherry peppers that aren't available at other pizza places. If you are expecting something amazing, you won't find it here. I absolutely adore the waitress that has been there since I was a child and they have a newer young man With glasses that goes above and beyond for any of his customers. Me and my buddy were working hard and stopped in to have lunch. We've been here before. Always get the same waitress. She's isn't a very good waitress, takes forever to get drinks and refills takes her sweet time doing things. Each time we have ordered the personal pizzas (with unlimited toppings by the way) and we have not been let down - always very good. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. Does any one else notice that when Pizza Hut does their national special of $10 for any pizza, any size, with any toppings that the result is a skimpy pizza? It is not the same pizza that you get if you paid for each item and by the size. Also, unlimited toppings really means no more than 5 when you order online.
