My wife and I have passed this location several times but stopped for the first time today. The restaurant is older but was very clean. The employees were very friendly and the service was great. We stopped because we saw they had the buffet which we hadn't seen in a long time. The bar was small as in the picture but the food was kept very fresh at all times. They also have a small salad bar that was good as well. We will definitely eat there again. read more

I am a local and I really want to be able to support our local restaurants. But had such a really bad experience. Young man who served was nice enough. He came out and told us they burnt our pizza after a 40 minute wait. He told us he would get us a 10 dollar discount. We were already vested in the time. So we said ok and we wait. After 20 more minutes no pizza. We go up to the counter and no body around. No manager. It's like every body is in the back hiding. I hate to say it. But poor management is all I can say. Didn't get to try the food. We don't need to lose another restaurant. We just need this franchise to get it right. I know everyone keeps blaming Covid and the lack of help. But if you have good leadership you can do a lot with a little. Rant over. Wasted and hour and no pizza. read more

The personal pan pizza with tomatoes, spinach and mushrooms looked delicious. Reality was that it was just okay. The spinach and mushrooms were good but the tomatoes were rotten. Underneath it all, there didn't seem to be enough sauce or cheese. Looking at the salad bar I noticed rotten lettuce. Thankfully, none of us ordered a salad. The restaurant looks like one from the '70s but it was clean and so was the restroom. read more

Nice Pizza Hut not what I was used to from back home in Brooklyn but closed enough, the staff were very good the food was okay could do better. By the way to get there it's between 2 mountains in the middle of the boondocks,closed to Harrah's Casino in c herokee nation reservation, you can drive from Ashville, North Carolina, airport, or fly from Newark New Jersey, like I did only 1 hour and 40 mnts then drive for about an hour it's a needle in a hay stack, good luck safe travels. read more

If there were zero stars, this business would get it. I did an online order with no contact delivery. I received a message that the pizza would be delivered in an hour and two minutes. I phoned the business because of a computer gliche that posted a 100% tip and was told that the pizza was out for delivery and that there was only one driver. Another hour later - two hours after the original order, the pizza had not come. When I first called and waited online, I was cut off. When I called back, I was told that they only had one delivery person and the pizza was out for delivery; When I said, I no longer wanted the pizza, the person named Lee, said it was my fault because the driver had been here twice and I wouldn't answer the door. I said, "Not true because I was waiting by the door at hotel." Then she said that the driver had called twice and I didn't answer. I told her that I didn't get two calls and that I had placed a "no contact" order. She said that they call on those. The driver didn't check with the front desk either to ring my room because I checked with them to see if it had been left there by mistake. I told her that my experience on no contact was that someone knocked on the door and left the food order. She said, "No, that wasn't the way they did it" and that I couldn't get a refund because it was my fault on and on. I finally hung up. So, this is a new low on poor service and attitude on behalf of the company. I would urge everyone to go elsewhere for pizza! read more

I am from Cherokee and yes I am going to leave a bad review!! Today me and my husband went in and ordered 5-6 pizzas (basically $100 worth of pizzas) first off, the lady taking our order was very rude and just kind of snappy towards us. After we placed our order my husband asks her to read it back to him to make sure it was correct, the lady rolls her eyes an huffs as she's doing it. Second we then ask her, nicely, if she would kindly ask the cook how long it will be (we had to go other places for more things) anyways we hear them in the back screaming at one another: The cashier: hey how long will it be The cook: they just put it in, so it's gonna be awhile They are saying all this with attitude in their voices. They need better customer service and they need to work on their people skills they also didn't have very many people working. I won't be back. read more

We arrived at the restaurant and waited for about 5 minutes before someone noticed that we were waiting to be seated. The restaurant was not very busy with only 2 other tables taken and a small birthday party in the back. Server took our drink order and brought the drinks promptly. Server took our food order and then we waited. And waited. And waited some more. They finally brought our cheese pizza and supreme pizza to the table. Wait was worse is that they also finally brought our appetizers to the table with the pizzas. They need to buy a new pizza cutter or sharpen their current one. Pizza was greasy but tasted okay. Terribly managed. One of our two pizzas came out partially cooked. The dough below the toppings were raw. We didn't want to wait for another because the first one took so long and we asked them to just take it off the bill. The manager never came to the table. They brought the bill and the pizza had not been removed. We then had to wait 10 minutes at the register to wait to see the manager to get the bill corrected, but they didn't take the pizza off. The table behind us had to wait a long time too because there was a problem with their pizza. There was only 1 waitress in the restaurant. My drink was empty for some time. The floors were dirty and the paper towel and spice holder on the table had not been cleaned in a while. Save yourself from a frustrating experience and don't go here. Ordered a Supreme pizza and a salad, waited 45 minutes and decided to ask a man at counter can you explain to me why it takes for minutes to make a pizza, he said let me get a Manager, Manager comes out from kitchen I guess so I ask him can you tell me why it takes 45 minutes to make a pizza, he answer is we are back up in the kitchen,I look around hardly a soul around but workers, so I ask him how long does it take to run thru the conveyor oven? The worst service of any Pizza Hut ever! The people there act like they hate working there. They don't tidy up the salad bar. If there is more than a couple people eating there, the service is guaranteed to be slow. Don't bother trying to call in your order for delivery or take out because they just let it ring. Order online if you feel compelled to have Pizza Hut brand pizza. Expect to have to get someone's attention to pick up your order because they will just stand there and stare ahead with frowns. Agree with the prior reviewer. That place should have three times as many employees as they currently have. Since there aren't many places to eat in this area, the place was actually fairly busy. It took over one hour for the food to arrive. Many customers left because it was so slow. read more
