They serve great, fresh food. Especially for a chain pizzeria. However their delivery distance is extremely short. Drivers won't drive more than three minutes from their location. I then read that the order is for 12 chicken bites. I have never got 12 chicken bites in an order at this Cherokee Crossing store. So for years I've been being ripped off. Just got back from picking up a pizza I ordered online. Should have been ready when I got there, they hadn't even started on it. Said they were short staffed. I paid, was told 15 minute wait, and pulled into a parking spot. 15 or so minutes later I went in, was told pizza was in the oven. Saw them take it out, slice it, box it and put it on a shelf. Another five minutes before they figured out it was mine and I was sitting there. Computers went down while waiting, one of the workers said it happened three times the night before. One of the workers obviously on meth the way she was jerking around and acting. They are convenient to me, but not worth it anymore. read more

My husband and I walk in to order us a pizza to go. So the dude preparing the pizza, He brought out toppings to add to the pizza he was in process of making. I hadn't placed my order yet as they welcome us with a "welcome to dominos from the back" We already see the delivery guy cramming his mouth with pizza while collecting orders from the front end register. Ok, so I noticed that the prepareing guy was pulling out the TOPPINGS WITHOUT GLOVES OMG I WAS MORTIFIED!! While the uncooked pizza doe sit uncovered on the preparing table!! Worst excuse for a Dominos to ever exist. My fiancé calls in an order for a large cheese pizza with garlic sauce and 1 order of garlic knots. 40 minutes later when the delivery girl shows up she has the completely wrong food. Fast forward another 40 minutes for her to drive back to the store then back to our house with a now dry on top pizza from assumedly an extended time under a heat lamp only to find out after the driver leaves that they gave us icing instead of garlic sauce. Constant no answer or immediate place on hold I called once and the phone rang and rang I was just outside the restaurant and observed them just standing talking with each other I walked in they dispersed and one hid around corner then an employee came in from outside didn't acknowledge me for a few minutes then started taking my order but didn't know how so he had to get the attention of the guy that hid to take the order also went to the drive through another time and tried to place an order they tell me to hold cause they had calls on hold then 5 minutes later they come to the window I tell them I want to place an order and they proceed to tell me they cant take orders in the window needless to say the lost my business to pizza hut read more

This is probably the worst experience I have ever had with a Domino's. If I could give them "no" stars I would definitely do that. First of all it took them an hour and a half or more by my last recollection. My Hawaiian pizza was nothing like a Hawaiian pizza. Hardly any cheese and tons of red sauce... Red sauce! Not to mention it was cold and hard. Oh and Please don't think you are going to pay extra for sauces and get them because that doesn't come either. I left special instructions because we are in a hotel to bring napkins plates and flatware. When the guy finally gets here... Guess What? No napkins, no plates, no flatware, no parmesan cheese, no peppers and definitely not even the sauces that we paid for and we ordered extra. It's a Monday night for goodness sake‍ He says he is the only driver. My suggestion is "Hire People"! Or at least hire someone who knows what they are doing. So there is this thing called a guarantee but when you go in to put in your complaint it kicks you out. They promise to make it right on their guarantee That is hilarious because when you try to call them back it is a constant busy signal. I've been trying for an hour now. We are not happy We come to Cherokee every chance we get but I will never order from a Domino's Pizza in this area again. CHEROKEE, NC We have been waiting an hour and a half. We called at the 1 hour mark to check the status and "Jimmy" said it would be right over. It is out for delivery... that was 30 minutes ago! Our hotel is 2.5 miles away. UPDATE: He called back, on his own, and said he voided the payment. We can't come get it and Food is supposed to be here shortly... Update #2: We called at 10:15pm (ordered at 7:41pm) and asked if they would re-make it and we Would come pick it up because everything else is already closed. They agreed. Ordered a customized pizza online - when we got home with the order it was not our pizza - different crust and none of the toppings I had ordered - I called them and they wanted me to come back in - I felt they should have delivered my correct pizza to me. They said they would credit my account - what account? We get pizza from them just about every Sunday night - pizzas have been good but service is not up to par. Call in an order, confirm via the app that it is done, and go to collect it and be greeted with an arrogant employee that thinks you are stupid for asking for your order as the app is a joke not dependent or integrated in any.manner with business processes.
