I ordered through Postmates Ive been going to this restaurant my whole life. I was highly disappointed because I ordered a pizza and a salad and didn't receive the salad. When I called the restaurant upset the manager was completely respectful and understanding. The last time I was there....No gloves were used in making the pizzas. No hair nets on ay of the men or beards in the back.

This buffet is small but mighty. I used to eat Pizza Inn all the time as a child and I had really enjoyed their pizza over the years- now flash forward to the 2000's and beyond...going to a Pizza Inn is like playing with fire. Sometimes you get burned, but happily, at this location, the pizza is great! Consistency at Pizza Inn Buffets are iffy, but this location appears to not cut corners and stays true to the taste I've come to know as their signature. The staff here is friendly and engaging. That being said, they are also attentive and quick to bring out fresh pizzas every few minutes. The buffet itself doesn't have a ton of options, they could use a few more salad dressings and perhaps some more pastas. Other than that, I was very happy with the arrays of fresh pizzas and pizzerts. Nothing on the buffet was dried out, and the soda was also fizzy and not too syrupy. Been there twice now for the buffet and will be back again soon. The pizza, pasta and dessert are average to above average, but a good value for the money and a whole lot better than the other local buffet. The salad bar is exceptional - veggies are fresh; dressing is cold; and none of the items are stale. I would come back just for the salad bar ... and the phenomenal service. Our server, Shawanna, made sure everything was to our liking. She took and filled our pizza requests; refilled our drinks before the cups went empty; and is just a very personable, like-able lady. This has always been one of the better Pizza Inn locations in the DFW area. The pizza is good and they keep fresh pizzas on the buffet constantly. The reason for only 3 stars was the salad bar. That was the biggest joke of a salad bar that I have ever seen. They had shredded lettuce as the salad. Shredded lettuce is for subs and burgers, not for a salad bar. Also, the price of $9.50 for the buffet and a drink was way overpriced considering what the salad bar was. Pizza was good, everything else just killed it though. read more

Found this business on Yelp and only came in because of the coupon advertised on their page for "2 Buffets and 2 drinks for $13.99". When we arrived we went to pay and were told to pay after eating. But after eating I went to show the coupon and was told they do not honor that deal anymore, pointed towards a printed out piece of paper out of view of customer view and offered a deal for $4 more. I had no choice at that point because they (slyly) had us eat before. After a little research, I found out businesses make these deals themselves on Yelp (this deal was specifically for this location) and have to honor them until they decide to take them down themselves. So, they're basically using this deal to entice customers into the restaurant under false pretenses, because they will not honor the deal they made themselves. read more

i love coming here.....BUT tonight we walk in at 8:45 pm and are told that the buffet is closing soon and that they can not accept anymore people after 8:45. i look over at the hours that are posted on the wall next to the cashier's desk that states Pizza Inn closes at 10pm. no where did i see that the buffet hours are from a certain time. very upsetting since the posted hours don't reflect the buffet hours. i also used Google before heading over to make sure of the hours and they didn't show buffet hours are a certain time. we will be back (i little earlier next time) but it would help for the buffet hours to be posted for future customers. the next day i went back because i needed the pizza inn fix... and much to my mistake i now see the sign that the buffet is from 1030-9pm sorry... must have been too hungry before to even notice but i now stand corrected. read more

This is my absolute favorite pizza buffet! They always have fresh food. The buffet line is always kept clean. They have an awesome salad bar with great toppings, it's one of my favorite things! I am so glad to see a PIzza Inn still in business. I have to say I was REALLY impressed with the salad. It was much more than expected.The pizza was well done as requested.
