Here's what I value--old school customer service--I will try them again when we travel that way because they reached out to do the right thing. I'm hopeful and will give them another try. The folks there were frantically trying to fill orders and I'll give them credit. However, when we picked up our order (it wasn't ready on time), it was wrong, awful quality and ended up being inedible. The pulled pork lacked flavor, the portions of the sides was small and the Brunswick Stew was nasty. And I love Brunswick Stew. The pecan pie was some kind of gross blob of gel that tastes nothing like pecan pie. I'm so utterly disappointed. For context, we'd been traveling all day and just wanted some comfort food in our bellies and rest up for the rest of our trip. Such a bummer.
