I used to order from Pizza King years ago when I worked at a school nearby. I remember the first time I ordered their pizza for my students they were hooked and insisted on Pizza King whenever I ordered pizza for them. It's been years, but today I was in the area and wanted some pizza. I remembered good ole Pizza King from all those years ago and ordered a cheese pizza. Only $9 bucks for a large cheese pizza that was tasty and well seasoned. You can't beat that! The shop could use some sprucing up, but overlook that and you'll have a really good pizza at a bargain price. read more

I placed an pick up order via Grub Hub. My pick up time stated 2:35-2:40. I arrived at 2:40. I ordered 2 large pizzas with double pepperoni at 2:00pm. Pizza was not ready. I ask why isn't it ready. The worker put her her hand up to me and went to answer the phone and continued taking phone orders. I asked for a manager. She was rude as well. So at 3:15 they gave me 2 medium pizza no double pepperoni. COLD PIZZA. Not fresh out the oven. I ask for a correct order and the guy asked did I want the order or not. Don't come ! when I walked in the cashier was sweeping the floor she didn't wash her hands before she gave another customer their food. I tell her I'm here to pick up she PRETENDED she can't find my order. Then she told me that they were closing early so they can't take my order, but they're business hours says they're open till 10 and there aren't any signs posted this is that they're closing early. On top of that pizza king took my money already and now the manager is saying that they can't refund me . So I decided to order delivery from this place and per my usual routine if it's some place new I will check yelp for the reviews and photos. This place obviously has pretty bad reviews with a few good sprinkled in. Most of those bad reviews are about the customer service and sub par delivery but what I noticed was that everyone was talking about ordering directly from the restaurant (either by phone or online order) I'm guessing it's cheaper to do it directly through them but i decided to order it through DoorDash because that would create a middle man that would help solve some of these problems. Or at least I hoped. People talked a lot about the delivery taking hours! And it's probably because they probably only have 1 or 2 drivers for all their orders and they probably take their time. Because I ordered through a delivery service they have to make sure to keep up with the app and what it's telling me. I got my food in less than an hour. The delivery was nice and easy. All of my food was correct and there were no issues. The food is pretty cheap and tasty. It probably does cost an extra 3.99 for the delivery and service fee you have to pay from a delivery food app but I'd rather pay that then going the through those issues other people went through. It's also nice because if they did mess up my order in anyway then I don't have to deal with them refunding me. DoorDash would automatically refund or give me credit for my order if there were any issues. So you're really paying a little extra for that security as well. Over all I enjoyed my medium pizza which is a great size for two ppl (about 3-4 slices for two people each) and the potato wedges were also good. The wings are decent. So if you want to order from here just use DoorDash or whatever other delivery service app they're on. It'll be worth it in case anything is wrong and because it's not their driver the delivery is super quick. read more

I was buying $5 hot and ready pizzas from Little Caesars for about a year until I discovered Pizza King's Large One Topping Take-Out Pizzas for $7.00. For $2 more, the quality of the pizza is at least twice as good. They're chorizo and pepperoni pizzas are on point, the crust is soft, and covered in crunchy cornmeal. I've only ordered delivery once and never again, the delivery charges negate how great of a deal a $7 pizza is. The quality of the crust is slightly better than Tumby's and the cheesiness is at the perfect level. TL;DR - Large One Topping Pizza for Pick Up is the best deal, but maybe don't get it delivered. read more

These pizzas are super tasty! Crust is perfect. Sauce is balanced and cheese is ooey gooey and flavorful. You can't go wrong with any of the toppings, but the buffalo chicken is my favorite. I literally crave this whenever I am in the area..so good! I like to order for pickup and they always have my order ready hot and fresh by the time I arrive. Service is friendly too. They just added churros to the menu. Nice and soft, but a little bland. The wings are good and the boneless wings are ok. I've never had a bad pizza here. I recommend calling in your orders as the online menu is pricier than the in house menu for some reason. read more

If you want a cheap pizza that is delicious please come to this place.They have specials on Mondays. Maybe even on other selected days as well. I've come here a few times now and the NY style pizzas are delicious every time- fast, cheesy, yummyness. Just don't get their garlic balls...I'm kidding, GET THEM (maybe on a cheat day), they are so good!
