HOLY BACON!!! I've never been so impressed with the amount of bacon on a pizza. Dough was a little more chewy than ideal even when specified well done, but it was still good. Wings were crispy with just enough flavor.

I was working in the area and Yelp-searched for a nearby lunch option. Pizza Kitchen's 5 Star rating stood out. They're located in a small plaza in the primary business district in Berlin. They had limited inside seating, but it's certainly more of a takeout/delivery service spot. Given the foot traffic during my visit, they're clearly very popular, and based upon my experience, I saw why. Pizza Kitchen serves things such as whole pizzas, slices, grinders, sandwiches, salads, etc. I tried a chicken parm grinder and a slice of pepperoni. They serve a thin style of crust, which had a good interesting texture on the outside. The slice was covered with pepperoni. Maybe even too many for flavor balancing purposes. The sauce seemed good, but the saltiness from the pepperoni overwhelmed it a bit. I think the best way to judge a pizza place is to order a whole fresh made to order pie, and I saw enough to order a whole pizza from there. My chicken parm grinder was good. The sauce was great. Nice and bright. The melted Mozz was perfect. The bread was fresh and held everything together well. Pizza Kitchen had a different take on the chicken part. They sliced the cutlets into strips rather than serving whole cutlets. The chicken was pretty good, but relative to other CT chicken parm grinders, the primary selling points are the cheese and sauce. Since I have family in the area, I'm sure a I'll return for more. Pizza was burnt and refused to deliver a replacement. Owner was rude and profane. I am home recouperating from surgey and asked for either a properly cooked pie or rpalcement delivered to me again. All I was given was a F**K you The crust was so hard I could have broken my tooth. Could not eat this.

We've been coming here like regulars ever since they opened a few years now. Their food is always great! The other night I wasn't feeling good and was craving chicken noodle soup so I gave this place a try and I'm so glad I did!! The soup was definitely homemade! So much flavor and they give you a pint for takeout! I had leftovers for a few days! The chicken parm grinder and honey bbq boneless wings are always my husbands go to and I also love the walnut, cranberry, Gorgonzola salad with grilled chicken-big portions!! My other favorite are their pasta bakes & calzones too! So much food and flavor!

Fast delivery every time. The office has ordered at least a dozen times from there. The portions are giant. Just look at this one meal. All this from ordering a "three way salad" and the picture is missing the garlic knots.

Phenomenal pizza and super cool atmosphere! If you're looking for delicious pizza with all the right proportions then this is it. They have tons of other options other than pizza as well, their menu is huge! The staff is extremely nice and hospitable as well. I ordered a cheese pizza and it was so amazing. It's been hard finding good pizza around here but this is my new favorite for sure. The sauce is so good, tastes like it was made with love and the cheese was absolutely perfect. Can't wait to try everything on the menu, thanks for a great experience!

Had to check out the new kids in town and can say I was not disappointed. Now I've seen some things on Facebook about the pizza looked good but I wanted to try the other items and so we did. We ordered a steak onion pepper mushroom stuffed bread, teriyaki wings, zucchini fries and the roast beef sandwich. The stuffed bread was about as juicy as you could hope for packed with flavor. The teriyaki wings may have been a tick over but far tragic the sauce itself a little salty but teriyaki generally has soy as a base so not surprised. The zucchini fries were excellent so tender. My dearest loved the roast beef sandwich bacon was perfect crispiness. The French fries that came with the sandwich were Unbelievable I love the kind that have the coating and blister as they cook. I think I have a new pizza place to go to.

I ordered takeout. The food tasted awful, and was 20 minutes late. I requested a refund, but they refused. I won't be back.

It's not trying too hard, and that's exactly why it works. Feels like a spot where regulars post up, sip coffee, and take their time. No rush, no nonsense, ust good energy. And then the sandwich shows up... and flips the script. This isn't breakfast. This is a stacked, unapologetic morning statement. The Overloaded Egg Sando Griddled brioche bun, soft, buttery, just enough toast to hold things together (barely). Under that, a crispy hash brown doing the heavy lifting, adding crunch and soaking up all the goodness. Sausage brings that savory backbone, while the spinach scrambled eggs stay fluffy and rich. Then you get that creamy hit from the smashed avocado, melted smoked gouda layering in a subtle smokiness, and finally... the gochujang aioli. That aioli is the move. Sweet heat, a little funk, a little tang, cuts right through the richness and keeps every bite from getting too heavy. And let's be honest... Had to unhinge my jaw like a snake just to take the first bite. This thing is messy, stacked, and fully committed to the cause. Not first-date food. Not "eat it in the car" food. This is sit-down, take-a-minute, maybe-need-a-nap-after kind of food. The best part? The space balances it perfectly. Big, bold sandwich... calm, easygoing room. That's a combo I'll go back for every time.

The place was buzzing with activity. We got to seat at the front counter so I couldn't see the dining room but I enjoyed watching everyone working together to make everything happen. One of the things that caught my attention was the juicer. They have an actual orange juice machine and I wanted to try that juice so bad and when ai did I couldn't believe how good it tasted. Our food was good also, the only thing I didn't like was how small the portions were, you can actually count my potatoes, by the time the dish made it to me they were cold. Pancakes very plain. Im a huge fan of eggs Benedict so I decided to try the country Benedict( 4th of July special) , a bit dry because of the biscuit and not enough sauce but tasted good. I would come back for the OJ

Once seated it was a tight squeeze. Their menu features toast, pancakes, wraps, waffles and omelets. My two friends got very tasty looking omelets. My other friend and I got Stuffed French Toast to share. The Banana Split Stuffed French Toast was plenty big for us to share. This French Toast was stuffed with whipped cream cheese, surrounded by banana halves and strawberries. There was a little ice cream cone in the middle of the French toast filled with more cream cheese. Thank goodness we shared this, even then we couldn't finish it. This French toast was so fresh, everything was melting on it. Their prices are very reasonable, no wonder it was so packed. I would return here again.

They also make coffee and fresh juices. It was a bit awkward because I was the only one here. No one stopped by to pick a coffee on the go, or anything. My self and the two ladies working were the only ones here. I got a caramel latte. It was ready quickly. Unfortunately it wasn't very good. It was all milk and caramel syrup, with hardly any coffee at all. It also arrived in a generic paper cup. This is a bit against the "cozy" theme if you ask me. Cozy Cup is cute inside, their pastries might be worth trying, but the coffee was a miss for me.

Nobody was in front and I probably waited about 45 seconds before a nice person came out to help me. I sometimes speak of the shock and awe factor when you first see a bakery's case. I wasn't shocked or awed in terms of the number of options and/or quantity of items available, but I bought a few things for my family to try. The best thing was a long pastry stuffed with guava and cheese and topped withsugar crystals. Very tasty. The other items (tres leches cake, banana bread, brownie and pumpkin flan) were all about average. Cozy Cup is fine, but I prefer other bakeries in my general area. 3 Stars
