There are not enough GOOD pizza joints in this area. There are a couple that I like, and Pizza Machine is one of them. Although it's not my favorite pizza place, I appreciate the fact that every time I order from them, they are usually faster than any other pizza delivery. Above that is the freshness of the pizza and their ingredients. I've never had a time where I have ordered from them and felt the food was stale or inedible. It has always been very hot, fresh and satisfies my whole family. And that is not an easy task! Overall good pizza place. My one complaint is that they could not redeem my yelp deal over the phone and it had to be through pick up. It would have been nice if it listed that information when buying the deal. read more

This is decent New York-style pizza in an area that is somewhat lacking with good pizza. The quality is pretty good (though they have their off days and aren't always consistent), and the prices are fairly standard for pizza (and I'm not talking about "fast food" pizza that you'd find at Pizza Hut or Papa John's). They used to have the King Pizza, which I got all the time. However, due to some price dispute with the company making the boxes, they stopped offering this pizza. Let me tell you, this thing was 30". I had to bring a car with a large trunk just to fit this pie, and then it barely fit through the doorway when bringing it into the house (you had to hold it on the bottom because your hands wouldn't fit through the sides). This place is A-OK. But given the reality of the area, this place should rate a little better than three stars. There aren't really any great pizza places in this neck of the woods. Big Louie's, Domino's, Pizza Hut & Papa John's. The former, maybe (I do buy their uncooked dough to make pizza at home). The three latter? I'd rather pull my fingernails off with pliers. At Pizza Machine, the pizza is cooked in a machine. A conveyor belt oven that eats raw pizza through one end and poops out cooked pizza through the other. While they take online orders, you cannot use the coupons if you order online. Not a good thing...but very easy to fix. Hate the name! The prices are just right. My family and I order from this place often enough to safely say that their pizza and service is consistent. The pizza is greasy, but very good. We usually just go with a cheese or pepperoni pizza and half a dozen order of garlic rolls. The rolls are best when they're eaten right away. If you have them as left overs, for some reason, they get a bit tough and chewy around the top half (still edible though). I've personally also tried the boneless BBQ chicken wings. They were good, just wish I would have had some blue cheese dressing to go with them. They're also a good size and fill you up on their own. I've also tried the sweet potato fries. Those were okay; kind of too big and overpriced ($5.99). They get soggy pretty fast. Wish they would make them smaller and crunchier :) This is definitely our go to pizza place for delivery. Always satisfied. Wait time for delivery never exceeds 30 min. Definitely recommend! read more

Tried Pizza Machine for the first time today after getting an ad in the mail. It was DELICIOUS! We had an XXL cheese pizza which was outstanding. We also had the garlic rolls which were huge. I called Uber wats they called the restaurant and the restaurant told them there was something wrong with the kitchen, I called the restaurant directly, the lady was ready to take my order I gave her my address and my order and when I did she put me on a hold said there was something wrong with the kitchen. When my husband called from his phone after she was going to take the order! Yet she told me there was something wrong with the kitchen so why would you then try to take a order with a new person ? I have been ordering from these guys for white a while now. I always order through UberEats, sinceI don't drive. anyhow, I have to be honest in telling you, that their food has become very disappointing as of late! At least what I have been ordering is not so good anymore. I have been ordering their pizza, which has become overly greasy and salty. Their spaghetti is okay, but the sauce tastes a bit spicy and peppery. And their Italian subs are very disappointing! The rolls taste dry, and the salami is downright weird-tasting! Today I ordered one, and it was just loaded with this salami. I think they piled it on, because I am a frequent customer, and they were trying to do me a favor. I don't know. I ordered from here recently for my birthday as I had all my kids and grandkids over. Ordered 3 pizzas and 20 wings with mild sauce for the weaklings in our party. For whatever reasons I hadn't ordered from here in years and I live nearby. Well, let me tell you, there wasn't a crumb left. It was as if the locusts had swarmed in. The pizza was just like a NY pizza with the cheese that strings out as you grab a slice and then take a bite. The crust was perfect in every way. It wasn't too bready, but soft and delicious. The wings, although with mild sauce, still had a little kick and I requested the grilled wings as opposed to breaded. Oh my, cooked to perfection. All the food was hot and fresh and delicious. Even the kidsos enjoyed! I wish I wasn't dieting because Im so ready to order from there again. And next time I'm going to throw in aome of the loaded fries mentioned by another reviewer. They placed my order wrong and I called for a solution and received bad customer service from the manager Emily. We ordered chicken fettuccine Alfredo and received no chicken Emily then said we didn't say chicken when we ordered and she was going to send her driver back with chicken. A whole hour passes now. It's 11 at night and no chicken I called and said what can you do at this point she had no solution to her mistake and at this point I told her to pick up the food and so when the driver finally came to my house at 11:15 I gave them the food back. Overall, I enjoyed my pizza from Pizza Machine. It had a good crust and flavorful ingredients. My only issue came with the Baked Ziti I ordered. Normally, I have ordered baked ziti in many different places with no concerns or questions. The marinara sauce used here apparently has meat in it. As a vegetarian, it would be helpful for this to be noted somewhere on the menu. I attempted to contact and speak with a store manager, but I was hung up on in the middle of a sentence. read more

First off, just let me say that I've never publicly given a bad review. Until now. I ordered the eggplant parmigiana sub and the tossed salad. As soon as I took the salad out of the bag I had to take it to the sink to pour out about 1/3 of a cup of water that was sitting in the bottom of the container but it wasn't really that big of a deal, I just thought "hey, at least I know the lettuce was washed". The reason for this review was the eggplant parmigiana sub. There is not one single positive thing I can say about it. Bread was hard as a rock and tasted like cardboard. Dry cardboard. Almost no sauce or cheese, and the "eggplant" itself was non-existent. I kept pulling out dry pieces of the "eggplant" and pulling them apart to see if there was some actual eggplant in there but it was all just fried breading. LOVED THEIR PIZZA! We ordered a white pizza with pepperoni. It was cheesy and delicious and the crust was amazing! I'm deducting 1 star for the wait on the phone and the wait at the store. When I called, I had to wait at least 4 minutes on hold before placing my order. I thought this was a good sign... a busy place means a lot of people like their food! And when the lady told me I could pick up my pizza in 7 minutes I was floored! Well, in reality, the pizza took about 20 minutes to make so I didn't appreciate having to wait in the store. While I waited, the lady was informed by her co-worker that she should give everyone an estimate of 20 minutes. Which to me sounds more mainstream. I have been ordering from this place for two years now, and even though they mess up on the rolls 3 out of 5 times by delivering garlic instead of plain, their food is good. But not this time. This will be the last time we ever order pizza from them. Their employees are awesome, and some of their food is great, but this one experience was too much. Dec 23rd Friday. My husband and I ordered two medium pizzas, both with different toppings for ourselves. Mine was okay, not great like usual, and my husband said his tasted different, not like normal. So we went on with our night and went to bed. 2 am I hear my husband say "I feel nauseous." Next thing I know my husband projectile vomited not just once, but for the next 4 hours. Other symptoms included fever, sweating, dizziness, inability to keep water down. At 7 am, he was lying on the bathroom floor lethargic and immobile and had to be rushed to the hospital, where he was still vomiting, among other things. He was given I.V., pain medicine and put on morphine. The doctor said he had severe food poisoning. This was Friday. It's the 24th and he is home recovering. I am trying to recover myself from only two hours of sleep and severe stress of thinking I am going to lose my husband. We had to reschedule our flight to see family for Christmas because of their incompetence. Merry Christmas... UPDATE: Dec 25th. Canceled our rescheduled flight, as we were supposed to leave here at 2am and be there by 5am but never left the house, my husband never leaving the bathroom. While he is not vomiting, now it's the other end. He still can't keep food down and has remained in the bathroom since 2:30am. It's now 8am. Did research and he may have gastroenteritis by food poisoning. Another delightful night. Both of us had about 3-4 hours of sleep both nights before something terrible happens. Both Christmas and Christmas as well as our family vacation ruined and canceled. All this because our food was contaminated due to some employee or employers negligence. This place is always on point. Best chicken parm pizza ever. Grilled chicken wings are on the money. Surprisingly, even the chicken soup is amazing!
