We ordered a large pizza (half sausage, half cheese) online along with wings and garlic rolls. During checkout, we selected a side of hot honey, assuming it would come on the side. Apparently, according to the employee, that actually means they put hot honey all over the pizza, something that is not clearly explained anywhere during the ordering process. The receipt even reflected the confusion, and when I called, the employee repeatedly said, "I know what the receipt says, but that's not what it means." That alone should tell you there's a serious issue with how orders are presented online. When the food arrived, the pizza was completely undercooked and soggy, and the hot honey had been baked into the entire pie, making it taste awful. The wings were also undercooked and soggy, and the garlic rolls were just as disappointing. I called to speak with a manager, but one never came to the phone. Instead, the employee spoke with the cook and came back offering a $2 discount on a $56.67 order. That was their solution for an inedible meal and a clearly misleading ordering system. To make matters worse, she admitted multiple times that: * The receipt is misleading * The website is confusing * The hot honey caused the pizza to be soggy Yet they still refused to remake the order or provide a proper refund. I discovered this little gem a couple of months ago. Recently moved to area and checked it out. Great New York style pizza, garlic rolls and Zeppoles! I'm from New York so I'm picky about my pizza. Thin crust, perfect sauce to cheese ratio, I haven't Zeppoles on years. These were fantastic! Light and airy with the powdered sugar, delicious. we arrived at 11am and the place was popping. People in and out getting their order, that's a great sign. The entire staff was friendly and helpful suggesting their specialties. We got the inside out pizza and buffalo chicken Philly sandwich. Both were delicious. The inside is cool with a splash of retro games from the 90s and tons of ninja turtle stuff around the place. This is hands down the best pizza spot in the west pines/miramar area! We have tried multiple pizzas and is always are go to spot for every birthday party! Our absolute favorite is the Wingin' It pizza, delicious cut up chicken wing meat with their Buffalo sauce and blue cheese drizzled on top, perfection! My husband found Coley's pizza and saw that they had vegan options. We didn't realize that it isn't really an eat in shop. We did get lucky and were able to sit at a family style table and eat our food in. The service was good. We enjoyed the pizza - my husband and I shared the edgy veggy, minus the black olives and my daughter had a slice with mushrooms. It had a nice mix of veggies. My friends often order wings and pizza from this place. By now I've had it twice in a row on one weekend lol I enjoyed their wings. We liked the variety of sauces and flavors they have to offer. You can always do sides. Loved the chipotle ones. And the others were good too! Their Hawaiian pizza wasn't my favorite, but I did liked the ranch sauce one with chicken and bacon I believe it had. The food was poorly made and missing ingredients ordered. Their website/ordering system is confusing. Josh, owner's family member/manager agreed that it was confusing. Still, he refused to offer a refund without me returning the pizzas back. Went on to hang up phone very rudely as well. When I returned the pizzas and asked what they will do with them, an employee literally said they would probably eat it or throw it away. First, that's a health code violation if they eat it. And second, if they were going to throw it away anyhow, why make me drive 25 minutes for that. In the end, a refund was issued but no apologies and a total waste of time. Solid local Pizza spot in the heart of West Pines. I've had several of their pizzas and all have impressed. I really loved the Hearty Party as I am a carnivore at heart. The shop reminded me of an authentic pizza shop with joy stick games and comic like illustrations around the store. I got a XL pizza which was a good size for my buck. Came across Coleys Pizza after seeing it on channel 10s clean plate. It was well deserved as the restaurant is spotless from the dining tables to the kitchen. When you walk in you are greeted by the kind staff and the ninja turtle statues on the side. The place is small so not meant for big parties but there is some seating available if you would like to dine in. The garlic rolls were tiny but mighty as the warm dough had bursts of garlic. Great place for take out or if you are just having a slice or two. As far as if you're looking forward a place to go out for dinner, this is not quite the place to go. Seating is very limited, there is a bar along the front and on one wall with one table in the middle. Also there is minimal service. But if you're looking for some really great food togo this is definitely a place you need to try. Lucky for us the place was basically empty at the time we were there so we were able to eat there. So we started with jalapeño poppers and mozzarella sticks. The poppers were stuffed with cheddar cheese and served with ranch dressing, I personally like the ones stuffed with cream cheese, but were very good. They had great flavor and weren't to spicy. And the mozzarella sticks were served with tomato sauce, but were so good we never even tried the sauce. After that we had pizza. My daughter had two slices of mushrooms and my wife and I shared a medium edgy veggy pizza with no black olives. This was one of those random finds. One evening, two of my boyfriend's friends ordered from Coley's Pizza and it was a smash hit. Since then, we've ordered from there a few times, each time sans problems. The latest order was this past Saturday for Yelp's Big Night In. We figured we'd order from Coley's Pizza, seeing that we had had prior great experiences and we were celebrating a now seven-year-old's birthday. I mean, what little kid doesn't love pizza? That said, between the four of us, we ordered three pizzas and some chicken Alfredo. The pizzas were varied: one cheese, one custom meat, and one spinach. The custom meat apparently only comes in one size, a note to any who wish to order it. I believe the size is a small, seeing as the cheese pizza ordered was a small and both pizzas were the same size. The spinach one, though, was a large. I cannot comment on the meat or cheese pizza, but they were devoured. Ditto with the chicken Alfredo. I can, however, say that the spinach pizza is divine. I've had it twice or thrice now (I don't exactly remember) and it never disappoints. It's light yet filling. I usually have to restrain myself from overeating. It's THAT tasty. Other items I've tried are the garlic rolls. Eh, you can take them or leave them. The pizza is the main attraction. That and the customer service. Not to mention one tidbit: they're selling toilet paper. It may not be the fancy stuff you're used to, but hey, more reason to try them out. Please note that their toilet paper sales are cash only. We stumbled on Coley's looking for a great pizza for family that (believe it or not) was having pizza for the first time. There was one long table inside and a few barstools by the window. I think most of their business is take out. We ordered a large pepperoni and an order of curly fries. Great pizza, really crispy and lots of pepperoni...the large was really big and plenty for a family of 4. The fries were delicious too. Friendly staff, loved the pizza.
