Having ordered many times from many local pizza/take-out establishments including Pizza Machine previously, we placed an order last night at 6.55pm. At 7.40pm a female called to rudely inform us that they don't have garlic. I asked why it took almost an hour to start our order and discover they don't have garlic, and she replied. "We just got the order, we're busy, do you just want to cancel?" Possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. And my wife and I are both 'in the biz'. We usually give everyone a break knowing its a tough industry. They even charged my card and then sent an email saying it may take 5 days to give me my money back for pizzas I never got! The food is fine, the service sucks!!!! Im still waiting on my food an hour and a half after I ordered it. When we call the restaurant they say the driver is on the way, I wanted the driver to be on their way to make it here in the estimated time. I will never order from here again! They didn't offer compensation at all, the driver will NOT receive a tip!!! read more

Okay I literally don't know what these other reviews are talking about, Pizza Machine is amazing EVERY time they deliver to us. I order delivery from here usually a few times a month when my son stays over. We do the baked ziti dinner for 4. It comes with salad , rolls and baked ziti. Since there is only 2 of us we get 2 meals out of it. Well worth it. Ziti is always cooked perfectly and the rolls are good as well! read more

Great pizza at a great price. It's my go to spot when I am starving and in a rush. Also the only place I order pizza from when I have company over. The people are friendly. I usually order delivery because the restaurant itself is very small and seems to be a kids hangout spot so it gets loud. read more

I ordered a pizza and sub today. They said it would be 45 minutes (3.7miles away) so I waited and after an hour I called back and asked the lady on the phone were my pizza was she replied "it should be there" I told her I understand it should be here but it's not that's why I'm calling were she just kept telling me it should be here. I double checked they had the right address because the first time I called I have them my address the name of the complex apartment number and gate code. So now hour and a half goes by and I call again and tell them if I don't have my pizza in 5 more minutes they can keep it cause I'm not paying full price for it after that long of wait. The driver finally calls me the lady who took my order must have just given her my number and she was in a different complex and told me they never given her the name of my complex so I told her and she finally got here it was a 2 hour wait. They did try making up for it by not charging me and apologizing for the tardiness. So not all bad. Now on to the food. The large is not very big at all so if your trying to feed the kids better get atleast 2. The crust is good light and isn't too brittle or flakey. The pizza itself isn't bad. Not the best but better then a Pizza Hut I wouldn't order it again unless I drew them a map or got the drivers number immediately. Mushrooms are really good tho. Ok food but got to get better on deliverys if they want to do better in their long game read more

The salad was great and the pizza wasn't to bad. The burger wasn't to bad the meat could have used more flavor and the fries weren't to bad I got the sweet potato ones. But delivery took way to long for me and my food was way to cold when I got it. Maybe I'll go into the restaurant next time to see maybe f that makes a difference read more

The food is really good. I ordered a calzone, it was huge but it needed to be cooked a few more minutes. Delivery was on time, your usual 45 minutes or so. The girl taking to go orders over the phone needs to be nicer, she is always in a rush and has called back to ask questions because she forgets things like dressings and toppings. We had ordered the Buffalo Chicken Pizza, and honestly (coming from NY style pizza), I would never order it again. I can not speak for their other styles of pizzas, but this one was extremely salty and cold upon delivery-to the point we had to reheat the pie. In addition, the delivery guy must have had a bit of a slip up, as the cheese was on all over inside the box. Not one that I would be quick to recommend. I went to pick up my order today and the little girl working the front counter talked on the phone, handled money scratched her face, used the keyboard and mouse and then touched every single garlic roll on the tray before putting them in the oven. Then she talked on the phone, touched the pens, used the keyboard and mouse and then touched the garlic rolls with her gross hands putting them in the to go box. When I said i though that was completely disgusting, she just gave me bitch face. The manager (I'm assuming) said we'll take care of that for you, but by then I was just grossed out and wanted to leave. I will never order from them again. I have been looking for a pizza place around my home that delivers but isn't one of the big three, so I gave Pizza Machine a try. My pizza arrived about 45 minutes after I ordered which is not great but not the worst I have seen. Placing my hand on the bottom of the box I immediately realized this wasn't too hot. I set the pizza down on the table and open it up to find that the cheese and toppings have all slid to the right of the box, becoming this amorphous blob of greasy cheese and toppings. Once I rearranged the toppings the best I could I found the pizza to be really soggy, overly cheesed and poorly cut. Nothing more frustrating that eating a really soggy pizza that you have to rip apart. It's pretty disappointing because the taste of the blob of pizza I ate was actually pretty good. The first impression is always the most important. When ordering from Pizza Machine, proceed with caution. read more

Been ordering from this place for years. The service the past year or so has gone down a lot. I have ordered over the phone and gotten rude customer service then when I finally receive my delivery it's either missing parts or made completely wrong. I tried ordering online and through new apps hoping that it won't get messed up because I actually enjoy their food but still no change. Just 10 minutes ago received my delivery but they forgot to give the driver the roll I ordered. He told me that I had to call and when I did the lady on the phone told me I hadn't ordered a roll even though the receipt and order confirmation showed I was charged for it and it was on the order...both the driver and associate were really rude and I felt as though I was fighting to get the food I had ALREADY paid for. In the past I was charged twice because the associate said the first card I gave her didn't go through so I gave another card and when I alerted them about the charges I had to fight with them just to get a refund. Ordered a XXL and got a large had to argue with the person on the phone because they didn't believe I had received a large instead of the right size even though I paid for it. Just really terrible customer service and I'm not sure who is in charge of processing the orders but they really need to fix it. It's unfortunate bc the food is good but not that good to keep putting up with these headaches. read more

The first time I ordered from this place, I was amazed!. Everything tasted so fresh and delicious. I thought I would never order from any other pizza place again. But after making special requests when ordering from them online, things got nasty! The pasta and pizza were getting saltier, and the bread on the sandwiches was getting stale. PLEASE READ!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!! So ordered lunch today at 11:23 and had the guy on the phone confirm the order was correct and he had it correct. Order did not reach me until about 1 30 which was about 2 hours to get delivered within a 2 mile radius. The order was incomplete and incorrect. My buffalo chicken sandwich was just fried and no sauce, missing the cheese that was confirmed on the order and cold. The burger was burnt and cold also and have cheddar when i requested American. I called with the delivery driver to see why this was happening and manager Sulen or Sulan or what ever asked the worker that took the order and I heard him response to her as " OOPS, I Forgot" and the manager ( or who said was manager) then said he made the mistake and if I wanted it I would have to order it again and wait. This is not a 1 time thing either, cause every time we order from there the forget something or just totally forget things. They can check there records to confirm cause it has been stated. On the order i requested plain rolls and not garlic, the worker that took the order and confirmed he had it. WHAT KIND OF BUISNESS IS THIS.
