After meeting with the manager/chef Tim, my husband and I decided to use Angelo's for a very important event, my daughters sweet sixteen. We needed catering for 40 people, we had tried at least 10 other restaurants trying to find the best Alla Vodka and Parmesan we are so thankful our search led to Angelo's! Tim sat with us while we ate a heart shaped pizza for Valentines Day which was delicious. He took his time, he answered all questions and gave excellent suggestions about how much food we needed and what would be best for our vegetarians and vegans. He gave us an amazing price and even threw in grated cheese and a half pan of garlic rolls. Food arrived on time. The delivery girl stayed and helped me set up a grazing table and all the food, she helped me with set up of decorations too. She was so helpful and caring and I couldn't have done it without her. The food was excellent. Food was well seasoned the pasta was al dente the garlic rolls were fluffy and yummy chicken parmesan was perfect and the Penne Alla Vodka was to die for. Everything came just as promised with all our dietary needs met. I'm half Italian and I know good food! All my guests asked where we ordered the catering from and I happily told them it was Angelo's! Pizzeria across the street from Nova Southeastern University. Went inside at opening to get a slice cut from a monster pizza right out of the oven. Big (very big) beautiful slice of cheese pizza which I covered with red pepper flakes. Nice under char and the sauce was sweet but would have liked more infused garlic. The price was perfect at just $3.00 for the mega slice. They offered a few covered patio tables and a couple inside with a wall bar including stools. The bathroom was clean with multiple colored tile flooring. Great location with plenty of close parking. read more

Really nice spot! Popped by looking for a slice of pizza and this place didn't disappoint. The gentleman who greeted me was very kind, explained their lunch specials to me, and some of their ingredients. Ended up going for the slice of pizza with five wings and a drink lunch special. I enjoyed everything. Very large slices of pizza!!! So you definitely get plenty of food. I didn't even finish it all. The place was very clean and music played at a nice level in the background. Will definitely come back here to try their other pizzas!! Oh and something small, but I always find it thoughtful when mints and toothpicks are offered. Would give it 100/10 if I could. Quick run down from an Italian raised lady: Pizza: Incredible. Folds perfectly, flavor consistent, perfect ratio of ingredients, sauce that's sweet but not in an added sugar kind of way, like a natural sweetness. Wow! The pizza here is a 10/10 for me. It's fresh tasting and comes out quick. I love the thin crust style they offer. I've already ordered from here two times in less than a month. In the area with a friend and she wanted pizza. I quickly went to my Yelp app and found Angelo's. We were immediately greeted with a smile from our server. She seated us quickly and brought us menus. We were happy to see lunch specials on Saturday. After she took our drink orders she asked if we wanted garlic rolls-but of course! The drinks and rolls were brought quickly and we both ordered from the lunch special menu. I opted for a salad and one slice and my friend two slices. The garlic rolls were perfection. Warm-soft-crispy-garlic goodness. My salad arrived and it was romaine lettuce with nice chunks of cucumber and tomato. Olives and pepperoncini. I enjoy a thin NY style slice-this was great. Ordered a large Vegetarian pizza (no olives!) and a Caesar salad online. The time was correct for when it would be ready and the hand off was seamless! Delicious pie! Arrived around 9pm and it was empty. There was us and another family and that was it. The baked ziti was bland for me so I ended up taking it home and added some spices to it. It's Friday so for us that means pizza day. We ventured out to try Angelo's since my daughter recommended them and I saw the ratings were pretty good. It's a small restaurant inside but they do have additional seating outside. Our server AJ was very courteous and polite. Our appetizer was garlic rolls...which had a nice crunchy outside covered in garlic and parmesan but yet still soft in the center. The rolls were very good and the amount of garlic was just right. For the main Pizza we had half supreme and half sausage pepperoni. The pizza was thin and very delicious. It was very light and the veggies were fresh. We will definitely be returning for more!!! I had a great experience here a few days ago so I recommended this place to some friends for the Super Bowl. We went, here again, to try it out and it was amazing! The cheese pizza here is really good especially if you eat it right out of the oven. The only thing is that the pizza is a bit oily so I would suggest dabbing it a little with paper towels. I stopped in at 1pm for a coffee and quick bite to try this place out while on a bike ride, but I was immediately told dogs not allowed. I was seated outside with my 5 lb chihuahua in my lap and they had no customers inside or out. The girl wasn't rude, she was simply reiterating the owners rule she pointed out on the window. I was in shock that a business that should have customers on a Sunday at 1pm didn't want to get some money in the door. This building has no luck with businesses making it and restricting pets outdoors won't help them. This evening my friends and I decided to try this restaurant for dinner before heading to our local car show. We try different places and since I was here before, I recommended it. That was mistake! It's not what expected since they have Pizza flying out door. I bought, and my friend. We bought both thought it didn't taste right from two New Yorkers that crew up on NY Pizza. My pie didn't seem to taste good, or cooked correctly, and you can see I ate 1 slice and and 2 bites from another before I stopped. Sure Glad it was Personnel 10 inch cause the slice and bite I was charged in full. I also have to say I had my pet with me laying on chest away from the table when I was asked to put her on the floor. I will say not pet friendly when I asked for water and brought 12oz cup of water, not a bowl for her to drink from, good thing I brought my own bowl. We all decided will pass on return trip here, and find another place, since each week, we enjoy eating out, and have favorites just wanted to add to my short list.
