The guy was dealing with another customer that was complaining and asked for a refund. My bf was waiting for over 12-15 minutes for food that was supposedly ready for pick up when the guy finally checked in with my bf and asked for the name for door dash. He then says "oh it's right here all bagged up already." It was bagged up already in one of their shelves..
