I just ordered for the first time from here and the pizza is phenomenal! I got the chicken ranch pizza and it's absolutely to die for. The cheese is ooey gooey delicious, the veggies are fresh, the chicken is moist and the ranch sauce is perfection! So, I didn't even know I was ordering from here until I checked my bank statement. This place was "room service" for our hotel (lol, another long story) anyway, the food was awful!! So awful. We got a beef/lamb gyro and it was a glorified salad on pita bread. There was a deli meat thin layer of so called beef/lamb combination that was not even something I could taste. It was thick on onions and sour cream (which was supposed to be tzatziki sauce). We also got the breaded shrimp basket- ew. Just ew. Couldn't even finish the shrimp it tasted so badly of bad seafood, though it was fried well and nicely crisp. Just had that overly fishy spoiled seafood taste. The fries had like no salt and the "homemade ranch" was kens stakehouse, which I know because it was in a kens steakhouse container. Lastly, we got a slice of strawberry cheesecake- and it was good, but partially frozen. The only reason I gave 2 stars was the delivery was fast. Very fast. Overall, this was a really sad surprise when you order 'room service'- that's literally how this hotel advertised this food!! I ordered from here on GrubHub one night we were in Seattle. They could customize any size pizzas half and half which is perfect for my husband and I because I like veggies and he likes meat on his pizza. The pizza was cold, a little too salty when it arrived. Delivery driver came at the exact time quoted for delivery. Food was hot & tasty. The Caesar salad came with pre packaged dressing. What??? The Spinach salad was 95% romaine with a deceiving but thin layer of spinach on top. Horrible. I ordered at the Red Lion in Auburn, WA. They place menus in the rooms, I was like, this Red Lion has In-Room Dining? Awesome! No. It's disgusting Luke warm gas station food delivered an hour and a half later. It's the worst, besides being sub par to a 7-11, it's super expensive, this is the most disappointed and mad I've ever been after ordering a meal. I can't believe corporate Red Lion always these bullshit menus in their rooms. Don't order. Order Papa Johns, this is disgusting. Still tipped the driver though.
