Best pizza in Fairfield CT. That's saying a lot with so many competitors! Great Sicilian and classic thin crust. Take out the best.

1 Star Very disappointing experience. We placed an order for pickup specifically because their website advertised a special on a large cheese pizza. When we went to pick it up, they refused to honor the advertised special. If you advertise a price online, you should honor it. We also ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza and were charged an additional $4 for ranch dressing. For $4, you would expect it to be done properly. Instead, the ranch was basically dumped onto the pizza in three huge globs. It was poorly distributed and honestly looked like someone put almost no effort into preparing it. I understand that food and operating costs have gone up, and I have no problem paying a fair price. What I do have a problem with is feeling like the customer is being taken advantage of. Between not honoring their own advertised special and charging $4 for a poorly prepared topping, this was a very frustrating experience. Fortunately theplenty of other places that will gladly take your money and actually give you what you paid for. We won't be going back. read more

Shocked to see any bad reviews of this place. Great customer service and some of the best pizza in the area. I had a kids birthday party and ordered a bunch of pizzas. Huge hit. Their crumbled sausage is a must. Also they have great fries. My only criticism- put the pepperoni on top of the cheese. You're better than that! read more

First timer, had a small pepperoni, med pizza panini and a spinach salad delivered. They were busy so it came a lil late, but they made up for it. We received everything plus an extra small veggie. Everything tasted amazing! Will definitely order again next time we're in town! read more

For the first time, I ordered the baked ziti with sausage tonight. When I dug in and tasted a sausage piece, it was absolutely tasteless. I went for another piece hoping it would be tasty, but this piece was also completely tasteless, like all the flavor was boiled out of it. I took the next 12 or more pieces and threw them in the garbage. I was given a generous portion. I did call them to let them know. I came here just to pick up an order and the men there seemed to ignore me. I was only there for a few minutes when I saw everyone who came in was gifted a free slice of pizza. Now I never been here before but I was intrigued by the way I was disregarded by the employees. They gave me attitude because out of the two orders I was there to retrieve only one was prepared. So the man asks me if I can wait 20 min for the next pizza? I kindly replied I can wait. So after five minutes of customers coming in and getting free food not once did he ask me if I would like any. Very upsetting how I was there prolonging my order and on top of that he was blatantly ignoring my patience. Now to me this place is very racist. We stopped in here quickly while we were doing laundry down the road yesterday. The owner was so friendly and nice! Even though our visit to this restaurant was brief the owner made a lasting impression. They didn't have paper menus, which was no big deal as they have a huge hanging menu inside. The owner was so apologetic and even offered us a free slice of pizza -- which was not necessary but he insisted and it was such a nice refreshing encounter. You could tell he really loved his job and values his customers, we will definitely be back! My fiancé and kids got a large pepperoni pizza which they loved!! and I got a delicious chicken club! The WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my whole life!!! I ordered a salad and two pizzas for delivery and the salad was wrong. I called and asked to have it replaced and he said he would send another. An hour and a half later I called to check and he started yelling at me telling me it was waiting for me at the restaurant and that I had agreed to come pick it up. When I tried to explain that I had paid for delivery and that I wouldn't have agreed to that, he just kept yelling at me telling me I was wrong. When I drove over to get my refund bc I had paid in cash he rolled his eyes at me and yelled at me again telling me I was wrong. I'm thinking they must have employees making fake accounts to write reviews to look good. I tried a slice from there and it was the worst pizza I've ever had. It tasted like they mixed mop water with the flour and cheese. And I used to own a pizza place. Here's how you make good pizza: 25 pounds of All Trumps high gluten flour. 8 quarts of water, 8 ounces of oil, 8 ounces of kosher salt, 6 ounces of sugar, 2 ounces of yeast. That['s it for the crust. For the sauce you either make it from fresh tomatoes with Basil, Oregano. salt, Garlic, a little Parmesan, or you use one of the good canned kinds. Cheese should be Polly-O or Grande, no exceptions. Any meats you use should come from a trusted vendor like Longhini in New Haven. Produce should ideally come from one of our many farm markets in the state. You cook it in an oven, preferably one with fire bricks at 650 degrees. It's not rocket science. read more

How absolutely unfortunate. I've ordered from them for years and have always loved them, but tonight I ordered a large pizza and was delivered a small, but charged for a large. I called to question this and they told me that their prices changed, but I couldn't find the prices that they quoted anywhere online, so I asked that they honored their posted price. They then offered to send a second pizza which would have been more than the 5.00 difference I was questioning. The owner became very confrontational on the phone, and disappointingly disrespectful. I told him that I didn't need a new pizza delivered, I just wanted the price of the small to be honored. I definitely didn't want a second pizza from a begrudged owner, not knowing what would be done to it. I ordered from here last Friday. I got a small pepperoni calzone and mozzarella sticks. I was told one hour wait and it ended up being over 2 hours! Their excuse is they were super busy. Still unacceptable. Therefore I tipped the driver only $1. Part of me thought that cost him a tip. A teenager took my order over the phone had no idea what he was doing. When it did arrive, I was terribly hungry, but the ricotta in the calzone was not firm and fluffy. It was runny and looked like thin curded milk. Good size for a small. Been here like 4 times and the first 2 were great but the last 2 sucked. And after waiting this long and seeing other people complaining about times and spending like 30 bucks. They stand behind their pizza. I asked for square cut (had a bunch of people over and it's fun) and they forgot. I called them and they said they will deliver a whole new pizza to me. They must have prioritized it because it came quickly... QUICKLY, HOT, perfect, friendly. The pizza rules at Pizza Med. The quality of all of the ingredients, I've always been happy with. We ordered two pizzas and we were told 35 minutes to pick up. My sons get there and are told they had to wait another 25 minutes. It was an hour after we ordered. My son complained to the owner and the owner gave him an attitude saying don't get mad at me it's a Friday. Extremely rude. My mom and I have ordered here multiple times, at first everything was great, food was perfect, then they must've hired someone new to answer the phones because the new kid takes my order, reads it back to me, and when my food comes, it's the completely wrong order.... this has happened two or three times now, where I've gotten the wrong order despite them reading it back to me, and when I call to complain I'm yelled at, cursed at and hung up on. Okay so I'm just gonna say this. If you love chicken Caesar salads then you have to get one here. In my opinion it's the best in fairfield and around. I've had a chicken Caesar salad from every spot in fairfield I think. This place nailed it. I don't know what they do to that chicken but it's Bomb.
