It's a bummer for me to give a 2 star review because their pizza & wings are very good. But, twice in the last 6 months I've found a long hair in my pizza. The first time, I chalked it up to the possibility that it was my wife's but this last time, it was melted into the cheese. Very disappointing for a place that we would make a 25min drive to because it was so darned good. Ball caps or hair nets would go a long way for the kitchen staff. read more

Far from "perfect". Fried squares. Family friendly. Waitstaff was friendly and responsive. Parking limited. If you like chain style pizza hut, then you'll like this. Its sad with so many "proud Italians" in NEPA, there are no good pizza places. Funny thing, the menu had "frozen pizza" on it. This was our favorite place to eat pizza when we lived in the area. Their pizza is better than any we've had in our travels around the country. The sauce is tasty, the dough is fresh and crisp. We always buy a tray and end up inhaling it! We stop and have one when we're in town. Would be a 5 star place if they took credit cards. read more

This Pizza is in a word... Perfect! If you do not like onions take notice that it comes with onions automatically so you need to request no onions but if you do they will happily oblige. The pizza comes in big trays with rectangular slices, it is doughy and crispy on the edges with delicious sauce and cheese.. oh and its DIRT CHEAP.. as is everything in here and most things in NEPA in general.. The beers something like 2$ and the pizza is just over a dollar a slice! Good spot for sports teams to drop in after softball games or little league. Very welcoming and homey kind of crowd. The pizza is fantastic, but the wings are what I go for. All I have to say is that they're so good, my vegetarian wife ate two of them.

My one regret about moving away from NEPA is not being able to have Pizza Perfect pizza and wings whenever I want them! I've yet to find pizza anywhere that comes close to how good their slices are. Yes, parking there is a pain, but it's a part of the experience - just like the train set that has been there for decades. Ideally nothing will change for a couple decades more, so I can bring my future kids here to enjoy the best pizza and wings ever. read more

AMAZING PIZZA and wings!!! I can't say enough about the Sicilian style white pizza with onion and ham. I'm drooling just thing about it. I only get to this area in the summers but Pizza Perfect pizza is so good I freeze it to bring it home! The restaurant is very rustic and has a cute train that goes around the room that the kids love. And the blonde lady at the counter with a big ole smile and friendly greeting every time is just the icing on the cake. I am a fan for life! read more

I'm from Long Island and eat pizza all the time. The pizza and wings where fantastic. First the wings were perfectly cook crispy and not to much sauce we got mild. Then the pizza was Sicilian style but not as dough as New York Sicilian pizza's are and the sauce was good with a nice oniony flavor but the best was the crispy crust that's round this slice off nicely. Would defiantly stop and eat again if in the area. read more

I have no idea what Ed is talking about in his review, but the Pizza Perfect that I know is "perfect". It is square pizza and it's absolutely fantastic. I live out of town and I make sure that I go there whenever I come back to visit. The frozen pizza is for people like me who love their pizza so much that I get it frozen, pack it in ice and drive it 300 miles home. Then I can enjoy it whenever I want. Stopped on a visit from out of town, and I have to say I've never had pizza this way, so good! They are like Sicilian slices but with a toasty, flavorful crust... Was told they use olive oil. Service was okay. The booth was too small for all of our food, though they brought out everything anyway. I would suggest waiting for one course to be done before bringing out the other because of the small tables. Otherwise a very cool place, love the pizza, love the all American vibe. read more

This is the pizza place you go when you are craving greasy goodness, such as after night out where the hangover lasts, or stressing out.... Delicious but ONLY can eat in moderation during the year. The regulars that flock here every weekend lord help them - stomachs of steel. Bring your tums if you have a light stomach because you'll certainly need them, BUT I digress. I grew up eating their pizza and wings. In the last visit my sister and mom watched the older lady in the back have her fingers on the sauce. She was going back and forth across the dough with her fingers and long nails for over 5 minutes. When my family asked her why she didn't use a spoon or gloves she said she has been making the pizza like this for 30 years. I won't eat their pizza again until they can learn to use a spoon or gloves. I'm not eating pizza with her having her hands in the sauce that much after wherever her hands have been. Please speak up and hopefully if enough patrons complain they will change this method. read more

I only gave this place 3 stars, let me explain why....It is VERY GOOD. I love the fried crust, the cheese and onions both compliment each other. In my opinion though it's the type of pizza you have to be in the mood for. Nice atmosphere inside, the train that runs along the wall is a nice touch. It's 5 stars when you're in the mood for this type of pizza, so definitely give it a try. Just don't go expecting traditional NY style/Neopolitan pizza. read more

Price is not worth $1.30 a cut of pizza. Who says they are the best pizza? Why? It's oily, over priced, cheese as thick as a finger nail, and too commercial. It made me sick to my stomach. Pizza loven has flavor, even sizzle pic is better. They use to be the best when they cared about customers and making a quality product. Right now it's too commercial. Never going back. The cheese is half the thickness it use to be. The pizza was ice cold when I left with it for being on time. The guy cutting the pizza you can see in the window, sweating on the pizza, wiping it off with his hand cutting the pizza then using the hand to box it. Not washing his hands in between. I was going to give no stars but you have to give 1, and the one star was because at least the bathroom was clean. read more

I prefer their pizza to all the hyped up places in Old Forge. It's sicilian style but thinner and not too doughy. Sauce is tasty, perfect amount of cheese and very crispy crust (almost like deep dish flavor). Order it with onions if you like them as the sweetness offsets the crust very well. This is my favorite pizza place in NEPA. It is in the top 5 of my all time list. I can't explain how delicious this pizza is. It could be due to the fact that the crust is fried. I got this pizza for a pre-wedding cookout. Now I have friends stop by this place when it's close to their route. This is the best pizza AND wings in a 40 mile radius. Eat in to get the best flavor and ambiance combined with ice cold Yeuling lager. Bring the family-kids-2 dining rooms with plenty of seating. Can be very crowded during holiday breaks, like Thanksgiving and Christmas when the family is all in and want to have a delicious meal. THEY DO NOT TAKE CREDIT CARDS.
