Personally I love pizza pipeline. I think they have the best pizza you can order and ALWAYS GET THE ZESTY CRUST. it's free and it takes the crust to a whole new level. We absolutely love pipeline pizza, and are willing to pay the extra cost for the consistency and quality. Every Pipeline seems to be same taste no matter what part of town you get it in. The kids favorite. We go for the classics most of the time. Cheese, Pepperoni and sausage... I have had the French dip a few times and I will never get it again. Meat was dry both times I ordered, the amount and quality of meat on the French Dip was lacking. My opinion is come for the pizza, go to fire house for the subs. We've ordered from the Downtown location several times and three times they forgot our drinks. One time I ordered a pound of their Homestyle Bites and when they delivered the chicken the container didn't even look full. I weighed the contents on a scale and it came out to 9oz. Not even a pound. I called them and they informed me that I could contact their corporate number. Like anyone will be in their office at 8 o'clock at night. Overall, the food and service are pretty poor and we won't be going back. Save your money and your time for something way better. read more

I had a down-and-out day on the first "snow day" of this winter and took it upon myself to lift my spirits. In other words, I was too lazy to get out of my robe and bed to make myself lunch. I head online (read: dragged my laptop into bed) and check out if they have any specials and was pleasantly surprised to get a flashback of Pizza Pipeline was in 2009 at 11:45 at night. Definitely drinking has been involved methinks. Their online special is the first two toppings are free for any medium, large, or larger pizza for 11.99. I'm a simpleton and only need pepperoni and one snazzy other ingredient to make my pizza meal. This time, I added sun dried tomatoes to the pepperoni on zesty herb crust as the option. I feel extra naughty and Add to Cart a Pepsi for an extra $1.50. Why not? Delivery time was quick even in the dreadful snow/mush/godforsaken weather nasties. I was a bit disappointed to see that the Pepsi was a fountain drink and not a 2-liter bottle but it comes in a Pipeline reusable tall cup. One more dish for me to wash is what I think. The pizza was good. Can't really complain for delivery pizza. I also can't complain about the price of $15.30 including driver's tip. I drunk dialed Pizza Rita and ordered a Rita Real Pizza, but I think it was more like, "I'd like to order, hiccup, a WHHEEEEL PEESSSAAAA, puuuhhhleease!" When it comes to non-gourmet pizza, Pizza Pipeline is my top choice. Compared to the other chains, I prefer pizza here every time. It's one of the only times that cheap pizza doesn't mean cardboard tasting pizza (like Domino's). They have great deals...I always find a great special online. The Cheesy Garlic Sticks are THE BEST. Hands down my favorite pizza place in town. Something about the pizza crust. I have been a long time fan of Pizza Pipeline and we finally moved closer to one. I often get the killer lunch special which is 5 dollars for three slices and a drink. And if you sit in you can refill your drink before leaving. You can also get three slices and a pint of beer but I'm not sure how much more for that. I think its pretty reasonable. My husband and I also dine at The Bar. My husband loves the atmosphere. They have banners of all the colleges in the area. (Even UW which no one here cares about.) My husband thought the Seabee banner was pretty cool since they have a small battalion here in town. I'm not a fan myself but I know they do a lot of neat stuff and specials for the Seahawk games. They always have great food specials and drink specials. I have never ever had bad service when taking out or dining in. Always friendly and helpful service. The employees go to the extra mile to ensure great service. Prices are super reasonable. And they give a military discount. Which is really awesome. :) I hope Pizza Pipeline is something that stays in the Spokane area. read more

Got there 25 min later, pizza done, wings not even started. So by the time ( 25 min ) the wings are done now i have cold pizza and its just sitting there on their oven while they take care of all the other orders. Finally got it all and had to wait another 5 minutes for someone to come back to counter so i could ask for the ranch i had paid for. The pizza is ok, but the service is absolutely terrible. First of all they charge for everything, including a box if you want your slices to go. The employees do not seem to have a clue what is going on most of the time. I went in to pick up a pizza we ordered online and he told me it would be a couple minutes. After 15 minutes I asked what was going on and the pizza had been done and sitting out the whole time. Also another time we ordered online they delivered the pizza to my boyfriends work for some reason, even though we ordered it for carry out. I can describe Pizza Pipeline in 3 words. Good and Cheap. If I need something to satisfy my pizza craving and have less than $20 I always turn to Pizza Pipeline. The fact that they give a 30% military discount (at least the one in Airway Heights does) also gives them an edge over Domino's and Pizza Hut.
