I think this was one of the Pizza spots on miami beach!. i was told to come and check this place out and after swimming in the beach i came here and it was delicious pizza. i got the meat pizza which had bacon ham and it was just some sort of massive pizza goodness! i havent been there after a night in the club while down in miami my friends went said it can be pretty busy as i would suspect! the slicces are huge as well and pretty good for the price and its filling! Pizza is fantastic. We got 4 different pieces and they were all delicious. Prices were also very reasonable. I do recommend sitting inside or out front. We sat on the side next to the last table. The last table had all kinds of undesirables smoking cigarettes and selling drugs. The waitress tried to get them to stop but they just ignored her. We went inside. Great spot to pickup some pizza. Very good selection and the pizza was very good. I typically like thin crust pizza, but I do eat thicker crusts on occassion. Downside is it's quite salty even for the slices of Hawaiian and BBQ pizza that we got. Pizza was just okay. I have been a customer of all the Rustica Pizza in South Florida for over 5 to 6 years. One can say I am a spokesperson and promoter to all my family and friends that visit South Florida. My visit on last night 3.26.15 at The Washington Street location was the worst I have ever experience. I was overlooked and bypassed to order and when I spoke up I was told by the Manager I need to calm down. When did voicing my opinion become a problem. I tell you we, meaning the other patrons and I were standing here before the group Spanish speaking customers arrive and you assist them 1st and tell me there is a line to order. Excuse me we were in a line. There is nothing posted in your store that says place order here or pick up order here so why would your staff overlook the 6'1 200lb EDUCATED BLACK MAN. The manager himself was disrespectful. I am the customer I had a complaint you argue with me and wave a spatula in my face saying calm down. I never raised my voice and never spoke to you out of character. Being disrespected in an establishment were I pay with my hard earned cash is not acceptable. So yes I will make noise about this now and will tell everyone that I have recommended to frequent your store NOT TO EVER GO AGAIN. Great food... Horrible customer service! My friends and I really felt discriminated on as African Americans. We observed this happening to other black people in line as well. It was a little busy when we entered so maybe the staff was flustered but the rudeness we received was ridiculous. There were 7 from my group ordering food for ourselves and other individuals vacationing with us so we were definitely patronizing the business; however, after the last in our group saw the treatment of those in front of them they decided they would not spend their money here. It was that bad. When asked questions regarding the pizza options, the employees responded with eye rolls, annoyed sighs, and aggressive speech. Slick comments were also made when asked to speak to the manager. I will say that the manager did try to resolve but the staff was running the show. Even in front of the manager the staff still responded rudely. I recommend if you experience this type of treatment pull out ur phone and write/record a review immediately! I'm writing but I wish I recorded. 2 stars because although the customer service needs a tremendous amount of improvement, the pizza is actually very tasty and there are a lot of specialty options to choose from. read more

Had not been here since my rip roaring druken Sobe heydays. Everyone knows pizza tastes the best while you are smashed so I went there sober to eat with an unveiled mouth. The pizza was meh.. not bad, not good, but decent. Nice thick crusts but for $5 a pop I am not sure it equates to 2 hearty slices. I Tried the BBQ Chicken with bbq roasted chicken breast, sweet red onions, roasted peppers, tangy plum tomato sauce and melted mozzarella cheese. It had some decent pollo with again only a decent sauce but I would not order it again. Unfortunately this was the better of the 2 slices I had. The other slice was a Chicken Alla Fiorentina with boneless roasted chicken breast marinated with alfredo sauce, baby spinach, sweet red onions, fresh diced tomatoes, melted mozzarella cheese and a touch of jalapeno peppers. First off there is definitely way more than a touch of jalapeno and most importantly there was absolutely no sign or taste of alfredo sauce. The whole draw of this order for me was the alfredo sauce which I thought might work really well on pizza. In the absence of any inkling of alfredo flavor the slice was just not appetizing. Sorry Rustica but next time i am in Sobe craving a slice whether stumbling around drunk or sober I shall be trying a different pizza shop. read more

And that is and should always be the STANDARD basis of ANY slice of Pizza. But with Pizza Rustica... There is no true Italian first bite crunch in the crust, nor is there a zesty tomato sauce flavor that follows (basically, there is little if NO sauce at all on their slices???). Came here for at 1 AM for a quick meal. The place is easily located on the corner of an intersection. The place is small inside, but has mutiple tables outside. You can get a slice of pizza here for $5.75. Their slices are huge, basically your own personal pizza. I got the tomato basil pizza and really enjoyed it. I blame Pizza Rustica for slowing down my weight loss. Ok, ok, I know it's my fault, but it's just so hard to resist their delicious pizza. I've been to various locations several times, but I most recently tried their delivery. The delivery was pretty fast, and most importantly, the pizza was still fresh out of the oven when they arrived. I ordered their Tomato Basil pizza which, at first looks way too packed with ingredients, but then you realize that it's the perfect amount of tomato and basil. The sauce is delicious and the crust is perfectly browned. I haven't explored a lot of pizza since I moved down to Miami, but among the ones I have tasted, Rustica wins. read more

Really yummy pizza. My friend suggested this as we were walking toward the beach. At first I had in mind the jumbo slices you normally get in the northeast. Yes this was a jumbo slice but not in the same manner! There are so many different types of pizza to get... I had the Spicy Sausage. There are a lot of different options, and they serve beer which is really nice. If you keep walking south there is a little shopping area as well. I love pizza rustica I've been eating this pizza ever since I stepped foot into south beach! I love their spinach pizza it's simply delish! All their pizza is always so fresh. I'm guessing because they have the clientele to never have pizza sitting around waiting. Came here to enjoy some pizza with friends and that's exactly what we did. The waitress was very attentive and our order came out right away. We ordered separate and my friends enjoyed the pepperoni pizza, Caesar pizza and Hawaiian pizza. All in which were amazing. We also ordered some chicken wings which I was not a fan off I wouldn't order them again. They are a pizza place so don't expect good wings here. Also they do not serve alcoholic beverages just beer and wine, I guess is for licensing purposes but hey there's plenty of bars around bring your drink with you. On another note.
