When I called and asked them to please make it right, they told me they could offer no refund, new pizza or discount because I had ordered through the Slice App, so I should call Slice. So I did. Pizza Rustica was one of the first places I tried upon landing in Miami. The location is perfect on Lincoln Road, and the pizza is beyond incredible. Inside Pizza Rustica, there are a few tables for seating if you're ordering a slice or two, but plenty outside for a more "dine-in" experience. You're also able to walk along the counter to see different slices available (and the selection is amazing).. whether you're in the mood for something basic, or a slice including everything from pineapple to steak; they've got you covered. The portions are massive for what you're paying. I always make the mistake of ordering too much food forgetting the size but leave with dinner as well. Nice find in block of many pizza spots. This one offers varieties you can't even dream of. From veggies to meats to all kinds of others. And offers good gluten free, too (and knows how to properly cook a gf crust without burning it like so many other places do). Taste was great in terms of flavor mixes. Go with their rustic choices over others and just trust their flavor mixes. Only criticisms are very little sauce on pizzas (like almost none) and have to eat outside if you want a table. There is no good way to open how I am about to describe this "restaurant." Instead, I will describe how I would a location prone to physical and verbal assault. Let me start off by saying I almost got into a gang fight here. The "manager" is a total coward and doesn't deserve to call himself an adult. My girlfriend was verbally assaulted by a belligerent customer the manager refused to acknowledge. The customer then proceeded to tell an actual gang hanging outside to physically assault me and started a huge confrontation. Luckily me and my girlfriend were not harmed. However, the "manager" refused to confront anyone or stop them from attempting to intimidate me or other customers. He then informed me after the confrontation was over that they were a gang and I was lucky to have not been shot or assaulted. Several of them literally shook my hand for sticking up for my girlfriend. The manager offered no such respect or consultation for what happened. Instead, it felt as if it he was dealing with collateral damage. He never once called the police or tried to intervene and tell them to leave. As a consolation, he gave me $15 off of my bill to not cause a further scene after the gang left. It was insulting, but what was I to do after being overcharged for terrible pizza and believing I was about to be jumped? After this happened, we were further challenged by another drunk customer that said sexist remarks. I have never encountered "people" this low until coming to this piece of garbage establishment that calls itself a restaurant. What matters is not the overpriced pizza we received (4 slices and 5 buffalo wings for $41) but that the restaurant did absolutely nothing to try to protect its customers or prevent them from being harmed... or worse. It's almost as if it's all collateral damage they were trying to avoid or pass down the street for someone else to deal with. If you value your safety and that of you loved ones, stay away from this restaurant. You will get into a fight. You will be insulted. You will not be safe. You will be disappointed in the entire city. This place sucks. You will find better pizza frozen in a supermarket. read more

Pizza Rustica is always a safe south beach option whenever we want to grab something quick to go. $5.50 for a giant square slice of pizza isn't bad at all! There are plenty of different options and flavor combos to choose from. I like the BBQ chicken & the florentine. My only downside to this PR is that the crust seems a bit on the dry/stale side. Loved the pizza!! I got a quattro formaggio and margherita half and half margherita . Saw the pizza being made right before my eyes. My mouth was watering the whole time. This place absolutely sucks! BUT what are you going to do at 5am? Their pizza cannot be eaten cold or even reheated. It just dies after its 1st reheating to be sold. Late night selection is limited and they just raised their prices In time for spring break and music week. 2 pepperoni slices are now $15 unless the employees were price gouging late night people recently. Not only is the pizza affordable but it's also delicious. They bake the pizza in brick ovens so you get that crunchy crust if you like your crust like that... also the flavors are very rich the sauce and cheese work hand in hand with each other so it's a awesome blend of herbs and cheese. The price you cant be mad with very affordable and you actually get more for your dollar by how they cut the pizza in one square slice you get 4 different ones so I thought that was pretty cool.. the only thing I didn't like that didn't really matter to me because it was late night is that it was super packed like lines out the door but they moved VERY fast with the line so it didn't take long. But overall I give Pizza Rustica 5/5 stars for the flavorful food and great customer service read more

Does no one in Miami understand what good pizza is??? I've experienced Pizza Rustica on 2 different occasions. Most recently was late night after a long day of drinking on the beach. I had the signature 'Rustica' pizza which is basically their version of 'supreme' or 'the works' It tasted sour, yea sour like expired olives or tomato sauce. The crust was nothing special . And the prosciutto on top was super rubbery, as if had been cooked in the oven with the pizza (prosciutto is a cured pork which means that it is already cooked!). And after it took an entire hour and a half for the delivery guy to arrive at my door, I really didn't have the energy to call and complain. I was hungry. I was irritated.
