The real reason I'm writing this review is the excellent customer service. I ordered through yelp and payed through PayPal. I asked to have pepperoni on half the pizza but forgot to add an additional topping to my cart. They added the pepperoni anyways and just said it was on them this time. They have fast delivery and their pizza is always good, it never gives me indigestion and tastes great. They are not super innovative with their toppings but they make a good classic NYC style pizza. It is not oversalted as another reviewer wrote, so maybe they double salted her pizza on accident. I like the delivery people too they are all young college students and their little shop downtown is well kept. The Party Pizza is the best. Their large pizza is enough to feed two people 5 slices though, so I always try to order an extra large so I can have some for breakfast. read more

I'm glad I decided to give this place a try despite the rollercoaster of mixed responses. Received a pamphlet in the mail for a free order of garlic knots, and with a location right downtown, figured why not. Called in my order and was greeted by Rocky, and explained how it was my first time ordering. His voice pipped up and felt the enthusiasm as he walked me through the menu and offered suggestions in hand with the specials going on. Unsure if it was my saying I was a new customer that warded off the possibility of a botched pizza but the pizza came out fresh, hot, and looking like a dream. Quality of the pizza was expected for the price point, cinnamon bread was alright, and this WOULD have been a five star had the reason why I went in wasn't such a disappointment. These five golf-ball size nubs of undercooked dough with a light sprinkling of garlic salt was so incredibly disappointing. Will be back in but avoiding those balls of sadness. read more

They definitely exceeded our expectations! We are very weary when trying new restaurants with vegan options but we were not let down. They're crust is to die for, they had vegan chz and sauce, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They don't have any vegan proteins but their veggies were fresh and delicious. It can be really good but not consistent. You won't always get the same quality as the last one. If I pay $16 for a medium 5 topping pizza it shouldn't be 11 inches across with only toppings in the middle of the pizza with a 3 inch ring of crust and cheese. Sometimes you get a full layer of spinach, sometimes a light sprinkled hand full, 4 big chunks of artichokes with hearts or scattered little artichoke peices like they were the remains from draining the can. Ok i left a Google review giving this place props for its small pizza special in store. After that experience I figured I'd try delivery. The value goes right out the window, jumbo pie + cheesy bread + 2 liter soda = $22.95...ok, but then they add $7 for a delivery fee and I tip the driver because I know they don't get 100% of that fee. So for $35 I now have my original order $15 above where it started. The only reason they get 2 stars rather than 1 is because they were on time. No dipping sauce with semi dry cheesy bread. Low flavor sauce and cheese on the pie and it's sliced into little fingerling slices...wtf? Jumbo size isn't much bigger than a regular large ny style pie, but this is more dominoes style than N.Y. style. Sorry guys but if you're going to deliver an equivalent product to corporate chains your numbers need to match. If I got a 24 inch pie with flavorful big slices and dipping sauce for the cheesy bread that matched other local product they'd get 3 stars out of me. Ordered pizza from comfort inn in Tumwater after looking at their ad for fast delivery. It arrived 45 minutes later and was it was good but...we did not receive any napkins or plates--everyone could have used these items!!! So I called and told the person answering the phone to remind the delivery folks about hotel customers who need this stuff. She started telling about how they don't usually deliver there,etc and hung up on me. I could not believe how this employee handled the problem! I thought I was helping this business by calling. The worst experience I have ever had ordering pizza, and that's saying a lot. I asked if there were any specials ( we have ordered from them before, there are ALWAYS specials). The guy asks what I am looking for, I said just pizza. He says no. I tell him, what's the price for 2 large, 2 topping pizzas ( usually runs around $25 + delivery charges). He tells me $40. I honestly don't know why anyone goes to Brewery City, Dominos or Pizza Hut in this town. Pizza time has great deals, prompt delivery, and great pizza. Whether its for a party, for a couple, or for yourself; the Olympia Pizza Time is the best option for delivered pizza in the area. Washington state Pizza Times do differ by store, but I've found this one to be pretty similar to the Bellingham Pizza Time. Both outstanding values. read more

I have been a customer of this place for many years and have been no more than just satisfied with their products or service. Just recently I called and was met with rude condescending attitudes and was told that I no longer qualify for free delivery and the only reason they gave me free delivery in the first place is because I "complained a whole bunch" Up until today I probably spent on average $60-90 a month at this restaurant. Well, not any more. I will also be letting the rest of the people I know that there are better and more friendly pizza places in this town, with just as many options. I am giving this place 4 stars for what it is. I walked here today and got the $5 small pizza and soda deal, which is a great deal for a cheap lunch if you're craving cheese and pizza sauce. The pizza was decent. It absolutely wasn't the best pizza I've ever had, but for the price it fit the bill. The business model of this place seems to be cheap, delivery pizza, all of which they do well. If you are looking for a pizza that is covered in the finest ingredients available in the PNW and sauce that is face-melting good, go somewhere where the pizza costs a little more than $5 for an adequately sized small pizza. If you have a pizza craving and you're on a budget, give this place a shot. It's a great establishment and they offer a decent pizza at a fair price. I like this joint. No real frills, but the pizza is good. As a vegan, I like that they have cheese options and that their dough has no dairy or eggs. I often will buy a couple of pizzas, take them home, and add a bunch more ingredients. It's tasty pizza the next day, too! read more

I couldn't be more disappointed with the staff at this establishment. They projected a delivery time and failed to meet that time by about an hour. We called to see what the delay was and asked if we could be reimbursed for waiting for a simple one pizza order for 2 hours. The order wasn't even during prime time. When speaking with the manager, Heather, we were laughed at for being slightly disgruntled for such a long wait time. Obviously we understand that it's just pizza but what really upset us was the reaction from the staff. It was completely unprofessional. I hate to admit it but Pizza Time has lost our business.
