After reading some of the reviews I wasn't expecting a lot, but when you can get a 2-topping medium pizza, who cares if it'll taste good? I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. It's simple pizza, but still tasty. The mushrooms are some of the best I've had (on pizza), and the sauce is unique. But the best part? The cheesey bread. Seriously, get the cheesey bread. It's awesome! Honestly, if I would order from this place again, I'd probably just get the cheese bread (they have several sizes). It's very thick and has a nice crispy edge. Perfection. Fast service to the Red Roof Inn. They have online ordering for anti-social people like myself. My family and I were in Seattle stying for a few days after a cruise. we didn't have a car so we decided to order pizza to be delivered. The Pizza Time menu was on the hotel counter, I called and ordered pizza at 7:12pm. I ordered a large thin crust with garlic sauce, Canadian bacon, chicken, black olives and artichoke, and to add green peppers and onions to half, I explained to the guy Panghal who was taking my order over the phone at least 4 times I wanted the chicken, Canadian bacon, black olives and artichokes on the whole pizza and the onions and bell peppers added to half as an addition. I paid $29.49 with delivery and who knows what else. I was told it would be delivered in about 30-40 minutes. an hour later after not receiving the pizza yet I called and was told the delivery driver had left and would be there soon, not more than 10 minutes. Another half an hour went by and no pizza, so I called back and Panghal couldn't understand why the pizza wasn't delivered. I told him I was tired of waiting and to refund me the amount, about then the delivery guy delivered the pizza, so Panghal said he would discount 50% so I said fine, the delivery driver made some excuse of there was a lot of traffic and maybe an accident that it took him so long. Pizza Time store is ONLY .5 (1/2) MILE, 12 minutes from the hotel I was staying in. Google maps didn't show any slow or backed up traffic. we opened the box and the only thing they got right was the thin crust, there was a very thin almost non existent tomato sauce, not garlic sauce, the chicken, Canadian bacon, black olives and artichokes were on half and the onions and bell peppers were on the other half. the pizza was ice cold on top of that. I called back again and asked for a refund. Panghal said he would refund, will check my bank statement tomorrow. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER when it comes to ordering pizza! read more

They're so fast with their orders and you can't beat the prices! $18 for an extra large pizza and cheesy bread delivery? Any other place would be $28 or more. The manager and his team were shining stars for me! I arranged a couple days ahead for an order to be delivered for a surprise birthday party. The team allowed me to pre-pay, including tip, and come to the store to sign receipt & not have to be at the delivery site. They called the morning of the delivery to ensure everything was correct for the order. The recipients were so surprised and so happy and said it was very good pizza!! 1 Star for the service. I received a Welcome to the Neighborhood coupon for a free medium pizza or a $2 large pizza. The mailer said "order online" and gives you their website. So I ordered a large 1 topping pizza for carry out, showed up at the time presented, and was told they could not accept the coupon. I asked why, and they said it's because I ordered online as opposed to calling them. What?? The mailer specifically mentioned online ordering. Nothing about having to call the store. The explanation given was that they can't apply the coupon to an online order. I can understand there may be limitations to their online ordering system, but either put the caveat on the coupon or make it right at the store. They did neither. They let me know that I had to pay full price, but the nice employee taking my money said I could come back to their establishment again and then use the coupon they sent me. But not this time. Great pizza! Delivered awesome pizza for such a great price to our hotel. I read the reviews and decided to take a chance. This place deserves a much higher rating. They must have had a lot of cranky hungry angry people reviewing, because our pizza (garlic chicken pizza & cheesy bread) was delicious. The cheesy bread is huge. Glad we tried them out. Pizza Time is my favorite pizza stop when in SeaTac. It's not that it's gourmet or anything, but for around the price of a Little Cesar's pizza, you can get a two topping pizza that is of much better quality, and well, less sparse with the topics. That place that's never let me down. Quick, hot fat-and-carb bombs that'll knock you down for 4 hours without a hangover and since you'll be sleeping on the plane, too, you won't even feel guilty about it when you arrive in Dallas at 0600. What you might feel guilty about? That you're ordering delivery and are less than 2 blocks away. The biggest problem with their delivery is that it's too fast - I wanted to knock down another Steel first. Anyway, believe it or not, there isn't a lot of hyperbole here. Gross... Ok, i've never met a pizza i've didn't like, this place was one of them. WHAT ARE THEY USING AS DOUGH?!? The company I work for apparently keeps ordering from this place, and its just gross. The bread tastes like thick cut wonderbread with some cheese melted on top of it, its flavorless, bland and just gross. I've had red baron frozen pizza and dominos pizza that tastes better. Frankly Costco pizza (which is Freaking AMAZING BTW) is like gourmet pizza compared to this place ... I ordered 4 pizzas. I was told 40-45 minutes. I called them back after 1 hour 15 minutes just to make sure it wasn't forgotten. The guy (manager) told me, "I'm sorry, I just came in. So it's not my fault. Call back if the pizza is cold." The delivery driver finally showed up after 1 hour 45 minutes. I paid and tipped him. Once We opened the pizzas, they weren't hot anymore, it was luke warm at best. I called back and ask to speak to the manager. The lady hung up on me. I called back and the manager answered. At which point he told me that he doubts the pizzas aren't hot. Basically calling me a liar. Followed by saying that he could easily just hang up on me and not do anything. I think this place deserves a better rating! I live in Seatac and this is the only decent pizza place. I wouldn't recommend getting any of the sides to be honest and that's why I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5. They look and taste like typical frozen and deep fried sides, and I'm not a fan. The pizzas are awesome though! Fairly priced and always taste fresh. I've had nothing but pleasant experience with their delivery; they're always on time if not quicker, pizzas are always still nice and hot when I get them, and every single one of the delivery guy/gal has been friendly and nice. Pizza is low quality, but it's priced accordingly. That's about the best summary of the place that I can give. While staying at a hotel down the street, I went in here for a quick dinner. It's in the same building as the 7-11 store. For takeout it took about 15 mins to make the pizza. It was pretty much lots of dough, very skimpy on the toppings. But it's cheap and there's not much else around, so they have that going for them. You get what you pay for. I doubt that I would go back. read more
