The manager and his team were shining stars for me! I arranged a couple days ahead for an order to be delivered for a surprise birthday party. The team allowed me to pre-pay, including tip, and come to the store to sign receipt & not have to be at the delivery site. They called the morning of the delivery to ensure everything was correct for the order. The recipients were so surprised and so happy and said it was very good pizza!! 1 Star for the service. I received a Welcome to the Neighborhood coupon for a free medium pizza or a $2 large pizza. The mailer said "order online" and gives you their website. So I ordered a large 1 topping pizza for carry out, showed up at the time presented, and was told they could not accept the coupon. I asked why, and they said it's because I ordered online as opposed to calling them. What?? The mailer specifically mentioned online ordering. Nothing about having to call the store. The explanation given was that they can't apply the coupon to an online order. I can understand there may be limitations to their online ordering system, but either put the caveat on the coupon or make it right at the store. They did neither. You know That Place? You've been up for 36 hours because Airline 1 delayed the redeye flight by 7 hours, so you need to book a motel for 6 hours to crash until your new midnight flight on Airline 2. Second-cheapest motel booked (never book the cheapest), 7-11 visited for a sixer of Steel Reserve, three down in 15 minutes, and now you realize that you haven't eaten in those 36 hours. You've got cash, you've got Uber, you've got time, you can go anywhere. You've been pretty much everywhere within 10 miles, so take your pick. Can't decide. Yelp me. #1: Pizza Time. "That Place." That place that's never let me down. Quick, hot fat-and-carb bombs that'll knock you down for 4 hours without a hangover and since you'll be sleeping on the plane, too, you won't even feel guilty about it when you arrive in Dallas at 0600. What you might feel guilty about? That you're ordering delivery and are less than 2 blocks away. The biggest problem with their delivery is that it's too fast - I wanted to knock down another Steel first. Anyway, believe it or not, there isn't a lot of hyperbole here. This is my "That Place" when I've got my quarterly travel nightmare at Seatac. Pizza Time is my favorite pizza stop when in SeaTac. It's not that it's gourmet or anything, but for around the price of a Little Cesar's pizza, you can get a two topping pizza that is of much better quality, and well, less sparse with the topics. I ordered 4 pizzas. I was told 40-45 minutes. I called them back after 1 hour 15 minutes just to make sure it wasn't forgotten. The guy (manager) told me, "I'm sorry, I just came in. So it's not my fault. Call back if the pizza is cold." The delivery driver finally showed up after 1 hour 45 minutes. I paid and tipped him. Once We opened the pizzas, they weren't hot anymore, it was luke warm at best. I called back and ask to speak to the manager. The lady hung up on me. I called back and the manager answered. I think this place deserves a better rating! I live in Seatac and this is the only decent pizza place. I wouldn't recommend getting any of the sides to be honest and that's why I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5. They look and taste like typical frozen and deep fried sides, and I'm not a fan. The pizzas are awesome though! Fairly priced and always taste fresh. It's in the same building as the 7-11 store. For takeout it took about 15 mins to make the pizza. It was pretty much lots of dough, very skimpy on the toppings. If you live in a apartment where you buzz people in, they flat out refuse to enter your building and walk up to your unit to deliver your pizza, at your front door. You have to go down to street level, and get your order at the entryway. Their excuse was: "we can't leave our cars unattended." Last time I checked cars have locks... Second excuse was: "we can't enter a locked building." These buildings aren't locked for invited guests who are expected, and buzzed in... I wrenched my ankle helping a buddy move. No broken ankle from the exrays but I ordered a pizza because I was laid up. I couldn't put any weight on it to go down the stairs. "Tough luck buddy" was their answer from the driver and the manager. I canceled the order, and hope they aren't going to charge me anyway. I'm not holding my breath on not having the charge go through, given the "I don't care" attitude I got from both of them. read more
