Whenever I want something fun and nostalgic, I find myself coming here. This was my fave place as a kid. I've never been to the Tukwila location so I thought I'd try it. Our server last night, Tiffany was amazing! She was so chill, friendly, and attentive throughout our meal. She kept checking in on us, made sure our drinks were always refilled, and had such a sweet, welcoming personality that made the experience even better. We decided to try the Jambalaya Arancini because it sounded like such a fun fusion dish, and it definitely didn't disappoint! We also ordered the Chicken Baja Bowl, which was fresh, flavorful, and really refreshing. The portion was huge! honestly more than enough for two people. We couldn't even finish it! As usual, a Cheesecake Factory has an amazingly broad variety of choices on their menu. It was very impressive that our server Austin had such a deep understanding of everything offered. I enjoyed the most scrumptious Sweetcorn Tamale Cakes appetizer. It was huge!! I also had Korean Fried Chicken served over brown rice. I was so wrapped up in eating I only remembered to take two pictures. Dinner for two ran $110.00 without drinks. CCF has gotten a little pricey, but consistently great food with big portions. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with CCF I was craving my favorite cheesecakes and decided to DoorDash after all the charges and costs it was over $35 but no worries I'm on vacay. When it finally arrived at the airport hotel it came with NO eating utensils!! what am I supposed to do now? I then called the MOD who kept saying it's our policy you have to ask for them. My friend invited my boyfriend and I to a birthday dinner that would happen at The Cheesecake Factory. I wasn't expecting a Tuesday evening to be so busy but it worked out as my friend made a reservation in advance. I appreciate that they will let you sit despite not having the full party present as some places are strict about having everyone present. We were served by Lindsay W that night and she was phenomenal. She would check in on us several times to ensure that refills, potential orders or any needs were met. Additionally, she was super sweet to our birthday girl and had a great sense of humor. This was my boyfriend's first time dining in at The Cheesecake Factory and he was overwhelmed by all the different types of food but a good amount of the other guests had the same issue so we did take some time to order. But we were given bread while we were browsing which was nice. I ordered the Reese's special with their chicken salad sandwich with their cream of chicken with artichoke hearts and mushrooms soup while my boyfriend got their chicken parmesan sandwich (a popular pick at the table). The food was really good and plentiful! I really enjoyed my soup, salad and sandwich. The chicken salad tasted wonderfully refreshing and flavorful. My boyfriend said his chicken parmesan sandwich was good but he did mention that it hurt the roof of his mouth and that he wasn't really able to eat much more. He doesn't really speak up about issues when we dine in so we didn't get to mention it to Lindsay or a manager, and she started getting more and more busy as the night went on as it seemed like everyone wanted to dine in today. For dessert, we got their Very Cherry Chocolate cheesecake for their dessert which was tart and delicious. I have always been a Cheesecake Factory fan, although I don't go as much as I used to, but there are two dishes that are my favorites, Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp and the Miso Salmon. Well today I took my mom out for lunch there. She ordered the chicken tender and me, the Bang Bang chicken and shrimp. Her tenders were awesome, mashed potatoes were good and that was about it for the meal. Oh the bread was good. My bang bang was almost uneatable and I should have probably sent it back. There was just and odd, not nice, flavor to the dish like something was spoiled or maybe something got mixed in by accident. If I get sick later we have our answer. Since I was so hungry, I decided to go for it and sending my food back makes me feel like a prima donna. Besides that the chicken was now cubed, but tender and the shrimp small and overcooked. Not the dish I have came to love over the decade or so. As I said, mom's dish was good, but I noticed her picked out corn silk out of her mouth repeatedly. I took a look at her corn and it was loaded with corn silk, come on guys WTF. Service was good, a little slow but the place was packed and really loud. It is really sad that one of my favorite dishes is gone and favorite chain restaurants. I could say they just had a bad day, but small shrimp, cubed chicken and the awful taste will probably keep me away. Oh, I forgot the bathroom. A handle from the sink was lying in the sink. I came in on a really busy night. I sat at the bar as I didn't have a lot of time to get back to work. The bar tender was very overwhelmed at all the drink orders plus tables they had to serve. They did a phenomenal job of dealing with that stress and staying on top of their tables. Food came out very fresh and hot. Always enjoy these lettuce wraps. Zero stars or less, if I could. When I arrived, I was specific about wanting seating for the happy hour menu and at a bench seating table. There was a clean, open table in that area when I arrived, but the hostess said we could not have it. 20 minutes later, we were called. Then they tried to seat us in an area where the happy hour menu would not be available. The SAME table that I initially wanted in the area I specified was STILL open. My friend and I walked over there, but the hostess rushed over to tell us we could not sit there. So we discussed the situation with a server and were finally allowed to take the table after standing there for several minutes. Not even zero stars for the hostess - negative stars! I should have asked for a manager already. We had to ask for bread, as it was not provided to start with. When it came time for dessert, the server suggested the plain chocolate cake. I was pretty sure my friend wanted the truffle cake, so I asked for a menu. The menu should have been offered instead of suggesting the wrong choice. The plain chocolate cake was not the one he wanted. I ordered a bowl of strawberries, which was packaged to go, which I had not asked for. I had to ask for them in a bowl. Many of the berries were not ripe. All the berries were cut too far ahead of being served, so they were very dry on the top. Most of the berries still had unappealing brown or grey in the middle from the stem not being fully removed. I don't even consider this edible. I did not even eat 50% of the bowl of berries that was served. I would have eaten the whole bowl if it were ripe and properly prepared. read more

The flavored syrup looked more like melted butter. She ended up asking for unflavored syrup. Had to request a refill on my coffee. Had to ask for a menu to order cheesecake. Women's restroom is small and was unkept. No soap in the soap dispenser. A little girl was attempting to wash her hands and was bewildered when no soap came out. I was too. I received a gift card so I decided to give Cheesecake Factory a try today. I was greeted with such a warm smile. I decided to order take out. The menu had so many good things to order from, it took me a good ten minutes to decide what I wanted, lol. I decided to try the Mac-N-Cheese burger, The Sliders and the Shrimp Platter. And how could I forget I ordered one slice of Banana Pudding Cheesecake The Burger was tasty, the Mac was delicious on my burger. The Shrimp was fried to perfection. The fries were good. Pretty solid experiences at this Cheesecake Factory location. Always busy, but the servers are always on top of their service. Food is always consistent too. Prices feel high for some things but once you get your huge plate of food, you will see why! Drinks are decent too, though these are definitely high priced. Their Cabernet Sauvignon is fruity and tasty! And of course, the cheesecake is wonderful. They give plenty whip at this location which I am a huge fan of! There's plenty parking in the area since it's at the mall. Be prepared to wait during busy times unless you can sit at the bar area. What's with the 3 star rating? I told my husband the other day I have never had a bad meal at CF. I thought this one might be lacking and I was thrilled that it was as good as all the others. For my dish I would give it a 4-1/2 star rating. As you see in the pic, no bread but the server came later with it. I'm always suspicious of places that have a robust menu as I am of the belief that you can't do that many things well. But I must say that I was proven wrong. I ordered a Korean Fried Chicken bowl, thinking there is no way the Cheesecake Factory can make this dish well. The chicken was fried nicely and the gochujang sauce was mixed in really well to incorporate the spicy and earthy umami flavors. The portion was pretty decent as I left very full from this. I'm going to have to try something else on the menu next time. To add to this, I came here with a large work party to celebrate a co worker's retirement. Our server was absolutely amazing. I like htis Cheesecake Factory compared to the one I used to go to in LA because here the slices run at about $11, which is pricey, but in LA a slice could run you $16. This location has a smaller menu, which is nice and manageable, compared to the encyclopedia sized menus they had in LA which had everything but made you feel like you were missing something. Sis and I split the oriental salad which was just enough food. the way they shred the lettuce, it made it feel like a light dish. The best dish was the chicken marsala with mushrooms. They have a nice mix of things, but just know that with dinner, dessert, and drink you're paying $40-$50 per person which is a tough pill to swallow in these recessiony times for just mid food. But you don't come here for great food- you come here to get fancy cheesecake and it's fine for what it is. read more
