My family tried Chicago's Pizza with a Twist on a Sunday night in October 2018. I was looking forward to trying this place. We ordered one large pepperoni and one large chicken tikka pizza. They were busy, so our pizza took 35-40 minutes to bring to our table. Once it arrived, the pepperoni pizza was average and the crust had little taste. I enjoyed all the toppings on the chicken tikka pizza, but it had a lot of bread and again the crust flavor was bland. Because our pizza took so long to arrive, the staff kindly offered my daughter a free brownie pizza dessert. We accepted, but the staff never brought it out to our table during the 30 minutes we were eating our dinner. We left after deciding it wasn't worth making a fuss for a dessert we didn't really want. read more

This place is awesome! If you live in or near Ashburn come check it out! Definitely plan on coming here a lot this spring/summer :) The signature pizzas are creative and if you enjoy deep dish or traditional pizza this place hits the spot. Myself and 7 other fireman walked across the street for dinner while on duty and all placed our orders at 7:50. We didn't all get our orders until 8:45. During our almost hour wait, over a dozen people walked in and got their orders (several ordered after us). When I finally got up to ask when our orders were going to be ready, I had to tell 3 different people that 5 of our orders still weren't out. One guy finally said he would go in the back and check. I watched him walk back and all of our orders were sitting in a stack on top of the oven... so I asked why it took so long and the guy just said "I don't know here's your orders". No apology or anything. And on top of that, 3 orders were wrong. The pizza is okay but not worth an hour wait. Try giving accurate ETA's and updates especially when you're going to over-charge for average pizza, and then get orders wrong. read more

The food is really good but the wait time is ridiculous. I ordered online and the website said 30-45 minutes, after I went in after 40 minutes and they had me wait another 35 minutes. More to the point there was only one other group there. How can there be 4+ people working and be over a hour wait time read more

The pizza was well made, I ordered chicken tikka pizza and it was great. The only problem was the pizza could've been a lot warmer when I had picked it up from the store. It wasn't that warm and it at least could've been hot fresh. Other than that the pizza was great! read more

Ok. UNEXPECTED GEM. After an aborted visit next door to Greek Resturant (to gross dirty and bad to review) we stopped here. First clean! Greater by great staff. Sat a great bar, ordered pizza and their recommendations were great. Cold beer good pizza. A perfect Friday night. read more

Pizza's are always good here, I had been here around 7-8 times since they opened. Love to take any friends and family visiting us from different part of states to get a taste of a twist. But, Last experience was not very good. I had asked for the combo pricing and person who was helping a new person appeared by being very rude in saying they are not offering those on weekends(Menu doesn't say that). Also I just felt like he was doing favor on us the way he spoke or maybe offering us food for free. I ignored him and didn't even cared to argue with him and to my surprise another person with whom we always had pleasant experience came and corrected that rude dude that combo will be honored. What intrigued me was later this dude was yelling at helping guy from the kitchen for overriding his stand due to wrong or not so updated menu in his local language which I understand very well and was clearly audible outside. Anyways, the pizza's are awesome here and 1 bad experience doesn't need a bad ratings. Maybe that guy had a bad day but if that person is an owner, this will be my last visit. read more

My boss called to order pizza for the salon because Saturdays are always busy and we don't usually have time to get food and eat. So we ordered gluten free pizza because half of the staff has a gluten allergy and first of all they didn't give us gluten free crust, even though they charged us for it. And after we called to address the problem they refused to help us and continued to yell at us over the phone saying we were wrong. We won't be ordering from this place again. read more

My new go to pizza spot. Ordered the butter chicken and garlic chicken pizza. They both were excellent especially with the thin crust. The garlic chicken pizza tasted like eating a garlic naan! The facilities are clean, bright, new, and nothing fancy. A few TV's justify its claim to being a sports bar. When we walked in last night, we couldn't tell if we were to order at the register or to find a seat on our own. That kind of place. The staff, though, is friendly and knowledgeable, and they seated us and took our order, which came fairly quickly. The pizza is superb. I like bizarre pizza, but my wife likes basic, American pizza with a good, hand-tossed crust. Each of us had it his or her way last night, I with their Paneer Tikka Marsala pizza (Tikka Sauce, Cheese, Mushrooms, Bell Peppers, Red Onions, Tomatoes, Garlic, Ginger, Green Chilies, Tikka Paneer & Fresh Cilantro) and she with the "All Stars" pizza (Red Sauce, Cheese, Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Mushrooms, White Onions & Green Peppers). Both pizzas had very fresh ingredients (the cilantro really makes it) and good sauces. I got mine "extra hot," which added a lot of flavor without making me uncomfortable. The toppings are generous (Chicago pizza); I ordered a medium and boxed over a third of it. I often finish off other places' large pizzas in one sitting. My one complaint is they had no olive oil for me to dip my pizza crust in, but they provided me with a garlic sauce as compensation. I love pizza and Indian food, and I never thought my two loves would blend so well. read more

Very poor service and lack of customer service. Had ordered online for pickup and had to wait for an hour to get it. Even after waiting so long did not get as ordered and the person didn't know what was ordered. He didn't even know how to deal with it. Absolutely poor customer service and an unorganized staff and place. Worst pizza place ever seen. Chicago's Pizza is by far the best pizza place I have been to for the short story. For the scarce readers out there that actually read the whole review, I shall put a long part as well. It has only been a few minutes since I had finished my first taste of this amazing pizza and I felt compelled enough to leave a review, for which I NEVER felt the need to do, which I feel is an accomplishment in and out of itself. In a country that has restaurant chains and fast food posted at nearly every corner of the world, ingredients to stock all of them has understandably, but regrettably, decreased in quality. Though we of the "second generation" as the adults has called us would not know this since we have never tasted quality ingredients on pizza. My favorite, or former favorite pizza chain at this point, had been Dominos, only for the fact that the pizza tasted decently and the box had been sufficiently fancy and pretty to look at. My family had called me down just about an hour ago and told me that they had chosen a different place to get pizza based on a recommendation they got from a friend. Naturally, I was skeptical since I basically had trusted no other place than Dominos, as per my introverted behavior dictated. The box was dingy in graphic design and I had a bad habit of not trusting no name places. But since this was basically our dinner, I had no choice in the matter but try it anyway. What aspired in the next hour had been nothing short of amazing, while opening a new set of revelations for me. This pizza was GOOD. While I admit my Indian heritage may give me a bias on this pizza place, I have no qualms in saying that this was by far the best pizza I have ever eaten in a long time, and I believe many of other ethnic backgrounds would agree. Words cannot describe what I felt. I had a startling revelation about the pizza industry. Dominos pizza, in comparison to this, actually tasted really BAD, like how I thought of Caesar's pizza to Dominos. I only had one flavor, a customer favorite of butter chicken, but I can tell they made this pizza with QUALITY. While I do not know if the ingredients were fresh, they did a good job with making it taste like that, unlike with other chains where the ingredients taste as fake as they are. I am now a fervent fan of this place. It's amazing how lucky I am, as there is only one place open in virginia, and I am figuratively living right next to it. I aim to try out the rest of its flavors ready. Go and buy pizza from this place. No questions asked, just go. read more

Bought a chicken and paneer pizza last week. It was really tasty and chatpatta. Would recommend it to anyone.

Decided this place was worth a shot for delivery so we ordered through Grubhub. We order it at 7:19. An hour and a half later we call to check on our order because it was MIA. They say they never got the order. So they say they have to charge us again and we'd get it in 30 minutes (at 8:43, making delivery around 9:15). We call back at 9:50. They answer and say the order was never made and we'd get it in 30 minutes. My husband and I, hungry and nearly 3 hours later are fed up ask for our money back and we're told they'd personally drive it out there. Frankly this is 2 hours too late and so we say no just refund us. We're put on hold twice. So we're hungry and have our card charged twice and have no food as most places are closed after 10 pm. Spoke to 3 different people. 1 person offered to drive us out food for free, put us on hold and then hung up. Terrible service. Don't try and order delivery from them. read more
