Plant based garlic chicken pizza. Medium

Tried this on a whim and it was very tasty! Husband is gluten sensitive and liked that the cauliflower crust was not cooked to the point of snapping - foldable but not raw. Mine was dairy free and vegetarian- crust was lovely, flavorful and a good meal. Took half home!

Really good pizza - With a twist! If you like pizza with unique flavors, you should really give Pizza Twist a try! I had the Curry Pizza Twist, which includes their signature curry sauce, signature All-Natural Curry Chicken Breast, fresh diced mozzarella cheese, fresh mushrooms, crisp red onions, sliced black olives, fresh diced garlic, ginger, and green chilies, garnished with fresh cilantro. I left off the ginger, green chilies (more on this in a moment!) and cilantro. The pizza was really flavorful and unique. I don't eat Indian food all that often, but when I do my reaction is always, "This is so flavorful!". So I guess I shouldn't have been surprised. Delicious! I opted to go with their regular crust, even though I generally prefer thin crust. The regular crust was a perfect balance of dense and fluffy. Not super fluffy, but not overly dense. I also had the Samosas. They were very good, but definitely spicy. I can handle a bit of spice, but these really cleared my sinuses! It made me glad that I opted for "No Spice" on the pizza, as I think even their lowest option of "Medium" might have interfered with the flavor for me personally. I did find some elements of ordering to be confusing. For example, when I selected the "Curry Pizza Twist" pizza that features a description that it includes chicken, the customize page showed that chicken was $2 extra. When I got to the restaurant and looked at the menu, it also indicated that the chicken cost extra, even though it was in the description. Not a big deal, but confusing. I had been looking for something new to try for dinner, and found Pizza Twist, which opened in Franklin recently. I ordered online, and when we entered we were warmly greeted by the employee there, who happened to be the only person inside. But we were picking up a very early dinner and this place is new. I am convinced they will be busy soon, and for good reason! I was a little surprised to learn that Pizza Twist is a chain. They have some really unique and interesting pizzas, which include "standard" American types of pizza, Halal options, and more. I definitely look forward to going back to try some of the other options that sound really interesting.

Who doesn't love pizza!! Even better with an Indian twist on flavors. If you love Indian food, definitely try out this fusion pizza. It was spicy, cheesy, all the goodness of pizza. Manchurian is one of my favorite fusion food, this didn't disappoint my tastebuds. You can also get this mild without any chili peppers.

Finally! A place to get my Indian pizza fix in the surrounding Nash area. Indian pizza (aka pizza with a curry-like sauce and related toppings) has been a big things in other cities I've lived in, and sometimes I really just crave a good Paneer tikka pizza. I got two medium (12'') pizzas - one veggie tikka masala and also the achari paneer pizza for takeout. First, the good: the ingredients are clearly all fresh and it's got a quality crust/sauce/cheese ratio. Indian pizza or not, this place serves up just tasty pizza and I think it'll replace my go-to pizza takeout in the area (also helps that the sizes are quite generous compared to the big box chains!) Both pizzas were good but didn't "wow me like past Indian pizza places have, and I think it was due to my mis-ordering things I know I like (Shahi paneer or palak paneer) in favor of trying something new. The achari paneer was the best of the two pizzas and featured a garlic white sauce & classic achari curry topped with mozzarella, paneer, cilantro, jalapeños and onions. I loved that they were liberal with the achari flavor, because tasting the curry part is what I love most about Indian pizzas. The veggie tikka pizza was good but light on the tikka sauce and the taste of ginger under the other spices was too strong for my preference. All that said, the Indian pizza part of the menu is VAST and I know it will take me some time to get through all the things I want to try. There are also classic flavors here -- like your meat lovers, bbq chicken, etc. My parents came here with a big group of Indian friends opening week and also said this was a good spot to host a casual party, as the space is a bit more upscale than your average takeout joint and has a decently-sized dining room. With some tasty beers on draft and in bottle/can form, this could be a nice place to do a family outing. Really happy this place is expanding the list of pizza and Indian options in the Cool Springs area and excited to try more of the menu!

Butter Chicken Pizza with chilis and cilantro on half

The food was amazing. Never had I considered Indian pizza or wings, but it was such a wonderful pairing. I'm tempted to make the two hour drive again just for the pizza. The people there were incredibly nice too. Easily worth the trip.

I recently gave my team the option of where they wanted to have lunch and J. Alexander's was the winning choice by far, so off we went on a Wednesday afternoon. This location is fairly large, well laid out, well kept and clean. The atmosphere, menu, vibes and service are elevated, but not pretentious. We had a reservation and were sat fairly quickly. From there, our server was quick to swing by and get us started with drinks and appetizers. We ordered a few appetizers including the Hong Kong Shrimp and a Spinach/Queso dip. Both were delightful and great starts to our meal. The pork chops were top priority for a few of my team, so a few went with the pork chops, another the burger and I went with the steak frites. None of us regretted our choices! Sadly between the appetizers and mains, we were a bit full to have dessert, but the menu sounded great. Service was friendly and helpful, but she was a bit tough to track down when we needed something. Did not detract from the meal, but was noticeable on at least two occasions. Overall, J. Alexander's is a good spot in a good location, and I will certainly be back at some point.

We all loved the Giddy Up Espresso Martinis, which were topped with adorable soccer ball design in celebration of the World Cup. We also enjoyed the Serrano & Jalapeño Bloody Mary (definitely brings the heat!), along with the Two to Mango Margarita and the returning Endless Summer Margarita, each had their own place and none disappointed! For brunch, I ordered the Southwest Breakfast Bowl. It was fresh, colorful, and packed with vegetables, making it feel nourishing without being heavy. The flavors worked well together, especially the combination of eggs, veggies, and southwest-inspired seasonings. My only suggestion would be adding a starch element, such as crispy breakfast potatoes or roasted sweet potatoes, to provide a little more texture and make the bowl feel more balanced and substantial. Even so, it was flavorful, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. What really stood out was the service. Our team was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about both the food and drink menu, making the entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Overall, a great spot for brunch with friends, especially if you're looking for creative cocktails, a lively atmosphere, and excellent hospitality. I'll definitely be back for another round of drinks and for sure that Endless Summer Margarita.

Find a surface lot in front of the restaurant or the lot behind the building. Both are a short walk. There are 10 minute spots if you are grabbing a to go order. The dining room offers plenty of seating with lots of natural light. There are booths for four and cozy booths for two. Getting lunch to go is so easy with Chopt. Orders can be placed on the app and grabbed from the cubbies to the left of the registers. My food has always been ready by the promised time. An employee is always behind the cubbies in case you need to talk to someone. On my last visit an employee noticed I'd have trouble grabbing my order with my toddler on my hip. She grabbed my order and brought it right around. Ordering in line feels like yelling the same thing over and over again. I wonder if marking off options on a sheet of paper would be better for everyone. It's not too bad if you're getting one item, but it's a lot if you have multiple items. The prices are reasonable for a healthier option. I find the bowls to be plenty of food. I like that bowls usually have a couple of protein sources. The bowls for kids are also a generous portion for just under $8. The food is delicious. Everything looks and tastes fresh. There are enough topping options and dressings to mix it up. The seasonal offerings have always been tasty. The Harvest Bowl is my favorite bowl. You choose your rice base and it has sweet potatoes, kale, apples, goat cheese, almonds, and dried cranberries. The white balsamic dressing is great with the other flavors. I enjoy the small piece of bread on the side. Chopt is on my list of favorites for a quick, healthy lunch.
