This was our first time trying Jets pizza and we really liked it. The young man who took my order was so helpful explaining the menu and was patient as we decided what we wanted. The Detroit style pizza was yummy, especially dipped in the marinara sauce that came with our bread sticks. (We'll order extra sauce next time!) As a rule I am not too picky about where to get a Pizza. The big chains generally make a pretty good (but not great) pie, and I've paid way more at high end places that really disappointed. This 1 star is due to three things: 1. The pizza is not that good 2. The online ordering I did not work properly 3. When my wife went to pick up the order they would not honor the coupon. Door dashed a pepperoni, mushroom and olive pizza last night (5/4/24). Everything was delivered as ordered, and in good time, but the pizza was so bad. The mushrooms were like rubber, they had to be canned. Overall we have had better frozen pizzas from the market. I had been a customer for 7 years ordering 2-4 times a month. In the last year this place has gone down hill... I have always asked for delivery. My wait times have gone from 45 minutes 7 years ago to an hour and a half and a couple times 2 hours.. The pizzas in those cases were cold... I chalk it up to being to understaffed.. Today was the last straw. I asked to order 2 pizzas and had a coupon they sent me last week and the person said no you can't use that because you have to bring it in?? Huh... I'm fully aware of this evening in question, it being your sons birthday, waiting on the car, the order taking too long, you calling ahead, blah blah blah and your HIGHLY demanding attitude towards a 17 y/o employee that had only worked there 3 weeks at the time. This particular Jets is VERY busy and does a high volume in sales weekly and unfortunately you're not the ONLY customer they have nor had this very busy night. Your "adult attitude" over timeliness and an error on the kitchens part, was very poor in character, more so acting like YOU were the 17 y/o employee not a mother. You acted as if you were an "typical entitled" Franklin resident, which more than likely means you're a transplant and not from around here. Real Franklin, TN residents have a bit of patience, compassion and grace towards the restaurant industry and its teenage workers. At least this boy is going to school (his senior year), playing sports, AND working part time. I suggest you look into maybe teaching and raising your son in the same manner most of us have in the South. I received an email about a Preds Pac special which was an 8 corner pizza w 1 topping plus Jet's bread for $8. I attempted to use the code on the Jet's app but was unsuccessful so, I called the location on Liberty Pike. I explained the special to the man who answered and asked if I could do delivery. He said that he wasn't supposed to but he would put it in as delivery. I thanked him and let him know that I wanted pepperoni and that I also wanted to add pineapple. I again reminded him about the Preds Pac special that included bread for $8. He told me that the delivery time was 35-45 minutes and I thanked him. When the delivery driver arrived, he had 1 box and said my total was $22. I asked to see the receipt and I was charged $15 for 1 pizza and no bread. I called the location and was out on hold several times for a few minutes. I spoke with the original guy who answered the phone and he told me that he would get his manager. A few minutes later, a female was on the phone. I explained the problem to her and she asked me to hold. She came back a minute or two later and said that her manager said that they couldn't offer the special. I explained that the special had already been offered when the email was sent. She said that it was online only. I told her that I attempted to use the code on the app and it didn't work; I mentioned to her that I also explained this to the guy that took my order. She said that she could have bread sent to me but that I would have to pay the price on the receipt. I said that she could take the pizza back and shove it up her bum. This is NOT the way to do business. I will never order from this Jets again, and corporate will be hearing from me. AMAZING pizza. I'm pretty sure I could eat this every day for the rest of my life. They also have the best ranch around! We usually get a bottle of it and take it home and use it for other things as well. Its very fresh and tasty. We love the garlic crust... and if you order online you can usually find a code in the mailers that go out weekly for a build your own pizza with unlimited toppings for a discounted price. Maybe the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Was talked to rudely by the manager and our order was never delivered.

If I were just judging the quality of the pizza, this review would be 5 stars. But the service at this location is positively horrendous. There are usually teenagers at the helm and if they aren't rude (which they usually are) they are making mistakes. What makes it worse is that they are completely unapologetic. We've tried them at least a dozen times and we feel we've given them a fair shake. With so much competition for pizza joints, we will not tolerate the shoddy service. I think Jet's Pizza is absolutely delicious even if they're a bit pricey. I have ordered from them numerous times and I usually try to tip generously. I would have rated them with 5 stars except for the last two orders. Their Alfredo sauce is awesome. So....I thought I would save on a few calories and get the thin crust which is pretty much like a crispy cracker. I kept eating and thinking this is a really dry pizza! Upon examining more closely I realized there was no Alfredo sauce. I let it go b/c they're always on time, courteous and it's piping hot when it arrives. A year ago they were late and the delivery person apologized and gave me an order of bread for free!i As I rattle on.....The next issue was 2 nights ago. I ordered my regular butter crust, Alfredo sauce, bacon, mushrooms and pinepple and downsized to a medium. It arrived....not as hot as usual, and was round instead of square but I realize now I'd checked hand tossed. The crust was very stale, low on the toppings and as I have mentioned NOT hot.
