My boyfriend and I always make the effort to go down here because they honestly make the best pizza. The order is usually done in about 30 mins, which is a reasonable amount of time for us to drive down as we sadly now live far from here. However, the wait is always worth it. The first bite of their pizza makes you crave for more. After trying their full menu of pizzas, we have to say our favorite is the Indian Garlic. The sauce definitely brings the whole pizza together. It is not your typical marinara sauce. It is a twist you just definitely don't expect in a whole good way. Since we have tried their whole menu of pizzas, we decided to start trying their wings and pasta. I recommend the Butter Chicken Pasta. It does have an overload on onions but that is just my preference. It is also a little spicy but that just makes the pasta more enjoyable. Their wings were okay. The taste reminded me a bit of the frozen wings you get at the store. It could be that they weren't as fresh. Overall, this place is a must for you to try. Start out with their pizzas and if you like them, try out their pastas.

I *love* Indian pizzas so this place has been on my bookmarks since they first got added on Yelp. I had recently considered doing carry out, but realized that delivery people typically have those heated bags that really keep the heat in since they're electric. Well, Chicago Pizza With a Twist is not one of those places with the fancy pizza bags. In fact, the bag looked incredibly flimsy and I totally would have been better off just picking it up. I digress. I ordered directly through their website, which has a few little problems and mobile and they only accept cash (????) ... alright then. I was definitely surprised to see that, but I was able to find the cash I needed so I went with it. Going through a third party app would probably mitigate that. I decided to keep it simple: bread sticks, Tikka Masla veggie pizza and paneer pakoras. Everything was quite cold by the time I got it *sigh* though it was delivered in the 45 min window they predicted. Overall good flavors and the smell was so good that the kitchen vultures promptly swooped in to grab their share! I'd be willing to do either pick up or dine in just so I could get a properly heated pizza from them in the future, but this isn't going to replace other places I can get Indian pizza anytime soon.

What happened?! This place is no longer serving the same delicious flavorful high quality Indian pizza that I used to come here for. I've gave them two chances, just in case they were having an "off day" but I've confirmed it, it is definitely not the same as before. The spicy lamb was tasteless: lamb was dry and flavorless, tasted like jerky, no sauce, missing a lot of ingredients that it used to have such as cilantro, ginger, SAUCE! Definitely not the same! The butter chicken pizza was also very dry and the flavor was lacking. I was very disappointed. Did they change cooks?! This used to be my go to Indian pizza place that I used to order from for my out of town guests too back when they were Benson Pizza. Not anymore...I just can't come back here. Time to find a new Indian pizza spot.

Having just moved from Chicago we were craving some 'za! We live really close to this restaurant and decided to give it a go. Just reading the menu we were intrigued, butter garlic chicken pizza? Yes, please! This NOT Chicago pizza, but it is really good pizza. It stands on its own merit. They have Asian fusion, or Indian inspired pies. Yummy! And it's not just pizza, they also have pasta and wings. We will definitely be returning to try other things. The price is right and ingredients were fresh and tasty. From the website "We opened our doors in 2018 to serve you the best pizza in Kent WA. Made with fresh dough every single day and topped with hand-picked vegetables which are as fresh as they can get. In addition to traditional pizza; we have Asian inspired flavors for Pizza & Wings?.so go ahead, we dare you to order Butter Chicken Pizza or Tandoori Chicken Pizza. We have an amazing range of pizzas for the entire family that satisfies everyone's taste buds and food sensitives. We have Gluten-Free, Vegan, 100% Vegetarian and Halal Options. We're here to serve you the best pizza, wings, and pasta in Kent WA. Pizza delivery in Kent WA just takes a few moments and you get delicious, indulging pizza at your doorstep. Ask us how to make your day amazing, call us at (253) 520-2990 for delivery."

Ordered pizza and bone in hot wings. Delivery guy gets here and I pay him. Go inside and find I don't have none in hot wings but mini boneless chicken nuggets with no flavoring that are burnt to high heavens. I call and they say they ran out of bone in wings so we gave you those... NO, I paid cash, you dang well should have called and check vs changing my order with these burnt nuggets. They tell me they will credit my next order and I say no, I won't order from them again and the kid puts me on hold for 5 minutes and then hangs up the phone. RUDE AND GROSS!

At a glance, you might think that Chicago's Pizza with a Twist was a hole-in-the-wall, but they're actually a franchise with multiple locations across the US. That being said, they're a pretty good franchise that you need to try at least once. We've been back several times since we discovered this pizza joint because it's so good for the price point. They have an ongoing promo for Buy One Get One 50% Off, so we've slowly been working our way through all of the pizzas. It comes out to about $30 for 2 large pizzas. I love that they don't skimp out on toppings, and their Indian pizzas are so incredible thanks to all of the spices used. However, having lived in Chicago for 3 years, their crust does not live up to the name. Their deep dish crust was not worth it, so now we stick to the regular crust, which isn't good either. It's on the dry side and isn't satisfying whatsoever. All in all, I'd give this place 3.5 stars if I could. The crust is only 2 stars at most, but given the exceptional flavors, toppings, and price point, I'm willing to round up.

But if you want a solid,…read moredown-to-earth breakfast that actually hits the spot, you need to check out The Firestarter Bar in Kent. I've been in a few times and am impressed by the quality of the food. My hats off to the chef! Here's the breakdown of the meal: The Food Chicken Fried Steak: This wasn't one of those cheap frozen patties that's all breading. It was nice and thick with just the right amount of crunch. Sausage Gravy: The gravy can make or break this dish, and they nailed it. It was thick, savory, and had tons of flavor. Stuffed Hash Browns: I upgraded my regular hash browns to the stuffed version with bacon, and it was the best decision of the day. They were perfectly fried and crispy--exactly how hash browns should be. Over Easy Eggs: It's surprisingly hard to find a place that doesn't overcook these lately, but mine came out exactly as ordered. Pancakes: I swapped my toast for pancakes, and they were fluffy and light. They serve them with soft whipped butter and syrup, which makes a huge difference. The Service The real star of the morning was Debbie. She's essentially a one-woman show--running the bar, waiting tables, and serving everyone. She is absolutely awesome and keeps the place moving smoothly. It's rare to see that kind of hustle these days. The Verdict Don't let the "bar" label or the exterior scare you off. It's a friendly, welcoming spot with better food than most dedicated breakfast joints in the area. Give this place a chance--you won't regret it.

What I got was anything but good. I ordered a 6 piece honey BBQ and a 6 piece Pineapple. These wings were straight up DISGUSTING. Gross, slimy, and devoid of ANY flavor. There was absolutely no pineapple taste with my wings. And the honey BBQ sauce looked like it was watered down. $10.99 for a six-piece order of shitty wings will make ANYONE mad. Hope I can get a refund for this nasty food.

I made two orders and both were via Uber so I can't rate the place in person, which sounds like I never would have ordered had I crosschecked the yelp review before ordering but I did. First order was an overall average to above average experience. Placed the order got the wings, one order of garlic, one order of honey bbq with a side of ranch. Pretty tasty actually! Not the best but not bad. Second time, about a week later, same order but trying to use the buy one get one free offer to save about two bucks. Half the order arrived and the side of ranch? Yeah, the little cup was not even 1/3 full. They charge a buck for an empty cup of ranch! (No, it wasn't spilled) So, I called the Restraunt and tried to explain my situation. . . .well after I explained, the man that answered screamed "why you call me? It's not my problem, you call Uber" and hung up. Yep. The wings were fine. The experience poor. $30 for 6 wings and an empty cup of ranch is just not great. Giving that money to a restaurant with that kind of attitude? Nope. Not again. Wings were ok but there are others that deserve our hard earned money, not this place.

We ordered up a full slab, beans, coleslaw, cornbread, a sandwich with no name - Oh! It was painful to even think about what was coming to my mouth! $106 later, we're in the car headed downtown. We picked up that sack of smell-so-goodness, jumped back in the car for home. Had to wait for two trains to pass, of course. We get back to the Rancho and tear open that sack. Theeere it was. Smellin' like a smoker in Heaven! The actual eatin' was a little off expectations. The full slab was nowhere near the size of the old Famous Dave's or the older Tony Roma's; but serviceable. The cornbread was good, but Yankified - they sugar it, but not bad at all. I'll have to digest if it was worth the $106 for two, but BBQ Pete's slaked my thirst for BBQ for awhile. It's not Texas, Kansas City, St. Lois, Nashville, Mobile, or even Miami, certainly not Cherry Branch or anywhere in Virginia - but we're waaaay up here, nowhere near down there.
