Very disappointing experience. The staff were extremely rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. We politely requested that our food be made fresh, but instead of trying to accommodate a simple request, they refused and responded with a very rude attitude. Sean V was our server, and unfortunately, his customer service was extremely poor. The way he spoke to us and handled our request made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. There was no friendliness, patience, or willingness to help. We came here expecting good food and basic respectful customer service, but the overall experience was very disappointing. Even a simple request was treated as a problem. Management should seriously look into this and provide better customer-service training. I've been to this location dozens of times it is my favorite although it does not have kiosks. The pizzas at this chain are all very good. You walk into a small yet mighty pizza place where they have lots of options of fresh made pizza waiting for u to order and customize as per your mood. My gf and I typically eat here a few times a year and it's always good. We've tried many of their signature pizzas and many create your own pizzas. It has a white sauce base and is suppose to taste like Buffalo chicken wings. It was good but didn't taste like anything special in regards to flavor.
