It's pretty casual feel. They have basic table service. They will take your order, bring food, and buss but not like a restaurant where someone is checking up on you. Service was ok, very basic. They included gratuity at 18pct which I'm mixed in my feelings about but fair enough. I presume it's noted on the menu and i missed it. Their food is really good. The pizzas were awesome and prices are reasonable. The cheese pizza is very costco like which in my world is a compliment though in the real world it becomes over priced 'cause you can get it at costco. At first glance, you might think that you walked into a really strange IKEA catalog and forget about that pizza craving you had before you walked in the door. After trying their Akawi Cheese Pie, Pita Bread, Labneh, and Hummus less than a week ago, I had already vowed to return for the pizza! A promise is a promise. It was the authenticity, quality, customer service, ordering experience, taste, and depth of flavor that drew me back in. IYKYK. IMO, it is the best you will find in the DFW Metroplex. Mom and I opted for a small (10") gluten-free pizza with turkey bacon, black olives, garlic, and jalapeños. It was just the right size for the two of us to share. It was light with a thin, crispy, delicate crust and so flavorful and delicious! The Chicken Shawarma Sandwich (which came with crinkle fries) was wrapped and layered in pillowy soft Pita Bread, White Garlic Sauce, and Gherkins. Every bite was reminiscent of childhood and truly took me back to the Middle East. It's just a shame that it took us so long to find authenticity considering it was quite literally a mile away all this time and we never knew! We also ordered a small Tandoori Chicken Pizza (to-go). The texture of the crust was perfect and so were the toppings. We enjoyed a slice each for dinner tonight and will feast on the leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Other than the smoke filled atmosphere the pizza was pretty good. The waiters were very attentive in making sure we had everything when asked. The only issue I had was having to request refills at the end of our dining experience. Other than that this is a great spot for hookah lovers who prefer an environment with ample menu options of good food. Parking is convenient and plentiful. Eeeeep we loved this place! Pleasantly surprised when we were actually on our way next door and found it closed, so we popped in here. The menu had so many different great sounding items that we couldn't choose. We ordered mozzarella sticks, wings, and two small pizzas. It was delicious, fast, and filling. The chicken Alfredo pizza needed something, maybe some red pepper or more bacon to give it more of a kick and the schwarma pizza maybe could have been improved with a side of tzatziki or some kind of sauce. Other those minor things we loved everything. The decor is nice and thoughtful as well. The hookah area is really tastefully separated. Fully recommend stopping here. The zatar had amazing earthly flavors from the sumac and toasted sesame seeds and the cheese in it is l soft and fluffy not like anything I have had in the states that is between two layers of the pizza dough. There aren't a lot of halal options in my area so I often have to drive 15-20 minutes to get quality halal food. The only other halal pizza spot nearby is Zio Als but they can be a little too greasy sometimes. I called the Pizza Vibes to confirm that they sold halal meat because I didn't see anything online that suggested they were, besides seeing that they have shawarma and other middle eastern meals. The owner confirmed with me twice that the meat was halal, if you are still hesitant, I recommend that you call and confirm yourself. I called and ordered to go, they had my order ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was surprised to see how nice it was inside, with lots of room to sit and enjoy your meal. They also serve hookah and have a separate lounge where people can smoke without having the smells disturb other patrons while dining. When I went to pay for my order, the employees were very warm and polite, I had said "Ramadan Mubarak" over the phone and they greeted me with salams. Small things like that made me feel welcome and happy to support their business.
