I live with in a 5 min drive away from this place and the few times I ordered they were always late. It's literally 3 streets in total to get to my house. Now you might say why don't you just drive there it's so close. Well usually when I order food I'm usually involved with something that I can't get away from. Now to the food. There's nothing like new York style pizza, g*d I miss it! This place isn't it. The amount of grease on their pizza was enough to power a bio fueled vehicle. The cal-zones were awesome but the wings were dry. They tasted like a rubber chew toy. I guess you can imagine where that meal went too. Pizza came HIGHLY recommended. I was told it would take 35 minutes for a delivery. No problem I could wait because everyone was swimming. An hour later still no pizza, no call about a delay. I called and was told driver ran out of gas. "Really!" I was never called. I called talked the manager and he was reluctant in answering my questions. As for the delivery: 1 The delivery was on time 2 The food was still hot 3 The delivery man was nice and professional Concerning the Food I'm from Chicago so pizza is important. First time trying the food and overall, it was pretty good. The pizza dough was not too thick or thin, I like the fact they use turkey ham. We got a large Supreme pizza and it was filling. I like the fresh onions and bell peppers but did not care for canned mushrooms, they need to be fresh as well. Their wings are good, they are juicy and not little and were crispy. Cooked perfectly. I got my food quick but with a few discrepancies. There was entirely to much sauce on the Gyro and the chicken philly was extra dry. It's so unfortunate that I have to rate them 2 stars. The pizza is undoubtedly great, however some of the most rudest, driest people I've come in contact with. My sister and I came in to pick up a pizza we called in. My sister gave him a traditional Arabic greeting and spoke to him a little more in Arabic and just stared her down and outright ignored her. The friendliest person in there was this black fella Tony. Because I've been in the food and beverage industry for a while I am accustomed to tipping, so I did just that. The person with the worst attitude just puts it in his pocket (which I think was an onwer), no exchange of words. Didn't even bother to pretend like he was sharing it with the person that was most helpful and friendly to us. I'm a stickler for customer service and it's sad to see muslims with a great concept be so ugly and negative. And they wonder why there is a negative stigma about them. Was driving through Atlanta and wanted some halal food. This place is worth the drive even though you most probably will get lost trying to find this place. The pizza was half ground beef and half chicken 10" inch with with for $10 bucks! Totally a sweet deal. The pizza had a soft crust but wasn't floppy and the meat was oh so tender. The chicken on the other hand was a bit dry and over cooked. The rest of the pizza was amaze balls! As for the wings very good and actually hot! Really had to down a bottle of water with them. I've never had pizza so fresh and delicious in my life! I didn't realize it was kosher until I got there, other than not having bacon, it didn't phase me. The prices are amazing, the service was okay and the food=WIN won't be going to any other pizza spot for awhile, well, unless I want bacon, even then I'd cook it myself and add it to this pizza it was THAT good. They are very rude and nasty. Tony needs to run the place because everyone else there has awful attitudes. They clearly don't value their customers at all. Literally had the worst service over the phone and was hung up on by a "MANAGER" who refused to tell me his name and lied about being the actual manager so I didn't complain about him. He also told me I should "try driving" since they didn't deliver to my area. The other "manager" told me the rude guy is an older man so apparently he's not only nasty but senile as well. i have ordered here a few times 2 for delivery and a couple walk ins the food was really fresh and friendly service, so imagine my utter surprise when we ordered one night and was met with a guy who really didn't want to be bothered taking my order.30 min later our food was delivered. OMG it was horrible, the pizza fries were burnt, the toasted cheesy bread was microwaved and half the cheese was still stringy and cold and the rest well what can I say! I called the store to complain and was again talked to like I was nothing. I was told I was a liar by some guy they put on the phone that cooked the food I told him I used to work at a pizza place and knew how the cheesy bread would look if it had been toasted. He said he didn't care and anyway they were closing so there was nothing they could do. When I said I wouldn't order from them again i was told by the guy "so what you don't order we don't care." Would love to review the food. However, I've called twice to place an order. The first time I was told they deliver to my home but the driver was out. I called the next day and again they checked my address for delivery and asked what I would like to order. While placing my order the gentleman cuts me off to say "you know ... I don't know if this is going to be okay .. We have a lot of deliveries to make, we are very busy..." Small pizza joint designed for pickup or delivery - I picked up. A little difficult to find, but shares a small strip center with a package store. I had a supreme pizza with some jalapeños (they're hot). The crust was good - crispy on the edges, but not in the middle. The sauce was good - too many places skimp on the sauce. Vegetables were crisp and fresh, and I think the meats were good quality. Covered with nicely melted cheese, Nd piping hot fresh in 10 minutes. I just called to make a carry out order and ordered the shrimp dinner and asked for seafood sauce. The man told me they only had tarter sauce. I explained the last time i ordered the shrimp dinner i asked for seafood sauce and it came with the delivery. This time he kept saying no tarter sauce. We know this place is halil/kosher which was great bc we don't eat pork but still had a few questions about what type of meat was used. the employee at counter got so angry & annoyed because we kept asking him what type of meats was used. he called us idiots & called us out our names. when we asked him why he was so rude? he even rolled his eyes & told us "thats how i am if you dont like you can leave" lets just say his CUSTOMER SERVICE & the facts that bugs was crawling on the counter just made us say forget it. I paid for a meat lovers and never recieved it. Also the manager refused to fix it. I will never be returning there.

So, me and my cousin decided to buy a pizza here. I ordered what I wanted for delivery and the man said, "No Delivery!" And hung up. We called about 3 more times, and the man continuously did not answer/ hung up on us. The fourth time we called, a friendly man answered us and said that they did have delivery. The first man who talked to us picked up the phone and said that they didn't have a driver. Now, he didn't say it the first time we called which made us kind of pissed. He told us his name and we actually drove up to Pizza Wali and the man backed off. At the end of the day, we got our pizza, and it was decent. This place is the worst!! Their food is decent at best. They also boast they have delivery which is a crock. I have called several times and am told they don't have a driver to come out to my location. Which I find odd because, for one, they stuck their menu in my door. 2. I called and asked did they deliver here and was told yes. 3. They have delivered here once before. So basically they deliver at their convenience, not yours. Lazy delivery drivers! One night I drove over there because my partner had her heart set on this place (after being told they have no driver). When I pulled up there was 4 cars out front and NO customers. My order was two dollars more than I was quoted over the phone and the guy says they must have charged me for delivery. He then removed the charge. According the their menu flyer, the delivery is free. Apparently not, they add it into the overall charge. Don't be fooled! This place is a joke! read more
